I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. My friend was truly delighted, and I’m so glad I asked. Thank you very much for your pleasant hospitality and service. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. At night I enjoyed the bath in my Room, and in the morning I woke up early to use the private bath. I truly love this time spent forgetting daily noise—the sound of flowing Onsen water and birdsong brought exceptional comfort. Thank you again for another wonderful stay. I was completely satisfied with everything. Next time, I hope to return again sooner. Thank you very much!

Last autumn, my wife (73) and I (75) both underwent surgery, and we were completely exhausted both physically and mentally. After the New Year, once things finally settled down, we planned an easy one-night trip nearby to relax. I always use IKYU to book travel, and after searching with various criteria, I found a reasonably priced Hotel with excellent Reviews. That was Hotel Green Core Bando, where we stayed this time. And the result... it truly was a wonderful Hotel just as the ratings suggested. The staff were very attentive, and the Room was impeccably clean. We stayed in a twin Room; it felt more spacious than expected, and the bathroom with a separate washing area was fantastic. Amenities are brought in by guests at check-in as needed, which I think is efficient and waste-free. And breakfast the next morning... simple but perfectly well-balanced selection—just as its reputation promised. I was surprised to see stewed offal on the breakfast menu, but it was outstanding. And of course—this is Ibaraki—natto was delicious too. It seems this Hotel does not serve dinner, but there are surprisingly many restaurants nearby; the izakaya we visited this time was excellent as well. Around the Hotel there are also many shops such as Japanese confectionery stores, pickle shops, and soba restaurants—and there’s even a supermarket right close by. The local people were down-to-earth and friendly, and without exception everything we ate was delicious. This time it was only one night, but there are many historical sights related to Taira no Masakado as well as numerous shrines—far too much to cover in just one night. Next time we would like to stay for two or three nights and enjoy traveling at a slower pace. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed with our dog. It was our first time here, and we were so satisfied that we made a Reservation for next year during our stay. There is no Onsen, but the Room was spacious and very clean. The sukiyaki dinner on the first night was outstanding, and it was a new way of eating it for us. We stayed two nights, and we were truly impressed that on the second night not only the main dish but everything from the appetizers onward was a completely different menu. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. The Accommodation was very comfortable, and all the staff were kind and wonderfully attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious; they were a feast for the eyes as well, and the dashi was so soothing—it reminded me how great Japan is. They also kindly adjusted the portion sizes for us, and even prepared a bowl of sekihan (red rice) soup for her birthday, which made my mother happy throughout our stay. This may be minor, but what delighted her most was being able to walk barefoot because the hallways were tatami rather than having to wear slippers (at her age she seems afraid of walking in slippers). She also appreciated that the tabi socks worn with the yukata had non-slip grips, that the bath temperature was just right, and that there was a stool at the sink in our Room—she was very satisfied with these thoughtful details. It is also conveniently located in Arashiyama with plenty to see nearby, making it a truly wonderful Accommodation. I’m very happy that my mother enjoyed it so much—it became a memorable trip for me as well. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

All staff members checked in with us thoughtfully and attentively, which made our family’s stay very comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We will make a Reservation at the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto again for our next stay in Kyoto.

We stayed on May 2, right in the middle of Golden Week. The traffic and bustle on the way to the Accommodation disappeared the moment we arrived—it felt like another world. We relaxed in the in-room bath to soothe our fatigue, and my wife even took a peaceful nap until dinner. Dinner, which we had been looking forward to, exceeded our expectations and left us completely satisfied. The portions and variety were excellent, and no matter how much there was, it still didn’t feel like enough with the kamado-cooked rice. (Breakfast was also outstanding.) We were able to spend our time without coming into contact with other guests. Finally, from arrival to departure, we were greeted with warm smiles throughout. Both body and mind were refreshed, making it a truly wonderful trip. We would definitely like to visit again.

The Room was very clean, and the attentive service made our stay extremely comfortable. The surrounding area is also quiet, making it an ideal Accommodation for a relaxing getaway. When staying in Kanazawa, I would like to use it again.

I was a bit worried the Room might be old and not so great, but it was excellent. Meals were served in the Room, so we didn’t have to move around at all—especially wonderful for us seniors—and the Onsen was fantastic. It’s an outstanding Onsen that I highly recommend to everyone.

The Onsen water had a very silky, slippery feel—unlike anything I’ve experienced before—and it was wonderful. Since it was before Golden Week, there were very few guests and it was quiet, so I could relax. Dinner was extremely luxurious, and I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Onsen.

It was a quiet, relaxing Hotel—exactly as expected. The Room was also very comfortable. It made me appreciate the space all over again, and the entire Hotel truly feels like ART. Breakfast was delicious, and I was completely satisfied! All the staff were very kind, and it made me want to stay here again whenever I visit Kyoto.

We stayed here two years ago and returned this time with two dogs and three family members, and once again everything was outstanding. The Room, garden, and pool were as spotless as if they were brand new—just as beautifully maintained as before. We were allowed to enter before check-in time, and the owner welcomed us warmly with a smile, saying “Welcome back.” Our dogs were thrilled from the moment we arrived—running around the garden in excitement and jumping into the pool right away. Last time we requested a barbecue, which came with plenty of local vegetables and premium steak, and breakfast was a generous menu featuring delicious eggs. This time we chose not to order meals because we wanted to try different restaurants nearby, so we walked to a place close by for fresh oysters and seafood rice bowls. The rock oysters were especially delicious, and my husband and daughter loved them. We also visited dog-friendly cafés and a seafood grill restaurant. There are supermarkets and many dining options nearby, which is very convenient. In the mornings and evenings we walked with our dogs to Kujukuri Beach; the wide sky and shoreline felt incredibly refreshing. We have stayed at other villas and Hotels, but this place is still the best. Pools where you can swim together with your dogs are rare, so we truly appreciate it—and we’re very grateful to the owner. The amenities are well stocked (including a washing machine and cooking utensils), cleanliness is exceptional, and everything is well managed—so even guests without dogs should be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday here. While relaxing by the illuminated pool at night, we decided to have some wine from the wine cellar—it was excellent. We had such a comfortable stay with our dogs during these two fulfilling nights that left us feeling refreshed. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm on the day of our stay, but we truly appreciated your nighttime safety check and your thoughtful gesture the next day. We were able to fully enjoy the pool and sauna. We were very satisfied! The Room was very clean, and our family enjoyed watching a movie on the projector. We want to come every year! A summer trip to Disneyland enjoyed by three generations of our family. We stayed here so we could enjoy Disneyland with our 2-year-old grandchild. This was our second stay with our grandchild. In the Room, they prepared the beds pushed together, so our whole family could relax and feel safe. For dinner, the Japanese restaurant had a kid-friendly menu for our grandchild. The 24-hour convenience store also had a baby-friendly selection. Drinks such as baby barley tea and water were available as well. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool, and there were summer festival activities like games stalls and Bon Odori dancing, along with events for children held in the banquet hall—making it a wonderful time packed with summer fun. The staff were truly warm at all hours and spoke kindly to our grandchild throughout. The summer of 2026 spent by three generations of our family. Thanks to Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama, we made unforgettable memories as a family. Thank you very much for such a heartwarming stay.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

I visit Kusatsu Onsen every year, and Sakurai Hotel is the best. First of all, the hot spring water is excellent. It also seems to have been renovated, and both the Room and the changing area were very clean. The hair dryer was the latest ReFa model. The food was delicious as well—especially breakfast, which left me completely full. The grilled salmon was great. I’d like to come again next year.

I stayed for an event, and thanks to a complimentary Room upgrade, I was able to relax and enjoy my time. The Room was spacious and comfortable—I even stepped out of the event to come back and unwind. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals changed each day, so I truly enjoyed them. If I’m ever in Makuhari again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

From the warm welcome at the entrance to check-in, everything was very smooth—thank you for the wonderful hospitality! There were various Room types, so we contacted you in advance and chose one, and it was even more comfortable than expected. The ocean view from both the Room and the in-room bath was amazing! Our main purpose this time was the sauna and open-air bath, and both were very comfortable as well. You can’t see the ocean from the open-air bath, but mist coming down from the roof—was that to help keep things cool? It was a lovely touch. While looking out at the beautifully maintained garden and watching the mist drift in the breeze, we thoroughly enjoyed both baths: a hotter rock bath and a cooler round pearl bath. After bathing, there were vending machines with local ice cream and yogurt, which were delicious! In the lobby, it seems there is also a nighttime marshmallow-roasting experience, and during summer there are nightly consecutive fireworks over Toba Bay. Unfortunately they were canceled due to strong winds this time, which was very disappointing. All of your staff were kind and courteous, everything was impeccably clean, and it became a wonderful memory for us. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again! This is a Hotel with a very high level of overall satisfaction. The staff’s hospitality is especially outstanding. It’s rare to find a Hotel where every staff member is this pleasant, so I had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel’s location is also flawless. The view from the Room is amazing. There are plenty of dining options around the Hotel, and it’s easy to get anywhere from here. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the long wait for the elevators during peak times when many guests are heading to the pool. That can’t really be helped due to the building layout, but since the elevator hall was extremely air-conditioned, even about a 5-minute wait felt long. When I come back to Okinawa, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The service was courteous, the Room was clean and spacious, and I was able to do laundry. There was also a desk and chair where I could relax with tea. The bath had a Mirable shower, a jacuzzi, and a mist shower that felt wonderful. I only ordered breakfast in the morning, and the bread was delicious.

We chose the residence-type option to find a Room with flooring where our family member with limited mobility could stay barefoot, and it was very comfortable. It was helpful to have a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware for a stay of several days, and the bed was also very comfortable. We were satisfied with the kind support for our inquiries, including installing the bed guard we requested in advance.
