Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. Thank you for preparing the special Room on the 4th floor; the view from the Room was wonderful. Not only could we overlook the streets of Hirugami Onsen town, but we were also able to gaze at the starry sky at night, making it a truly luxurious and moving experience. The meals also featured seasonal local ingredients, and in particular, the salt-grilled amago trout was delicious. We were very satisfied with both the scenery and the food. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

I enjoyed the Mango and Melon Afternoon Tea as a high tea after 6:00 PM for one person. The lounge was calm and relaxing, with a wonderful view as night fell. The scones were freshly baked, and the clotted cream melted just enough to feel truly indulgent. Both the sweets and savory items were delicately presented and carefully prepared—everything was delicious. I’m really looking forward to seeing what future afternoon tea offerings will be like.

This ryokan has an elevator, and on the same floor there are rooms with a semi-open-air bath and the dining area, so both my energetic mother and my father, who has trouble walking, were able to enjoy their stay. All of the staff in the dining room were very pleasant, and the food was excellent: tender Japanese Black Wagyu beef, abalone sashimi, tempura, chawanmushi with sea urchin, shrimp dumplings, crab-shell gratin, and miso soup with spiny lobster. I ended up having three extra bowls of rice. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes—I had two more bowls of rice again. I’m really glad we came.

We stayed for two nights. The location is close to the downtown area, making it convenient for getting to Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen, and anywhere else. The Room was spacious with stylish interiors, and our family of four was able to relax comfortably. It almost felt like a waste to use it just for sleeping. The in-room sauna was also wonderful and very relaxing.

Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights. I love traveling and stay at many Hotels, but I have never experienced a Hotel where the staff’s service and greetings were this outstanding. It’s rare to find such a strong spirit of hospitality in a Business Hotel. The large public bath was also wonderful, and cooling off while enjoying the view from the rooftop overlooking Monbetsu Port after a soak was such a happy moment! Breakfast offered everything from scallop sashimi to jingisukan, and everything was delicious—I ate too much on both days. The milk and yogurt from Okoppe were also incredibly tasty. I’ve only just checked out, but I’m already thinking about when to make my next Reservation. Thank you again—we’ll definitely stay here again!

Thank you for your hospitality. Although I stayed for one night without meals, I could see the Onomichi Channel from my room on the 7th floor and relax while enjoying the view. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I also appreciated the amenity setup where you can pick up what you need—it felt like a compact, well-organized hotel. Thank you very much.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

My elderly mother, her friend, and I (her daughter) started a deli one year ago. This time, we stayed here for our 1st anniversary staff trip. I deliberately didn’t tell my mother and her friend what kind of ryokan it was, so they were amazed by the surprise from the moment we arrived. Starting with the comfortable shuttle ride from Izu-Nagaoka Station, everything was wonderful—the entrance lobby space, the garden, the hot springs, the room, and the meals. Every moment was truly exceptional. Not only was the large public bath great, but the bath in our room was also fantastic! Even though my mother and her friend usually eat small portions, they ate a lot that day. And although we tend to be short on exercise in everyday life, we were able to walk a lot while exploring around the property. It felt like my heart, body—and stomach—were all completely satisfied. We made unforgettable memories. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time. As someone who loves architecture, next time I’d love to come back with someone who shares that interest. I’d also love to see your garden in autumn colors and try staying in a different room as well.

I booked this Hotel for my first trip to Kagoshima. It is located inside the Tenmonkan arcade, making it convenient for getting anywhere. The Room was spacious and clean, and the property was very quiet. One minor point: the bathroom is a typical unit bath, so I would have preferred a separate toilet and a bit more space.

This was my first time staying at Dormy Inn, and I was very satisfied. The service, breakfast, and location were all excellent, and it was also very convenient to have free coin-operated laundry machines in the large public baths for both men and women. (Drying costs 100 yen for 20 minutes.) I would definitely like to stay here again.

My family stayed and they were very pleased. They enjoyed not only the spacious Room but also the Onsen and meals. Thank you very much.

All the staff were very pleasant, and their hospitality was outstanding—polite and kind at both check-in and check-out. The building itself may be old, but it is well maintained and felt very clean. The twin room with a kitchen was very spacious and seems ideal for a longer stay. However, the walls seem thin, so noise from the next room was noticeable. The large public bath was also spacious, well cleaned, and I was very satisfied. If I visit Togatta again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much!

I had work scheduled in Nagasaki on Sunday and planned to arrive early in the morning, but I ended up staying the night before at short notice. (If Setre hadn’t had availability, I might not have stayed the extra night.) I also enjoyed the summer lounge treat of shaved ice, and for the first time I joined the evening “Saruku” walk as well. Since I ate a late lunch, I came back from Saruku and fully enjoyed the lounge’s late-night snack service too. I slept very well. In some regional areas it can be hard to arrange a taxi in the morning, but that wasn’t a concern in Nagasaki. I was able to take my time with breakfast and head to work with plenty of time. The Room is understandably showing its age, so I’d rate it a 4—but that sense of history is part of this Hotel’s charm, and I had no complaints at all. One note: there are no toothbrushes among the amenities here, and since I forgot mine, I went to a convenience store. It’s actually very close by. A Hotel where you can both have fun and relax. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Nagasaki. (The staff also told me about Setre properties in Kansai—I'd like to visit one someday.)

I stayed on October 7. This was my fifth stay, and for the first time I booked a Japanese-style room. As I’m used to this style in everyday life, it was very comfortable. However, when having dinner in the room, there was only a table with chairs, so it would be nice if there were a low table as well. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, the coffee machine that grinds beans from a mill seemed to break down partway through, which was disappointing.

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

Thanks to the attentive care and service of all the staff, we were able to enjoy a truly comfortable stay from start to finish. Every dish was delicious, and the shabu-shabu served with the house special dashi was exceptional—perfect with both meat and fish. The freshly cooked rice prepared on the spot was also wonderful, and we were very satisfied. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, so we could enjoy the Onsen anytime without worrying about the time. The layout was also very practical, with separate spaces for the indoor bath and the vanity/changing area, making it convenient for us as a couple to use smoothly without getting in each other’s way. The building interior and Facility have been beautifully renovated; everything was kept clean throughout, and we never heard noise from other Rooms, so we could relax comfortably without any inconvenience. If I had to mention anything, there were a few lockers in the changing room by the 3rd-floor open-air bath where the locks wouldn’t fasten properly, and it would be even better if the hair dryers were a bit more powerful. Other than that, there was nothing else that concerned us—it was a wonderful stay overall. If we have another chance to visit Toyama, we would definitely like to return. Thank you very much.

I stayed here after visiting a family grave in Ota City. I have visited Izumo Taisha many times, but this was my first time staying overnight. It was just a short walk to Izumo Taisha, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hot spring was also great. Although I didn’t have dinner, they brought a local sake tasting set to my room. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The room was spacious and clean, and best of all, we could relax while gazing out over Lake Biwa—and even saw the sunrise straight ahead. Everyone at the front desk greeted us with warm smiles and provided kind, courteous service, which made us feel it was truly a wonderful hotel. For dinner and bathing in the evening, we were able to use the adjacent hot spring facility, and there were also places to eat nearby where we enjoyed delicious food at a leisurely pace. Above all, being able to enjoy karaoke made us completely satisfied. The hotel’s own bath was small but still very nice. The next day, we enjoyed a hot stone spa before heading home. We would definitely love to stay again if we have the chance. It was a fun and very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

Three female friends and I stayed for two nights. Dinner was a set course, and the menu was different on each night. For breakfast, in addition to individual plated assortments, there was also a buffet with salad, hot-spring eggs, and more—and above all, everything was delicious and truly impressive!! The service was also excellent!! The reason I rated the facilities and amenities 4 is that the water faucet at the far right of the washing area in the hot spring made a loud noise when running hot water; I also wished cotton swabs were available at the amenity station near the front desk (they were in the bathroom); and on the second night towels were left in our room and trash had been taken out, but used towels were left behind, and our glasses were not replaced, which was disappointing. However, when we mentioned this at the front desk, they apologized very politely. If I have a chance to visit Akita again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much for two wonderful days!!

It was our first stay, but we arrived safely with the help of the navigation system. There is a large public bath, but we relaxed in the in-room bath and enjoyed the hot spring at our leisure, which helped us unwind after the drive. Dinner was served in a private room, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared using ingredients from Hokkaido—everything was delicious. Snacks were available in the lobby, so we brought some back to our room and enjoyed them while relaxing in the spacious room. Breakfast was served at a different dining venue, where we took our time and enjoyed it while looking out at the surrounding scenery.
