About a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. There is no bathtub, only a shower booth, but the water pressure was strong and felt great. The room was clean, and although I stayed alone, there were two sets of towels, which I thought was excellent service.

This was my first stay here. We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room in the Sasara building, which had been renovated and was very clean. The staff member assisting us was a foreigner, so some explanations of the meals were a little hard to understand, but it was clear they had studied well. Every dish was delicious. By chance, it was the first day of the Gero Onsen Festival, and I was moved to be able to watch the fireworks while soaking in the open-air bath at night. We were able to relax and enjoy our time.

We stayed at Kinugawa Onsen “Kizuna” from July 31 to August 2, 2026 (2 nights/3 days). We checked in with two adults, one child, and two Chihuahuas. I thought I had made a Reservation for a Room without an open-air bath, but due to what seemed to be a communication issue, we were instead shown to a Room with an open-air bath (a lucky surprise). Having an open-air bath in the Room meant we could enjoy the Onsen anytime, day or night, and our whole family had a truly happy time. For every meal (breakfast and dinner), we were able to dine in a private room (rather than the usual shared dining area). The menu changed each time, so we looked forward to every meal and headed there excitedly. Each dish was refined and absolutely delicious. With drinks as well, we felt completely satisfied after every meal. By chance, the Nikko Fireworks Festival was held on Saturday, August 8, and we were able to enjoy spectacular fireworks from our Room as well (another lucky moment). Above all else, what made our stay so comfortable was the attentive service from the manager and staff members—and their genuine hospitality in accommodating guests’ requests. That level of professionalism seemed to fill the entire Ryokan, allowing guests to relax completely and enjoy an exceptional experience. For three days, we fully enjoyed an extraordinary getaway both physically and mentally. It may sound childish, but it was such a wonderful Ryokan that I didn’t want to leave—I wanted to stay forever. Everyone in our family kept saying “Let’s come again,” so we will definitely return. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who took care of us at “Kizuna.” Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and our 2-year-old grandchild, four of us in total, to visit the Anpanman Museum. The Room was spacious and clean, and our grandchild was thrilled and ran around happily. Adults could also take off their shoes and relax comfortably, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. It was conveniently close to the station, and breakfast was delicious with just the right portion size. During breakfast, we really appreciated your thoughtful attention to our grandchild. If we have a chance to visit Sendai again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I visited Narai-juku for sightseeing and stayed at Koma-no-Yu. It is a secluded hot spring, and the surroundings are quiet. The forest bathing was soothing. Koma-no-Yu puts great care into the cuisine and offers many dishes, and everything I tried was delicious. The refined seasoning made for a highly satisfying meal.

Although it was just a 1-minute walk from the station, it was so quiet that we were not bothered by outside noise. The view of the Northern Alps from the window was beautiful, and our Room faced the side where we could enjoy watching the sunrise. We went to breakfast around 8:00, and it wasn’t crowded, so we could take our time and enjoy what we liked. My mother in her 70s was also pleased, saying the Japanese simmered dishes and Chinese rice porridge were delicious and not overly seasoned. I was happy that the bathtub was large, and the amenities were well stocked. If possible, I would appreciate it even more if facial lotion could be available at the front desk. I would love to stay here again when visiting Matsumoto.

We stayed here on a last-minute trip. There is no large public bath, but we were very satisfied with the clean Room and bathroom. There was a list (map) of nearby restaurants in the Room, so we enjoyed dinner while taking a walk around town. Breakfast was just the right amount for us, and the rice and miso soup were very delicious. We also appreciated the pleasant service from the staff. It was a Hotel that made us feel lucky to have found availability.

Hotel Frontier Iwaki offers an outstanding large public bath. The sauna and cold plunge pool are also available, and I am very satisfied. I will continue to stay here in the future.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay. I really appreciated being able to choose complimentary items based on the length of my stay, such as a warm eye mask and adhesive sheets for tired feet. Since I had made Reservations through both Yahoo Travel and the official website for another stay at the end of this month, I asked if it would be possible to have the same Room for all nights, and they kindly accommodated my request. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I’m looking forward to staying at this Hotel again at the end of this month.

The Room was more than sufficient for spending the night alone. The bed was spacious, and the mattress was supportive—not too soft or prone to sinking—so it was extremely comfortable. The bathtub is quite compact. For some reason, the elevator hall on the second floor has no ceiling and was exposed to the rain, so it was wet. It wasn’t an issue with light rain, but it could be difficult in heavy rain. Since the microwave is located in the breakfast service area, it had been put away by morning. They warmed up my convenience-store soup in the kitchen, but I was told not to eat it at the breakfast venue and to eat it in my Room instead. They also stored my luggage even before check-in, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have to carry a large bag around. Thank you very much.

Beautiful scenery, a resort-like atmosphere throughout the property, and carefully prepared seasonal dishes. The service was attentive, courteous, and truly pleasant. The cool natural air and enjoyable walks made me very glad I visited. Breakfast was also brought to our table, allowing us to relax and enjoy the meal at ease. I appreciated the Shuttle Service from Yudanaka Station, and taking a short break in the lounge was a wonderful time as well. Although it was a trip during the heat, I felt refreshed and ready to get through the summer with renewed energy. I am turning 77 this year. I want to continue enjoying wonderful trips—dressing up and savoring stays at Resort Hotels and Ryokans.

Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality from our arrival to the very end! All of the staff were truly warm and welcoming, and it was deeply relaxing. The Onsen was excellent, and both the open-air bath in our Room and the private open-air bath had breathtaking views. The meals were generous in portion, everything was delicious, and we felt so happy. We were amazed by how much food there was, and thanks to the service of bringing dessert to our Room, we were able to enjoy everything right to the end. We left feeling warm in both body and mind.

This was my first time in Toi, and I really enjoyed the Onsen—the water quality and temperature were excellent. The staff were very attentive, making for a comfortable stay. The Ryokan’s Facility feels a bit old, but it has charm, which I appreciated. The Onsen was kept very clean, which left a great impression. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly.

Although I have stayed here several times, it felt like there were fewer breakfast menu options than before. It seems that the selection varies by Route Inn location.

Yamagata is already Akita Prefecture. (The Hotel is not bad.)

The room was small, making it difficult to spread out luggage, but everything else was great. It was clean, and coffee, drinks, and water were provided. The Onsen was also very relaxing.

Used for a memorial service. I think it is a good Business Hotel. The vegetables at the restaurant are delicious.

I had mistakenly made the Reservation for the wrong dates, but they responded immediately and I was able to stay without any issues. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like a smoking Room, and I had a comfortable stay. The value for money was excellent.

I booked a same-day stay with No Meals Included because I mainly wanted to soak in Zao’s powerful Onsen rather than focus on meals. The system was a bit confusing at first, but it seems like a good setup for guests looking for a therapeutic Onsen stay or those who prefer minimal contact, and I could see the effort to reduce costs. The Room air conditioner is basic, but it worked well enough and I was satisfied. I was also surprised to see some guests cooking for themselves in the kitchen. One thing I noticed is that the in-room slippers are used when going outside the Room; sandals would be preferable for that purpose. I would like to stay here again when I visit Zao.

This was my first time staying here. Even though I decided to stay one night in Naha at short notice, I was glad I could get a good deal by using a Discount Coupon and PayPay points. Since it was camping season, I expected it to be fully booked, but I was lucky to make a Reservation. I was happy they provided a box for free when I needed one to ship my luggage. I didn’t use a rental car this time, but the parking lot looked spacious and easy to park in. Breakfast was also free: two rice balls and a drink. I’d like to stay here again.
