I had previously visited for a day trip to the Onsen and loved both the Onsen and the scenery, so I decided to stay overnight. The meals were excellent, the view from the Room was wonderful, and my stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the outdoor bath in the morning was so cold that it hardly felt like an Onsen.\n\nAs it is currently off-season, there was no shuttle bus on weekdays, which made things difficult. Even one round-trip Shuttle Service would be very helpful.

It was my first stay, and it was quiet and very relaxing. The meals were delicious, and I was completely full. The large public bath had a wonderful atmosphere, and I was very satisfied. I also thoroughly enjoyed the in-Room bath and was very satisfied. The proprietress and all the staff were very kind, which I really appreciated. I heard that the dining area will be changed from floor seating to tables in the future. I would definitely like to stay again.

This Hotel is very close to Saga-Arashiyama Station and offers excellent access to major sightseeing spots, making it truly convenient. I arrived well before check-in to leave my luggage in advance, and the staff were extremely kind and efficient in assisting me, which I really appreciated. The Room facilities were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and despite being right in front of a main road, it was very quiet. The bathtub in particular had a seating area, which was extremely convenient. Before check-out, I caused some trouble for the staff member who helped me with arranging luggage delivery, but they handled everything politely and very kindly, allowing me to depart with a warm feeling. Thank you very much for your hospitality. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

This Hotel feels warm and welcoming, not like a cold Business Hotel. If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a softer pillow.

We stayed in a cottage this time. Although it is a bit old, it is kept very clean. It rained on the day we checked out, but there is a roofed walkway so you can reach the front desk without getting wet. Both Onsen were wonderful, and we would love to visit again.

I wasn’t sure how to display the check-in QR code, but they helped me over the phone and I was able to check in without any issues. The Room felt very clean, and the Facility was well equipped with tableware, amenities such as lotion, pajamas, a hair dryer, a Bluetooth speaker, and a large screen. With its stylish interior, it was a Hotel that both kids and adults were very satisfied with. The bed was spacious and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Yonezawa.

We stayed at the accommodation for our child's birthday trip. It was our first time glamping, and we had so much to learn, but the friendly owner couple kindly taught us how to light the campfire and sauna wood stove. The kids were thrilled with all the new experiences. The campfire fireworks, starry sky that can't be seen in the city, and fresh air were all amazing. The meals were delicious with tender meat, and we were very satisfied. The portions were so generous that we couldn't finish everything; leftover soup and salad were enjoyed for breakfast the next morning. We even saved the chocolate fondue for breakfast because we were too full! Although it gets chilly at night, thanks to the sauna and heater, we stayed comfortably warm. The bathroom and toilet facilities are new, spacious, barrier-free, and very convenient. Next time we'd love to come back with our parents and pet dog! Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you for taking care of us during our visit home to see family. 　 When I made the Reservation, I didn’t know there would be a fireworks festival on our stay date. After realizing it the day before, I called to ask about traffic restrictions. You explained everything very kindly and thoroughly, which allowed us to head there with peace of mind. 　 At check-in, you clearly explained how to use the parking area and the Facility, and also gave us helpful advice related to the fireworks festival. Your service was truly pleasant. In addition, I accidentally left my car key at the counter, but you went out of your way to find it and bring it back to me later—thank you very much. 　 The Room was spacious and well maintained, so we were able to relax comfortably. However, since this is a pension-style Accommodation, soundproofing is somewhat limited. We could hear children from a family staying upstairs running around. As it didn’t quiet down even after the designated time (10:00 PM), I informed a staff member; after a while the footsteps stopped, so I believe you took some kind of action. 　 The location is convenient: there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby as well as public baths and restaurants, so even with No Meals Included we had no trouble at all. Cooking utensils, tableware, and an IH cooktop are fully provided too, so self-catering is easy. 　 Shirarahama Beach is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to go swimming in the sea. We were also able to watch the fireworks up close that day and were very satisfied. 　 This was an Accommodation I’d like to use again when I have another chance. Thank you!

I booked the day before and stayed here. It’s a Hotel with a rental-room concept. Everything was very clean, and I was able to stay with zero stress. It’s in a great location right in Kanazawa’s downtown area, very affordable, and my girlfriend was extremely satisfied as well. I have a feeling it will become popular soon and harder to get a Reservation.

The Room’s interior, Facilities, size, and location were all excellent. I wish I could end my review there, but there was one very disappointing issue. On the morning of the third day (Saturday) of our two-night stay, I found a spider about 10 cm in diameter in the bathroom during a morning bath. The spider itself may have come in when opening or closing the door or windows, and given the natural surroundings—and since I noticed it right before checkout—it wasn’t a major problem. The real issue was what came next. Since new guests might be staying that day, and some people may dislike insects or small children might encounter it (it was large enough to surprise even me), I worried it could ruin their trip. I called the published phone number, but only reached an automated message saying it was outside business hours. I also checked the pre-stay email guidance but couldn’t find any emergency contact information. I understand this Accommodation operates differently from a Ryokan or Hotel, but for situations where guests need to contact someone immediately during their stay (it doesn’t have to be public), there should at least be an emergency contact number provided to guests. In this case, I hope housekeeping removed the spider so the next guests could stay comfortably. However, please recognize that not being able to resolve urgent issues smoothly by phone can potentially ruin a trip, and consider setting up proper emergency contact arrangements. As mentioned at the start, this is an excellent Facility overall—but this one drawback alone makes me hesitate to book again.

A sulfur-scented, free-flowing hot spring fed directly from the source, shimmering emerald green. Mineral deposits quickly form on the surface—proof of true free-flowing spring water. An Accommodation with no excessive services—just soak in the baths and stay overnight. Yet it feels like it offered the most precious time and opportunity. I’ll come again.

My wife, my parents, and our dog stayed here. Some pet-friendly Hotels have lots of restrictions in the shared areas (like requiring a crate), so this time we chose this entire house rental. The Facility was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and the bath was very large for one person—very satisfying. There aren’t many items left out, so we felt at ease knowing our dog wouldn’t chew on anything. We didn’t include meals, but we ate out near Yubatake for dinner. For breakfast, we had bought various local foods at roadside stations during our trip, and we enjoyed them together as a family. There were hardly any people around the building, and it was wonderfully quiet—just the sound of insects—so we could relax. I also thought it would be a great place to bring friends visiting from overseas. Also, when we went to pick up the key, the foreign staff member was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

It was very nice to relax in a very calming space while enjoying the beautiful garden. The large bath was also pleasant.

Located just a 2-3 minute walk from Musashigatsuji, this accommodation is tucked into a quiet alley. The building is compact but perfectly suitable for a group of four to stay overnight. It features a small kitchen and microwave, making it convenient to enjoy dinner with items purchased from Omicho Market or Meitetsu M'za. A convenience store is also nearby, adding to the ease of your stay. Oyama Shrine, Kanazawa Castle Park, and Kenrokuen Garden are all within walking distance, making this an excellent base for sightseeing. There is one parking space available at the back of the property that can accommodate a one-box car size vehicle—ideal for families or groups.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. The location is excellent, being close to Fukue city center. The accommodation faces a bay, providing easy access to the sea; however, due to significant tidal differences and occasional odors, we refrained from entering the water. The facility was well-equipped with user-friendly appliances, as well as detergents and seasonings provided. We were also able to enjoy stargazing at night, making it a very satisfying stay.

The majestic view of Mount Fuji can be enjoyed from the living room, balcony, and even the bathroom, making it an exceptional experience. The Room was warm, clean, and free of unpleasant odors, ensuring a comfortable stay overall. With parking space available, it is perfect for staying with family or friends. It is also conveniently located near Kawaguchiko Station and close to a famous Lawson convenience store and restaurants. Initially, I thought I needed to use the QR code provided during pre-registration but realized that wasn’t the case. After some confusion, I called the management company for assistance. They responded promptly but mentioned an email had been sent; however, as it was sent after 5 PM on the previous day, I hadn’t noticed it. The system required entering a passcode to unlock the door; knowing this process earlier would have been helpful. Additionally, when pressing the button to fill up the bathwater, a message appeared on the panel saying "Please open hot water outlet," but no water came out initially. Upon checking instructions on the table, it mentioned either using a hot water outlet or faucet; in this building’s case, it was through faucets. If this had been indicated directly on the button itself (e.g., "Use faucet"), confusion could have been avoided. There were only bath towels and hand towels provided per person; having face towels would have been appreciated as well. While there was a washing machine with detergent pods available (which was great), only towel racks were provided for drying laundry—adding hangers or clip hangers would make things even more convenient. I’d love to stay here again if given another opportunity! Thank you very much!

We stayed here for the second year in a row. Not only was the view of Kouri Bridge from our Room stunning, but the pool Facility also delighted our children, making it a truly satisfying stay for the whole family. In addition to the pool and jacuzzi, having two shower and toilet areas was extremely convenient. The TV and internet were also well equipped, so we were able to relax in comfort. We have stayed at other Hotels and Accommodations before, but overall this was the best. On Kouri Island, there are several beaches, sightseeing spots, and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also less than 30 minutes by car to Junglia, which makes the location another highlight. Next time, we would love to book a Multiple Night Stay.
