I travel out many times throughout the year. I was truly won over by how delicious the food was here. The rice was cooked perfectly! Ayu sashimi (my first time), salt-grilled ayu (the seasoning, grilling, and timing of service), and even the soup—everything was flawless. From now on, your salt-grilled ayu will likely be my benchmark for taste. This may sound presumptuous, but I believe it’s simple dishes that really show a chef’s skill. The yukata in the Room were crisp and nicely starched, so even someone like me who doesn’t usually like yukata could wear it comfortably. I also appreciated the detox water after bathing.

I stayed for two nights and had a very satisfying experience. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches. For example, there were pajamas in addition to yukata, and since my room had a private open-air bath, a bathrobe was also provided. There were pitchers of both hot water and cold water, and complimentary Yebisu beer was chilled as well. I was also happy that the meals were thoughtfully changed from the first day’s menu. The seasoning suited my taste perfectly, and everything was delicious.

This trip was booked at the last minute while keeping an eye on the weather. Luckily, there was availability, and we were able to stay at a much lower price than nearby accommodations. Not everything was perfect, but the room was spacious, the meals were very delicious, and we were satisfied with the service. No one in our family had any complaints. Our itinerary ended up being quite rushed, but everything went smoothly—perhaps thanks to this inn. Thank you very much for your hospitality; we were able to spend a relaxing time here.

This was my first stay. I received an email in advance to register as a guest, and check-in was easy by scanning the QR code at the front desk, which was great. Being able to park right in front of the Room was really convenient! Everything I needed at a minimum was provided, so I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. At typical Hotels, I sometimes notice noise from water running in other Rooms, but I felt that the container house was quiet in that respect as well, which was nice. The slope next to the 7-Eleven was a bit dark, but I had a great time taking an evening walk to the canal and enjoying my stay. Thank you!

On my first trip to Fukuoka, I chose a Hotel near the airport because I had an early morning flight. There was an uphill road and it was a bit of a walk from the airport to the Hotel, but still within walking distance. There was also a large public bath, and it was clean and relaxing. The shampoo and other amenities were POLA, and the basic skincare products were Sekkisei, so I was glad I could use them even with sensitive skin. They kindly provided a free shuttle bus to the airport in time for my early morning flight, which was very helpful. It was a short stay, but I was satisfied.

This was our third stay and our first time visiting as a family trip. No matter how many times we stay, it’s wonderful. We truly enjoyed the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and having a barbecue by the poolside. We chose the C-type Room. It was very clean, and we already want to come back again. It’s a villa Hotel that makes you feel like you could live there forever. Our family was thrilled. We’ll definitely be back.

I stayed here because I wanted to enjoy hot spring hopping in Nyuto Onsenkyo. I arrived before check-in, but they kindly lent me towels for the hot spring tour, which I really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious and clean, so I could relax and stay very comfortably. What impressed me most was being able to enjoy two different types of hot spring water—Nyuto Onsen and Tazawako Kogen—in one hotel. The open-air bath was also wonderful, and I could fully enjoy soaking in the midst of nature that’s unique to Nyuto Onsenkyo. That said, the open-air bath at night was quite dark, and I felt a bit uneasy going in alone. A little more lighting around the footing and surroundings would make it even more relaxing and safe. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent as well. Not only was there a wide selection, but each dish felt carefully prepared, and everything I tried was delicious. It was such a satisfying meal that I couldn’t help wanting to try a bit of everything. Nyuto Onsenkyo has many charming traditional inns, each with its own appeal. Among them, Kyukamura stands out for the well-equipped facilities and ease of staying that come with a larger hotel, making it a place where you can feel at ease throughout your visit. For anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere of hidden hot springs and onsen hopping while still spending their time at the hotel in comfort and relaxation, this is a highly recommended place to stay.

The Accommodation has a wonderful atmosphere and offers satisfaction beyond its price. At the entrance, there was a vending machine selling rare flash-frozen soba you can enjoy as if freshly made, as well as Matsumoto Sanzoku-yaki. They kindly accompanied us to our Room on the second floor and even carried our luggage. When we left, although it was raining, they lent us an umbrella and saw us off. The interior has a special, out-of-the-ordinary feel, with calming lights placed throughout the hallways and other areas. The toilets and washbasins are shared, but they are clean. There is also a large public bath with separate hours for men and women, and if available, you can use the private bath at no extra charge. The water temperature is on the lukewarm side. Breakfast offered many kinds of small side dishes, a large-nameko mushroom miso soup, and curry that was light yet flavorful; we were told it uses Indian spices. Next time, I’d like to try dinner as well.

This was our family’s first trip to Amakusa, Kumamoto, and we stayed here. We had been looking forward to it even before we arrived, and the Accommodation was even more stylish than we expected—everywhere we went, we could feel the great sense of design. The Room was very clean, and the view from the villa was amazing. There were activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, and our child had a wonderful time. We rented a BBQ set, and everything was provided—so it was incredibly convenient to just bring our own ingredients and enjoy. The older male staff member at reception was very friendly and kind, and we also enjoyed hearing various stories from him. Unfortunately he wasn’t there when we checked out, so we couldn’t thank him in person, which was a real shame—but we’d love to make another opportunity to visit Amakusa and stay again. There is nothing around the Accommodation, so it’s very quiet; we could also enjoy a sky full of stars, making for an extremely relaxing time. Since there isn’t anywhere within shopping distance from the Accommodation, it might be even more comfortable if reception offered some snacks or if light meals were available at a café or restaurant—but overall it truly was a completely satisfying stay and an unforgettable place. The building is probably old, but the Room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean and comfortable, including the unit bath and toilet. There were also two single sofas, making it a relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious, just as other Reviews said.

I stayed in the Kitty Room “Sakura Tennyo.” The wall decorations and the large Kitty plush were so cute that they made me smile the whole time. The bathroom and toilet were standard, but it was comfortable with a separate washing area and a spacious bathtub. Everything was very clean, and the amenities were more than sufficient. The breakfast venue was almost entirely filled with international guests. There was a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted nice. It’s close to Asakusa Station, making sightseeing very convenient—an excellent location. The hotel restaurant does not serve dinner, so you’ll need to eat out, but there are plenty of places nearby so it’s not inconvenient at all. The Kitty Room is special so it’s on the pricey side, but I think the other rooms are reasonably priced for Asakusa.

We stayed as a parent and child. Despite being very busy, the staff took care of us efficiently and promptly. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. We received Kintoki sweet potatoes as a souvenir and enjoyed them at home as tempura. The chilled sake was also excellent.

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

I stayed solo on a one-night, two-meals-included plan. The parking area was a little confusing to find. The building is wonderful, filled with greenery and light, and the room was very clean with a simple, modern feel. My room was a north-facing Japanese-style room; there wasn’t much of a view, but it didn’t bother me. I also loved that the washbasin area and the bath were separated like in a private home. Both private reservable baths were clean, and I could relax and enjoy them. If the property is busy, you may not be able to use them at your preferred time; however, if you let the front desk know, they will call your room when one becomes available—very thoughtful. The meals were generous in portion size and everything was delicious. It felt like a satisfying Japanese-Western fusion with so many dishes that I wondered if I could finish them all. I was especially happy that the kimchi hot pot had real spice. At breakfast I unfortunately left only the rice. The citrus served with the grilled fish was so good that I ate it whole instead of squeezing it—maybe an early-season mandarin—and I even bought some to take home. Since I was traveling alone, they kindly arranged for me to dine in a different area from other guests, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t quite a hotel or a traditional ryokan—just a lovely space overall. A place I would recommend to others.

I use this Hotel when traveling for business, and the Room is always clean and the Onsen is great. The breakfast is also delicious—an excellent Hotel.

This was my first time staying for three nights, and everything was great—the service struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and distance. It was a bit pricey, but it’s now on my list of Accommodations I’d like to treat myself to again. If I had to mention one thing, I’d love the meals to have a bit more originality!

During Golden Week on 5/3, our first stay was so wonderful that my wife and I couldn’t wait to come back. Last time we stayed in Room 40, and this time we stayed in Room 50. This time we checked in early and chose a plan that included a 120-minute private session at “Musouan” (sauna, cold plunge, and open-air bath). We repeated sauna with löyly followed by the cold plunge, then finished in the inner open-air bath. Neither of us usually spends much time in saunas, but “Musouan” was on another level—we enjoyed an incredibly relaxing experience. We also had the best blissful moments soaking in the spacious open-air bath in our room—stretching out fully and enjoying the silky-smooth, serum-like water. We were able to enjoy it five times: before dinner, after dinner, before bed, before breakfast, and after breakfast. The owner modestly describes the food as simple country cooking, but since they run a tofu shop as well, the tofu dishes were exceptionally delicious. As we don’t eat game meat, they kindly changed all meat dishes to beef for us—and once again the quality was top-class. The private dining room is quiet and very relaxing. The room was extremely comfortable (especially the bedding—essential for a good night’s sleep!), and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches: the indoor bath and washing area layout, plenty of bath towels and towels with convenient towel racks. The washroom was spacious as well—overall comfort was outstanding. Both the open-air bath and room are large so cleaning must be difficult, yet they kindly accommodated our late check-out at 12:00. It can be inconvenient to find your way here since there are no signs or guideboards leading you to the parking area. The welcoming and send-off are handled by one cheerful proprietress alone, so it almost feels bad asking her to carry luggage. There are no nameplates on rooms either, and it wouldn’t be fair to say every part of the garden is perfectly maintained. Even so, this inn offers something special that makes all of that fade away—a truly extraordinary escape from everyday life. We definitely want to return—ideally twice a year!

This is a truly wonderful Accommodation. It is located in a valley beyond a ridge from Kurokawa Onsen, reached by a narrow road that feels like a forest track. Crossing the ridge makes you feel as if you are entering a different world from Kurokawa. It is quiet— the small lobby, the corridors, the dining area, and even the baths. The Room is beautifully set, with furnishings and artwork on the walls that enhance the atmosphere. For meals, there are separate head chefs for Japanese and Western cuisine. Using local ingredients, everything was carefully seasoned and served in just the right portions. There is a café lounge where you can step out onto an outdoor terrace and enjoy coffee while taking in dew-covered greenery in the morning. With calm, attentive service as well, we enjoyed an atmosphere quite different from Kurokawa Onsen.

The location was excellent, and everything we needed (and more) was provided. The in-room Facilities were great, very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. At check-in, the staff kindly guided us to the private beach and even told us the names of the goats on the property and their family relationships, which was a lovely touch. The outdoor pool was spacious and deep enough, and we were able to relax by the poolside while looking out at the ocean. It became a truly memorable trip to Ishigaki Island.
