The staff’s hospitality was excellent! The Room was very clean. Thank you for upgrading us to a slightly larger Room. There were plenty of places to shop near the Hotel, so we had a great time and never got bored. We felt it was the best place to stay for getting around the Goshogawara area!

We stayed in two Rooms with a total of seven people—my daughter’s family and my son. We have stayed here before, and it remains a favorite because we can truly relax, and both dinner and breakfast are served in private dining rooms so we can enjoy our meals at a leisurely pace. The grandchildren enjoyed not only the Onsen but also the pool, and they even wrote in their summer vacation diary that they want to come again. The staff also left a very positive impression with their courteous service.

We stayed in a Room with a slide! The moment we saw it, we got so excited, and our three kids kept climbing up and sliding down over and over—they looked like they were having fun the whole time. There were so many kid-friendly activities, like a shopping experience, a post office experience, candy fishing, and spinning shaved ice—it was amazing. It was a little disappointing that there wasn’t a teapot or Ureshino tea in the Room. We bought roasted Ureshino hojicha at the shop and enjoyed it. After dinner, one of the kind dining staff prepared a teapot with sencha for us, so we could drink it in the Room as well, which was wonderful. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care. It also happened to be firefly season, and we were able to join a bus tour from near the Accommodation, which was great. There were so many fireflies—it was truly moving! Even when we returned from the firefly tour around 9:00 p.m., there were plenty of staff members around the front desk area; it felt bright and welcoming, which made us feel safe and happy. The dining area also had many families with children, so we could relax and enjoy our meal without worrying. The sashimi and meat were delicious, and we left completely full. We would love to stay here again when traveling with children.

I came back for a second visit right away!! As expected, this place was amazing! I was so happy that the proprietress remembered me. The meals were delicious as always! The hot spring water was wonderful! I’m already hoping to come back for a third time!

We stayed at the property after climbing Mount Kuju. It was close to the Maki-no-toge trailhead, and after having tea at Shetani, we headed to Hanashinobu. We arrived at 4 PM and received a detailed explanation of the stay from the proprietress before heading straight to the onsen. The quality of the water was good, and there were various onsen options to choose from, which was very pleasant. Dinner was at 6 PM, which was perfect timing. The dinner was luxurious and very delicious. The room was warm, and we slept comfortably. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. We would like to visit again. The owner and the proprietress were kind, and it was a warm property.

In winter, you get out of the car before reaching the Accommodation and walk the last few minutes to it. It surprised me at first, but the moment the sound of cars fades and only snow and the river remain is truly memorable. Rather than feeling inconvenient, it feels like a quiet shift away from everyday life. Inside the building, water keeps running to prevent freezing, reminding you that people are living here deep in the winter mountains. There were even a few insects that had woken up from hibernation, but they weren’t causing any trouble—it felt like they were simply part of this place. The Onsen is more comfortable if you let your body adjust before soaking rather than rushing in, and the fine sand on the bottom of the bath felt fresh against my soles. Unlike an overly polished Onsen, it really makes you feel immersed in nature. The tofu served at night had a gentle flavor, but the freshly made tofu in the morning had a slight bitterness that actually stayed with me. It felt like tasting the local water and soybeans as they are. At breakfast, they also shared a recommended way to enjoy tamago kake gohan: mix only the egg white first, pour it over rice, then place the yolk on top—trying it was a fun moment. I found myself wondering how long it had been since I last laid out my own futon; I was surprisingly good at it and felt quietly satisfied. Even using an unfamiliar type of Room key felt refreshingly different. When you turn off the lights it becomes truly pitch-dark; even waiting for your eyes to adjust feels pleasant, and in the morning I naturally woke up to light filtering through shoji screens. This time it was about a five-minute walk from where we parked; if I’d left my smartphone in the car too, I might have experienced an even slower sense of time. Many guests were not only families but also solo travelers, which made it especially memorable that I could relax comfortably on my own. In everyday life there aren’t many chances to remember this kind of pace—but once you visit, it’s a place that somehow feels easy to settle into.

Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

This was our second stay. The kids once again lost track of time playing in the large pool. With great access to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Motobu Genki Village, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities during our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had another wonderful time.

I stayed here to photograph the beautiful starry sky. Unfortunately, the neighboring lights were on during the night, so I couldn’t capture it well, which was disappointing. However, the Room facilities were excellent, and I would like to stay again.

The Room is a bit small, but it’s good value for the price. There’s also a Lawson right in front, which is convenient. Even when I checked in early, the staff were welcoming and shared lots of helpful information—thank you. The Onsen suited me perfectly and felt wonderful!

It was a wonderful Accommodation! It’s old, but very clean, and it felt comforting—like visiting my grandmother’s home. The sea and mountains visible from the Room window were beautiful; I woke up to birdsong in the morning, and it truly soothed my tired mind from city life. And what really deserves special mention is the food. At dinner, we grilled a variety of shellfish right there as we ate, and it was unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed several other carefully prepared dishes, which reminded us once again how amazing seafood can be. Thank you all for your kindness. Thanks to you, our family was able to spend a truly happy time.

I was completely satisfied with my stay and truly felt, “I definitely want to stay here again.” First of all, all the staff were incredibly kind, and I was able to spend my time comfortably from arrival to departure. The Room was meticulously maintained and exceptionally clean. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room was a luxurious experience—I could enjoy the Onsen as much as I wanted, whenever I wanted. What stood out most was the outstanding cuisine. It featured an abundance of local ingredients, with such a wide variety that it couldn’t possibly all fit on the menu—and every dish was remarkably delicious. I could really feel the chef’s dedication and care. It was also very helpful that there were EV charging facilities. Being able to charge during my stay gave me peace of mind for the drive the next day. I’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with our pet, my wife and I, timed with our daughter’s visit home, with dinner and breakfast included. All the staff were consistently kind and spoke to us warmly, making our stay comfortable from arrival to departure—we were very satisfied. Meals were served in the Room, so even with our pet we could relax without worrying. The food was gently seasoned, full of wholesome dishes that felt good for the body, and everything was delicious—we finished it all. The large public bath was diagonally across from our Room, which was extremely convenient. The water had a smooth, gentle quality and the temperature was perfectly managed. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again and highly recommend.

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

The buffet at Limone was incredibly extensive and delicious. The next morning, the Nadaman breakfast was also excellent—the dashi was outstanding. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. It truly felt like a Royal Hotel, and it was my first stay in a while, but it was great.

Four of us—female friends for 50 years—stayed here together. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and in the lounge we enjoyed a variety of drinks and snacks both before and after dinner. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection, including made-to-order hamburgers right in front of us, beef shabu-yakiniku, sashimi, and more—everything was excellent. All-you-can-drink beer and many other beverages really surprised us. It didn’t seem like there was all-you-can-drink sake, though. The meals were enjoyable for both adults and children. The baths were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were also happy to have ReFa showerheads and hair dryers. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my daughter and grandchild. My grandchild lives in Osaka, so we invited them to stay with us. Thank you for a wonderful night—we had such a great time chatting until late.

After reading the Reviews, I wasn’t sure whether to choose the Main Building or the West Building, but I’m glad I chose the Main Building because getting to the baths and meals was smooth and convenient. The Room has been renovated, and it was great that the toilet is separate. The soundproofing is also solid, and everything feels clean. Even during Obon, we were able to have breakfast without any waiting time. You can also check how crowded it is from your Room—this really is a wonderful long-established Hotel. I appreciate all the efforts being made here, and I would love to stay again.

It was an amazing value for money! The photos made it look a bit old, so I was a little worried, but there were no issues at all. I made a Reservation for a spacious Room, and it was absolutely fantastic! The view was great, the Room was clean, and I was truly satisfied. The open-air bath was very relaxing too. And above all, the buffet was such an incredible deal! There were so many things I wanted to eat for both dinner and breakfast that I couldn’t decide. The young woman at the front desk was also very pleasant. Also, there is the Kinu-kaniwa Suspension Bridge near the Hotel, and the scenery there was amazing.

From the warm welcome on arrival to the heartfelt farewell, we enjoyed consistently kind and comfortable hospitality, allowing me to spend precious, unhurried time with my two daughters. I would like to express my sincere gratitude, especially to the male staff member who took care of us. Though he was still young, his calm presence, graceful manners, and attentive consideration in every detail were outstanding, making our stay even more memorable and truly unforgettable. What impressed me most was that the towels in the washroom had been replaced with fresh ones on the morning of checkout. I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans over the years, but this was the first time I experienced such thoughtful care. It was a deeply memorable moment that clearly conveyed genuine consideration for guests. The Tanabata event on Saturday was also wonderful. A staff member in hakama served champagne, creating a beautiful experience filled with Japan’s seasonal charm and atmosphere. My daughter, who has lived abroad for many years, was especially delighted and it became a cherished memory for her. When I mentioned after checkout that we planned to visit the Okada Museum of Art, you immediately prepared a brochure for us—your natural warmth and thoughtfulness continued until the very end. Each dish of our meal was carefully prepared and delicious, and we were able to enjoy everything at a relaxed pace. This stay also served as a celebration for my daughter; thank you sincerely for your kindness as well. Since we stayed only one night this time, my only regret is that I did not have enough time to browse books leisurely in the library within the Accommodation. Next time, I hope to fully enjoy not only your facilities but also the gentle flow of time throughout your Accommodation itself.
