The Room is a bit old, but it is well cleaned and kept very tidy. The view of Nojimazaki Lighthouse is wonderful. The food was great, especially the event kushikatsu. It’s not quite restaurant-level dining, but there is an excellent selection of alcoholic drinks and snacks to enjoy with them. It’s easy to see why so many middle-aged and older groups stay here. You can really feel that the staff’s hard work helps maintain great value and quality. I know it must be tough, but I hope you keep up the good work. Of course, I’d like to stay again with my elderly parents.

I stayed for three nights with my elderly mother. It’s close to Shin-Yokohama Station and reasonably priced. Since my mother isn’t used to staying at a Hotel, I thought using the shower in the Room might be difficult for her, so we chose a plan with breakfast and Onsen access—and that was absolutely the right choice. Even though it was extremely hot in midsummer, we were able to soothe our fatigue in the Onsen and make it through all three nights comfortably. The front desk service was excellent, and the Room cleaning was also excellent. The Room was quiet, so we could rest well. We enjoyed a solid breakfast each morning, and my mother didn’t get worn out—we were able to fully enjoy Yokohama. As an aside, the Chinese restaurant inside the Hotel was also delicious. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed here for a family trip for the first time in a while. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as friends had recommended if we were staying in Dogo. As many Reviews mention, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was an easy walk—enjoying shopping along the arcade—to Dogo Onsen Station and the Karakuri Clock. We had informed them in advance that we would use the parking lot, and upon arrival they kindly guided us there, which made it very easy to understand. Our Room was on the 7th floor with a great view over Dogo town; our son relaxed while looking out at the scenery the whole time. Thank you for arranging such a nice view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. A staff member in training quickly noticed and cleared empty plates, so even with four of us we could keep plenty of space on the table. We were especially happy to be able to try tai-meshi. The bath—praised by my family as well (“I’m glad you chose an Accommodation with an open-air bath!”)—was a comfortable size. The open-air bath felt wonderful with the night breeze; we could look up at the sky and unwind, which really eased our daily fatigue. In the morning there were fewer people as well, so we could soak slowly. The relaxation area prepared outside the bath (the water was delicious) also had chairs by the window with a panoramic view. It was great being able to enjoy both nighttime and morning views of Dogo. Before our stay I emailed some questions; they replied quickly and explained everything carefully, which helped us feel at ease. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that an exhaust fan in the toilet inside the guest Room would have been nice. Overall, everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very satisfied. Our trip to Dogo Onsen became a wonderful memory thanks to choosing Chaharu. Thank you very much.

The amenities were excellent, which we greatly appreciated. We were especially surprised to find a Snow Skin Care Set prepared for each guest. The stylish front desk added excitement to our stay. Although it was a short visit, it helped us recover from travel fatigue. Thank you very much!

It had been a while since my last visit, and the first floor had been renovated—the front desk and restaurant were both beautifully refreshed. It was lively over the weekend, but the 4th-floor guest room level was calm, so I could relax. The complimentary cold mineral water and hand towel were especially appreciated in the heat!

This was my first time staying here. It felt like a traditional Onsen Accommodation, and I had a very comfortable stay. I was able to relax in the Onsen, and I also really enjoyed the dinosaur-themed bath. The amenities were well stocked, and although I checked in late, I appreciated that the futon had already been laid out for me. Just one thing… when I tried to put something in the refrigerator—“!!”. Maybe it was left by a previous guest? There was ice cream inside, and it surprised me. Since it was tucked away in the back, it probably went unnoticed. It became a funny travel story for me, but I worried that others might not feel the same. Overall, though, I’m very satisfied. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I always stay here when I visit Osaka. In the past, only a thin face towel, a toothbrush, and tissues were provided, and bath towels had to be purchased. Now you can borrow a sturdy face towel, a bath towel, and a toothbrush for free. It’s affordable and convenient, which really helps. I’ll stay again.

For a Multiple Night Stay, I stayed from 3/4 to 3/6. It was convenient and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. I would like to use this Accommodation again if I have the opportunity to stay around Koriyama.

I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

Everything was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay! We could even see Tokyo Tower from the Room, which was a nice touch. Above all, the location was convenient with great access. The bathroom was compact but clean, and it was great to be able to choose from various types of shampoo and other amenities. Thank you very much.

Although a large bed and a large TV take up most of the Room, this Hotel offers a very comfortable environment for sleeping. The large public bath is also relatively spacious. Breakfast had a homemade feel and was delicious. The price is attractive, so I would like to stay again. However, shoes are not allowed inside the building and you have to change footwear at the entrance, which may be a bit inconvenient.

I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking room, but thank you very much for changing it to non-smoking. I truly appreciate it! Also, if possible, I would be happy if breakfast could start from 6:00 AM. Thank you again, and I appreciate your help.

Drink bar (including alcohol), ramen, ochazuke, and ice cream You don’t often find a Hotel with so many thoughtful extras. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Toyama.

I made my first Reservation after watching Joblog’s YouTube channel. It was a pleasant service after check-in. I’m planning to visit again. Thank you very much.

From the welcome drink at check-in to the choice of yukata, the service, cleanliness, and meals—everything was satisfying! I was also able to fully relax and enjoy the Onsen, and I’d like to stay again when I visit Naruko.

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

I always stay here as my regular Accommodation. I use the capsule rooms, and there is also a shared large public bath. Late-night snacks are provided in the evening, making it an overall affordable place to stay.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. Since champagne was available at the breakfast buffet, I was able to enjoy a relaxed morning and had the best holiday. Thank you very much. I’m giving the bath 4 stars because there’s no view, but I understand that, given the location, it can’t be helped—without frosted glass on the windows, it would be completely visible from outside. The entire property and guest room were thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable.

I made a Reservation because the station is close and convenient, and the price was relatively low. The building has a 1990s look, and some of that atmosphere—and a few worn areas—remain in the shared spaces, but the hallways and Rooms have been properly renovated and are clean. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room. I was surprised that the bath was a unit bath, but the Facility was more than sufficient and we had no issues. Amenities are available at the amenity corner on the first floor, where each guest takes what they need. Although it wasn’t specifically mentioned in the Hotel information, they also provide convenient loungewear similar to a hospital gown. Breakfast is not a buffet; you can choose either a Japanese or Western set meal. The Japanese set had plenty of food, with properly prepared dishes such as simmered fish. It felt much better than the rough buffets at other Business Hotels that simply line up pre-made or retort foods. They responded politely to both my email questions and phone calls. We used this Hotel for a family trip, and since it was very reasonably priced, we were able to enjoy fresh seafood in Choshi in luxury the next day with the money we saved. If I have another chance, I would like to stay again.
