The large public bath is available from 5:30 a.m. to midnight, so I was able to enjoy the Onsen many times at different hours. Both dinner and breakfast were nourishing and truly delicious. Ryokan meals can sometimes be heavily seasoned, but here nothing was surprisingly salty, and I enjoyed everything. In the guest lounge, there were treats like dadacha-mame ice cream and Onsen manju, plus DIY Onsen eggs—these little services were a lot of fun. I also appreciated that soft drinks were unlimited. The garden is lovely, and there are also amenities like spa treatments, table tennis, and a large shogi board, so there’s plenty to enjoy inside as well. I had a luxurious time soaking in the Onsen, enjoying great food, and relaxing at the Accommodation. I would definitely love to visit again.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I always stay at Naganohaku. The breakfast was as good as ever. The sake tasting in front of the front desk was nice with snacks, but it would have been better if I could have tried four varieties. I will stay again.

We had a wonderful time surrounded by exceptional hospitality. First, the Shuttle Service from Odawara Station to the Hotel—and of course back from the Hotel to Odawara Station—was excellent. The view from our Room was also stunning, and we were delighted by how delicious the French course dinner was in the dining room. The Onsen water quality was great, leaving our skin moisturized and smooth. My wife has had treatments at many spas, and she said the body treatment at Spa IZUMI was the most relaxing and enjoyable she has ever experienced. The staff’s high level of service and attentiveness truly reminded us why it’s Hyatt. Everything—the Room, meals, Onsen, and service—was outstanding. Thank you very much for such a happy stay.

Even though we arrived before check-in, you kindly allowed us to use the Room, and we were able to relax. We also gratefully enjoyed the free-flow starting at 3:00 PM. The French course meal made for a very satisfying dinner time. You also kindly agreed to let us use the parking lot after check-out, so we were able to explore the surrounding area a lot—truly very grateful!! Although it was my first stay, the price was affordable and I was very satisfied with the meals, the Onsen, and the location. It was a little out of the way, so it felt like being in the forest and I could relax at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

The meals at the restaurant were wonderful and delicious both at dinner and breakfast! The Room was also clean and comfortable. It seems our Room could be made into a connecting room, so when a family group checked into the neighboring Room, we were slightly bothered by voices and noise, but it soon settled down. The staff were also very courteous. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, following last year’s visit. My flight was canceled due to the typhoon. Just when I thought I had managed to rebook, the Miyakojima flight was canceled as well. I truly appreciate your help with my repeated Reservation changes. Since my trip ended up being after the typhoon, I didn’t have trouble finding dinner, and it was convenient for snorkeling and getting around, so I enjoyed this year too. The Room is compact but clean and more than sufficient. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t have the juicy onigiri at breakfast again this year. I’ll be back next time for a rematch.

The Facility is clean, and having an Onsen is a nice touch—it helps you relax and recover from fatigue. The Room is also clean, and I was able to get plenty of sleep. The front desk staff member was from Nepal, but their Japanese was excellent and communication was smooth. Their smile was wonderful as well. Thank you very much.

We used Reserve for his birthday. The guest room and Facilities were very spacious and spotless. This Accommodation pays close attention to every detail, from the building itself to the furniture and small touches. It was exactly as imagined, with wonderful hospitality—we were completely satisfied! Breakfast was very luxurious; I chose the Japanese set meal, and there was also a salad and dessert buffet, so we were fully satisfied from the morning. The space was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come again, and it’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to friends.

In the morning, risotto has been added in addition to curry. In the evening, they offer ochazuke, late-night ramen, and popcorn, plus an amazing selection of free alcoholic drinks. The location is also just a short walk from Akihabara Station. I stay here every time.

While looking for an Accommodation in Kochi for our Obon holiday as a couple, we found availability for two and made a Reservation. The building is very stylish, and we felt it blends beautifully with the surrounding nature. The view from our Room was incredibly soothing. The meals were delicious—excellent in both quality and portion size. We could also truly feel the attentive hospitality of all the staff, which seems increasingly rare these days, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night, and my Room was upgraded to a suite. The Room was wonderful and comfortable, with a close-up view of Fukuyama Castle beautifully illuminated at night, making it an exceptional stay. All the Hotel staff were kind, and although it was my first time staying in Fukuyama, my wife and I were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We stayed at the Nagasaki Marriott for two nights, in a Harbor View Suite on the top (13th) floor. With the summer Plan, Child Sharing Existing Bedding and breakfast were free for our child, so it was an excellent value. We also arranged a sofa bed for an additional fee (8,960 yen), and it was very comfortable. The Hotel is directly connected to Nagasaki Station, so access is outstanding. It’s easy to dine and shop at the station building, which was extremely convenient. Because we checked in late, we used room service, and every dish was high quality—we were very satisfied. In addition to Goto udon and burgers, there were plenty of kids’ menu options as well. From the room we could see large cruise ships, and the Harbor View scenery was truly spectacular. As it has only recently opened, the property is very clean throughout, and the modern, sophisticated interior design left a strong impression. The bathroom had a spacious round bathtub; the vanity had an easy-to-use double sink; and with two toilets available as well, our family stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast on both days; some items changed between days so we never got bored. Local Nagasaki specialties such as kakuni buns and sara udon were all delicious, as were the shumai. There was also a wide selection of cheeses, dried fruits, and breads. Both Japanese- and Western-style options were plentiful—something international guests would enjoy too. We couldn’t use the lounge during food service hours, but since it’s open 24 hours a day, it was nice to relax there with coffee. In terms of location, rooms, dining options, and service overall satisfaction was high—it was a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Nagasaki.

Great location right by the station with easy access. The Room was clean even for a Business Hotel, and the in-room amenities were good. After check-in, it was fun to choose the amenities and bath salts you needed. The restaurant was also clean and the food was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind.

At breakfast, they promptly asked about omelets and cleared trays quickly. They even stored our luggage at check-out. The Facility was clean, and the bath was very relaxing. It’s just a little (in terms of feeling) away from the station area, but that made it calm and comfortable. It’s still close to the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby. In the Room, if you open the roller blind, you can be seen from outside, so it would be perfect if there were an additional sheer curtain. The bathroom was clean, and I ended up using it many times. The breakfast venue felt slightly hot—perhaps because of the oden or the air conditioning. I think it would have been even better with lower humidity. The meals felt like standard business-style fare with a Kanazawa touch. I slept well. If I have another chance, I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.
