Stayed for two nights from September 30. The hotel exceeded the price, and I felt it was a great value—I’d like to stay again. The view from the room wasn’t great, but the room was spacious and clean, the semi-double bed had just the right firmness, and the bathtub was a good size. With breakfast included, I was very satisfied. The staff were all kind and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant.

We stayed here with four adults—my parents and us as a couple. This was our second visit, and we were able to relax thanks to the seasonal cuisine and wide selection of drinks. Since everyone has different preferences, the all-inclusive plan made it easy for all of us to enjoy both the meals and the baths, making it a truly wonderful trip.

I had booked the “sold-out parking” plan, but since a space opened up, you contacted me in advance to let me know I could use the hotel parking lot. That really helped, as it saved me the trouble of searching around. The tatami room was wonderful. It was compact, but the interior and facilities made great use of the space, so it didn’t feel cramped even for two people, and we were able to stay very comfortably. If I had to mention anything, I would have loved a small mirror that could be used in the living area for makeup, and tissues in the washbasin area as well. I also appreciated that the wet areas were separated. The bathroom was spacious, and I was able to relax using the bath salts I received at check-in. One thing that concerned me was black mold on the inside of the bathroom door and red mold on the floor. I’d be even happier if that could be improved (it was right in my line of sight). Sorry for such a long message, but overall it was a lovely hotel! The front desk staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. I come to this area regularly for errands, and since it’s such a popular hotel, I hope I can make it my regular place to stay if possible. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We were very satisfied with both the bath and the meals, and the staff were very kind. We had a relaxing stay. The Room was spacious, and we were able to unwind comfortably.

I stayed for three nights on a business trip. First of all, the location is excellent! There’s an entrance to Yaechika very close by, and it was convenient to be able to walk to Tokyo Station with hardly getting wet even in the rain. The Room is on the small side, but it felt compact and easy to use. There were plenty of amenities, and I especially appreciated the face masks. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and I’d definitely like to stay again!

It was a very clean Room! It was a bit small, but the price was affordable, so I was very satisfied. It was my first time having the front desk on the top floor, and there was a balcony, which was wonderful! The view was amazing! I would like to stay again! Also, I’d like to take this opportunity to express my thanks. I accidentally left my smartphone at the entrance on the first floor, and I’m grateful to the person who brought it up to the front desk on the top floor. Thank you very much!

First of all, it’s conveniently close to the station. The Room and bathroom are small, but the elevator hall and the curtains in the Room were nicely coordinated and cute. And just as the Reviews said, breakfast is delicious! There are many kinds of rice balls, and I was very satisfied. I was in a rush because I was on a business trip, but next time I’d like to enjoy it at a more relaxed pace.

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique blend of urban convenience and nature, and the large public bath was excellent. We were able to relax together as a family. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

This was my third stay. I’ve stayed in a twin, a double, and a twin again, and this Room was my favorite. The first time was on the railway side, the second time on the opposite side, and this time it was on the city side with a view of the station and Mores. (For some reason this time, the refrigerator was as large as one for home use—it held a lot, and I was happy that the freezer compartment was also big.) It’s fun to see different scenery from the window each time. I really like the comfortably firm bed, pillows with adjustable height along with cushions, complimentary water service, and the pleasant hospitality from your Hotel staff. Thank you always. I’d love to stay again next year.

Three of us stayed one night in a triple room to enjoy a live show with friends. In addition to the three beds, there was a sofa where all three of us could sit comfortably. The room was very well equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, and other tableware—everything we needed. We also enjoyed watching on the large projector screen and had a great time together. The location was excellent, so we were able to take a morning walk and easily enjoy sightseeing as well—shopping around town and having lunch in Nankinmachi were both very pleasant. Thank you very much.

We were able to relax in a spacious Room with a view of the pond. The Onsen had pleasantly silky water and wasn’t too hot, so we could soak at a leisurely pace. Meals were buffet-style, which was great because we could choose what we liked. There was also a wide selection of drinks and desserts, and it was fun to choose.

The meals were incredibly delicious, and the staff were very kind. It felt like a very comfortable Accommodation. I would definitely like to visit again.

This was my first time staying here. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but I was surprised to find such attentive service—it’s rare to see this level of care. There was a great selection of welcome drinks, and the freshly made desserts were delicious! Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy many different dishes in small portions. After dinner, I relaxed in the lounge with alcohol and snacks. The bath had a wonderful view, and I also enjoyed the hot stone sauna in the morning for a truly luxurious time. I came with my mother, and she was very happy too, so I’m glad we chose this place. I’d love to stay again.

First, the Onsen water quality was excellent. I wasn’t expecting much since the purpose of my trip wasn’t the Onsen, but my long-standing shoulder stiffness improved. The next morning’s breakfast was said to be homemade. They kindly told me, “Please eat plenty,” and I felt the warmth of the staff.

I visited once before it became TAOYA, so I can vouch for how wonderful the Onsen is! That silky-smooth water makes you want to soak again and again. Dinner felt like they really put in the effort, and everything was consistently good and delicious. That said, breakfast might feel a bit less impressive by comparison. We chose the most affordable Japanese-style Room, but it was very close to both the restaurant and the Onsen, and with two separate rooms it felt like a great value.

I always stay here—it's incredibly close to the station and offers excellent value for money!

From luggage storage before check-in through check-out, the service is streamlined yet kind. The card-key elevator access provides reassuring security. It’s a little away from the downtown area, but once you get to the station, everything you need is there, so it’s convenient.

I came to Iwate with my eldest daughter for the birth of my second daughter. It was also my first grandchild, and a long-awaited trip with my eldest daughter. Since we were going all the way to Iwate, I looked for a Ryokan. I chose this property because of its convenient access from the station and its charming atmosphere. We splurged a little on dinner, enjoyed the meal, and had great conversation. The bath was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the late-night ramen—it was delicious. We had a wonderful trip.

Access from Hosui-Susukino was very convenient. All the staff were very pleasant. There was no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it wasn’t a problem at all. It was my first time trying a rain shower. There was no step between the Room and the toilet, so moving back and forth was very smooth and helpful. There were lovely translucent designs at the toilet entrance and on the window curtains, and I took photos of them. I felt the bed was a little high—probably due to its position relative to the wall-mounted TV. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

The Room, the bath, and the private bath were all great. The food was also excellent. There was a fireworks festival, and it was close to the venue so we could see it well. We will stay again.
