I stayed in the single building. The Room was spacious enough for one person, clean, and very relaxing. The Onsen baths each felt different, and all of them were wonderful. The herbal sauna was a comfortable temperature for me, and I felt refreshed from the inside out. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I could only use the indoor bath once due to my schedule, but it was also very pleasant, so I’d love to stay again and enjoy it next time.

I stayed with my mother. The view of the Kuma River from the Room was wonderful, and we spent some time just enjoying it. We thoroughly enjoyed the ayu sashimi, salt-grilled ayu, and other dishes. Everything was delicious. It was also my first time trying dried-and-grilled ayu at breakfast. Along with the Ryokan itself, the baths had a sense of history, and the quality of the hot spring water was excellent. Next time, I hope to visit with my wife and children as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I imagine there may be impacts from the earthquake (such as cancellations), but I wish all of your staff good health and all the best.

I visited Kamikoshiki Island for a 2-night, 3-day trip starting June 8. The Hotel I stayed at, “HOTEL AreaOne Koshiki Island,” was just steps from Sato Port Terminal—an unbeatable location and the perfect base for exploring the island. The Room was on the 5th floor of a six-story building. As soon as I opened the door, the comforting scent of tatami welcomed me. The warmth of sleeping on a futon again made me want to just stretch out and relax right away. Unfortunately, light rain fell through the second day due to a weather front—but even that added to the atmosphere of the trip. Turning on the TV, I could watch NHK plus four commercial channels clearly (BS/CS wasn’t available), and it was genuinely pleasant to spend some quiet time unwinding in the Room. Best of all was the large Onsen bath! I eased my travel fatigue in the spacious indoor bath, then moved to the open-air bath where a refreshing breeze flowed through. Soaking while listening to raindrops made for an especially memorable and satisfying moment. Breakfast was a generous buffet-style spread. Even though I had it two mornings in a row, there were thoughtful changes to keep things interesting, so each morning still felt fresh and exciting. From Kagoshima’s famous crispy satsuma-age fish cakes to other local flavors lined up beautifully, it was hard not to keep eating from early in the day. (I had dinner elsewhere, but with breakfast this good, I can only imagine dinner would be delicious too.) Then came morning on day three. When I opened the curtains—clear skies as if all that rain had been a lie! From my 5th-floor window stretched a vivid ocean view as far as I could see. The sparkling sea and grand island scenery took my breath away in an instant—an unforgettable sight. It turned into an amazing 2-night stay where I got to fully enjoy both rainy-day charm and brilliant blue skies over the sea—truly luxurious in every way.

I’ve stayed in dormitories several times, and this was the most comfortable experience I’ve had so far. The bedroom was similar to other places, but the shared spaces were spacious, relaxing, and very comfortable to use.\nThe location was also very convenient—right in the middle of Shimanami—making it easy to get around.

While the location in front of the station is very convenient, there are only a limited number of parking spaces, and they are also open to non-guests. Parking is first-come, first-served, so depending on timing you may not be able to park. Early check-in is recommended! There were many paid parking lots nearby, but they were expensive and often full. That said, the breakfast buffet and the rotating daily set dinner (either a daily set meal or a curry set) pleasantly exceeded expectations. With two meals included, a great station-front location, and a Room that’s easy to use, this price offers excellent value for money.

Just a short walk from the station with excellent access, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our meals in a private Room. For dinner, each of us was served freshly cooked white rice from a small individual kamado pot, which made us very happy! At breakfast as well, the fish and yudofu were each heated at the table, so we could enjoy a warm meal. The large public bath was not overly crowded and felt spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the hot water. The Room was also spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was a slightly musty smell in the elevator, but the Facility was new and clean overall. It’s also close to central Tokyo, and I would love to stay again.

It was easy to find and conveniently located near Hakata Station, so I got there without getting lost. I usually stay in a smoking-allowed Room, but here the smell was not very noticeable and I had a comfortable stay. The toe pads also felt great and helped relieve foot fatigue. Thank you very much.

A Review mentioned negatively that there is only one elevator, but it never caused any stress and was completely acceptable even compared with other Business Hotels. The lobby area felt a bit cluttered, but the Room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was good, making for a comfortable stay. The location is also just a short walk from the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so overall I think this Hotel offers excellent value for money.

We stayed here on our first trip to Tottori as a family of five. We were surprised at how reasonably priced it was, including the Room, bath, and meals. Everything exceeded our expectations. They also offer yukata rentals for your stay, and our children were happy to choose their favorite patterns.

The view of Sakurajima floating on Kinko Bay right in front is absolutely stunning, and the Room was clean and very comfortable.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. I think it would be better if breakfast times were staggered. The staff’s sense of distance also felt very comfortable to me. Sorry to mention this at the end. Thank you very much.

The Room was pleasant, with no wasted space, and the large TV was great.\nIt was also very nice that the bathroom area and the bed area could be separated with a curtain.\nTwo small things I noticed: there was no bottled water, so I wasn’t sure whether the tap water was drinkable, but luckily there were convenience stores and a drugstore nearby so I could easily get some.\nThe other thing—only slightly—was that a bit of morning light came in through the window curtains. Other than that, the location was excellent and it was a very good Hotel where I felt no inconvenience at all. It made me want to go to Nagoya specifically to stay at this Hotel again.\nThe staff’s smiles were very welcoming—not only at the front desk, but also the person who helped with cleaning.\nI would love to stay again.

I asked if you could store our luggage on the night we weren’t staying because of a concert, and you kindly agreed—it was a huge help. Every staff member was calm and attentive, and we were able to relax completely. My son loved it too!

This was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram stop from Hiroshima Station, making check-in quick and easy. The next day, I took a bus to the zoo, and since the hotel is directly connected to the bus center, it was very convenient. Sogo department store is right next door, and there’s a convenience store nearby as well. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also just a short walk away. It’s an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

The price is very reasonable. So I didn’t expect too much, but I was satisfied with the meals, the bath, and the Room. It was also nice that an all-you-can-drink option is included.

The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

It’s not a new Hotel, but the amenities, choice of shampoos, and large public bath made for a comfortable stay. The location is also great. You can easily go out for drinks nearby.

Perhaps because it was a weekday stay, but although it is very close to Kokubuncho, it was very quiet, and I did not notice any of the noise mentioned in the Reviews, so I had a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, the price is reasonable, and the Room was clean—I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. I was also happy that comics were always available at the 1st-floor front desk.

Unlimited free access to the game arcade, table tennis, Go and shogi, karaoke, and more. It felt like I finally had time to relax again after a long while, and I made wonderful memories. The shared karaoke turned into a nostalgic sing-off of classic Japanese songs, and I truly enjoyed the fun, one-time-only atmosphere with people I had just met. Thank you very much!
