This was my first stay at your Hotel! I’ve stayed at various Dormy Inn properties, and I felt your Hotel was a bit different compared to others. Overall, it’s compact, and even in the Room I could hear voices from outside, which was a little noisy. The bath on the 9th floor was also compact and cute. However, what was clearly different from other Dormy Inns was the breakfast buffet. The number of items I had been looking forward to was far too small; in that case, I think it would be better to offer a free breakfast like some other hotels do—what do you think? Your Hotel is reliably good overall, so I would appreciate it if you could put a bit more effort into breakfast if possible. Other than that, although it’s compact, it still felt like Dormy Inn as usual.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Cleanliness: Good! Both the Hotel and Room were very clean. Pet Supplies: Good! Provided items included a cage, training sheets, and small toys. Room Convenience: Good! The Room is equipped with essentials like a microwave, induction cooker, and tableware. You can also enjoy takeout meals from nearby stores in your Room. Location: Close to the station, with seafood restaurants, Hasegawa Store (Hasesuto), and Lucky Pierrot within walking distance. Suggestion: To make better use of space in the Room, I understand the current setup; however, a slightly larger table would have been even better. Overall Value for Money: Excellent Hotel!

It was great to be able to use the Onsen multiple times during my stay.

We stayed for three nights in late August with my daughter. It was so popular that the parking lot filled up. The front desk is sometimes staffed by just one person, but on the days we stayed it was available until 11:00 p.m., so there were no issues as long as you keep to the hours. With welcome coffee and a large public bath (two washing stations—please share in the morning), it was very comfortable. I was especially grateful when we returned completely soaked after a thunderstorm. The area is quiet, yet it’s conveniently located within walking distance of dinner spots. Our Room didn’t have a luggage rack, so having a mat to place on the floor would be helpful. The shower takes a little getting used to, but this Accommodation is perfect for a rental-car trip if you want to keep costs down and fully enjoy tours and sightseeing!

I have stayed here dozens of times, and the consistently warm hospitality always creates a relaxing atmosphere that helps me unwind and feel refreshed. The scenery is also enjoyable, with a rocky shore, sandy beach, Matsushima, Hakusan Island, and the red bridge offering plenty of variety. The meals included many dishes and were very satisfying. I also appreciated that when I informed them in advance about foods I don’t like, they kindly provided substitutes.

I stayed here the night before my trip. I had to work early the next morning, so it was very helpful.

The Facility itself is a bit old, but the welcome drinks (coffee, juice, etc.) available until 11:00 PM are a real treat. The staff’s hospitality is also excellent. When I called the front desk to ask about visiting Kotohira-gu Shrine the next day, they kindly prepared round-trip timetables from Takamatsu Station and a sightseeing map from the station to Kotohira-gu Shrine, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was satisfying as well, with local dishes included. If I have a chance to visit Takamatsu again, I would like to stay here again.

I stayed alone in a clean 10-tatami Room. The futon was already prepared, which was very helpful. At the restaurant, I ordered with a Kansai-style image in mind, and was surprised when a large draft beer arrived in the size from 30 years ago. I figured I’d have to go izakaya-style with small dishes so I could finish it (though I did). I plan to visit the area occasionally, so I’ll be back again.

Stayed for two nights for my child's common test. Unlike a Business Hotel, the toilet and bath were separate, and there was a microwave and washing machine, which was very convenient. I was able to relax during my stay. The wallpaper with parakeets was also cute.

I stayed here the night before a Sunday training session. I’ve stayed several times before, and as with my last visit, I was very satisfied. I especially like the location, the Room size, and the in-house Facilities (drink service and book lending). I’d like to stay again next time. Please consider it a good Accommodation that offers fair value for the price.

As I was pregnant, we stayed here for what would be our last trip as a family of three. The staff were very polite and attentive. They explained the Room thoroughly, and since it came with an open-air bath, we were able to relax and enjoy bathing privately as a family. The meals were delicious, and at check-out they even took a photo of us at the entrance, leaving us with wonderful memories.

Close to Chikura Beach, we went surfing in the morning, then after checking in at 3:00 PM, we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. In the evening, we took our time with a BBQ—it was a truly fulfilling stay.

I stayed at Route Inn Hotel for the first time in a while. Customer Service... was kind and courteous. Room... was full of cleanliness and well-organized, allowing me to use it comfortably. Meal... I made a reservation with breakfast included, and I am very satisfied with the volume of this breakfast. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

My spouse and I stayed here during a motorcycle touring trip in Kyushu. A Room with bunk beds is quite rare, but we slept well. We chose the Plan with two meals, and added an all-you-can-drink option separately—great value, and we were impressed with the food. As expected in Kyushu, the mentaiko and takana at breakfast were especially delicious. For standard-class Accommodation in Kyushu, AZ is the one to choose!

I stayed for 5 nights. It’s close to Nakajima-Koen Subway Station, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and within walking distance to the Susukino intersection. There are plenty of places to eat, and Nakajima Park is spacious—perfect for a walk. The location was excellent.\n I stayed alone, but chose a twin Room for single use. It had a sofa, was spacious, and very relaxing. Noise from other rooms hardly bothered me.\n The Room had a mini kitchen with a rice cooker and refrigerator. Since I contacted them in advance, they prepared a frying pan and tableware for me. There was also a small cutting board, knife, dish soap, etc.\n There was also a washing machine, which was very helpful for my Multiple Night Stay. However, as others have mentioned, since it’s a washer-dryer combo it doesn’t dry quickly, which was a bit stressful. I did my laundry there and took items that wouldn’t dry to a nearby coin laundry to use the dryer.\n It was also nice that I could open the window.\n The bathroom is small, but the washing area is separate from the tub so I could soak and relax.\n Every day when I returned to the Hotel, it became part of my routine to bring coffee or tea up to my Room.\n I often do Multiple Night Stay trips, but this was my first time using a system where you bring down used towels and trash yourself and take what you need back up—it worked really well.\n I’m very satisfied—I could stay in Sapporo as if I were living there while still enjoying sightseeing.

I stayed here during the Obon holiday period. Since this Accommodation is for lodging only, you are free to come and go after check-in, so you can go out to eat or shop. It’s a quiet area. The in-room Onsen bath is great because you can adjust the temperature by mixing hot water and lukewarm water; some places require adding tap water when it’s too hot, but not here. There is no faucet in the bath. The location is convenient—near Beppu Daigaku Station Annex and also close to the Sunflower ferry terminal. There are various supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well. It’s also convenient for visiting Yufuin or heading to Aso via the Yamanami Highway. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

The welcome sweets reflected thoughtful hospitality and were a delight. The breakfast venue offers a spectacular view overlooking the Imperial Palace. Although there were many international staff members, both they and the Japanese staff were cheerful and kind throughout our stay.

Although I had heard about the baths through Reviews, they were far more wonderful than I ever imagined. I was also very satisfied with the amenities, and the meals were delicious. I was delighted to see thoughtful touches everywhere—such as spare towels in the bath area and plastic bags for wet items. The staff were excellent as well; at breakfast, when I was about to eat an egg, they quickly brought me salt and pepper, and even the housekeeping staff I met on my way out spoke to me kindly. I was truly satisfied until the very end. I will definitely visit again.
