I have stayed at this Hotel many times since it opened. It’s a favorite of mine, packed with charm. The interior features abundant Hida-sourced wood, creating a calm atmosphere where warmth and luxury are beautifully balanced. Whether in the lobby or the guest Rooms, it’s comfortable everywhere. The Onsen is also outstanding, with blue mosaic tiles in the baths. They are not only visually beautiful but also pleasant to the touch, making it easy to truly unwind. There is an additional fee, but I especially recommend the private bath with a spacious deck—an indulgent experience in a fully private setting. Above all, my greatest pleasure here is dinner. This time, Perla caviar was served as an amuse-bouche—presented in the tin—which genuinely surprised me with its extravagance. From there, the course continued with spear squid, lobster, and Hida beef; every dish showcased superb ingredients along with the chef’s skill and sense of style. Each plate was moving in its own way—it was simply a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet is equally impressive. From local Takayama specialties to salmon marinade and their signature Hida beef curry, everything is so well executed that it hardly feels like typical Hotel breakfast—I was completely satisfied from the morning. Most memorable of all is the hospitality of the staff. Not only do they respond kindly and attentively whenever you need help, they also greet even casual travel conversations with warm smiles that make you feel truly welcome. If you stay here, I encourage you to chat with them—you’ll appreciate this Hotel even more. Room quality, Onsen, dining, and service—few Hotels deliver such a high level across every aspect. And despite that excellence, the Accommodation Fee is surprisingly reasonable; considering what you receive, the value for money is exceptional. For me, it’s one of my absolute favorite Hotels in Japan—one I will happily return to again and again.

I stayed here for business. It is located along a main road, with many izakayas nearby. There is also a convenience store very close by, which was convenient. There is a large public bath, so you can relax and unwind. I had a great value stay. I left early in the morning and did not use the breakfast service, but I would like to try it next time.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

New and very clean. Breakfast is unique (bento-style). Good value for money. The shower room bathtub was large, so I ended up filling it—very relaxing. One request: I wish the parking fee were shown more clearly (it looks like it might be free).

I usually stay at a Business Hotel in Akita City, but I’d been feeling worn out lately, so I wanted to rely on the Onsen for the first time and decided to stay here. I stayed in the new building. The Room was clean and spacious—almost too nice for one person. The Onsen water was smooth with a slightly salty taste, and together with the sauna it really helped me recover from fatigue! Breakfast was served in a large dining area. A group of guests was a bit noisy (I would have appreciated partitions or private rooms—this is my only complaint). It was buffet-style, with plenty of local dishes, all delicious and very satisfying. I especially recommend the tofu. I’ll definitely stay again!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.

As before, the Room was very clean, and the staff were kind and pleasant, making it very comfortable. However, the only thing that still bothered me a little was the noise. I had been staying in a corner Room on the second floor (probably 203), but this time I stayed in 301 for the first time. It felt a bit smaller. Overall, I have no complaints. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

Despite being very close to Susukino, a major entertainment district, the property was very quiet inside, and the hospitality and convenience were excellent. This will be my regular Accommodation in Sapporo. It was a very pleasant stay. Just one thing: The screw on the lower holder for the bathroom shower head was loose and coming off, so I couldn’t use it. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible.

I stay here every time I come back home. The bath and breakfast are just right—always satisfying and relaxing. I’ll continue to stay here in the future.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. We arrived at Yakushima Airport at 18:25 and headed to the Hotel, and since the Shuttle Service for the sea turtle nesting observation tour was scheduled to arrive at 19:30, we were wondering what to do about dinner. They kindly prepared dinner as an easy-to-eat bento-style meal, and even offered to bring anything we couldn’t finish up to our Room—such a flexible and thoughtful response, which we truly appreciated. Also, both the view from the restaurant and from our Room were a beautiful ocean view—so stunning that we could have watched it forever if we’d had more time. It was my first time visiting Yakushima, but I was very satisfied to stay at such a wonderful Accommodation full of kindness from the very first night. I’d love to come again, and next time I’d like to stay longer and take it easy.

I have stayed here many times. This time, it was a Room with three beds. It would have been perfect if there had been a small folding table. There were plenty of amenities, and the welcome drink and breakfast were both very good. I would like to stay again.

All staff—front desk, dining, and housekeeping—were friendly and made us feel truly welcomed. The property has been renovated, and the Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offered a good variety of side dishes and was delicious. The dining area was also clean. A very comfortable Accommodation. As this is in Nagano Prefecture, an Accommodation Tax of 200 yen must be paid separately.

The exterior gives the impression of a traditional hotel, but once inside, it feels like a bright and clean luxury Ryokan. The rooms and hallways have a touch of Showa retro atmosphere, yet everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff's hospitality is excellent. As for the meals, true to the hotel's name, there are many recipes featuring apples that were both enjoyable and delicious. However, the highlight was definitely the Onsen. The large public bath was almost always private whenever I visited, and the water quality was incredibly smooth—leaving my skin warm and moisturized after bathing. I also appreciated how they separated bathing areas for day visitors and overnight guests, which added to the special feeling of staying there. The welcome apple was not only delicious but also a charming idea that brought warmth to my experience. I would love to visit again!

The ferry did not depart, so I had to make a last-minute Reservation that day. I chose this place because it was affordable, women-only, and had good Reviews. I was able to borrow a chain for my suitcase and store it in a separate space. There was also a card key that only women can use—if a man were wandering around, it would feel out of place. There was also a lockable space next to the bed, and a TV as well, so I felt the facilities were well equipped. The stairs felt a little scary, but considering the price, I was satisfied. Thank you very much.

Although our stay ended up being five nights including an extended stay due to a typhoon, we were able to spend the time very comfortably. The front desk staff took excellent care of us, and we sincerely appreciate your support. I have visited Ishigaki Island many times, but this was my first time staying at a Hotel near the port; the convenient access for visiting multiple nearby islands was wonderful, and I would love to stay with you again. There were also several international staff members, and their friendly service with warm smiles was truly pleasant and relaxing. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

The food was delicious and made us feel so content, and since my husband’s birthday was coming up, you even celebrated it for us! We were deeply moved by your thoughtfulness. It became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you again! The spacious and spotless private family bath was amazing, and the Onsen water quality was excellent—simply the best! I stayed here as a solo traveler. It’s fair to call this a hotel area, with multiple Hotels along the main road. There are plenty of shops, the beach is close, and overall it’s extremely convenient. The staff, Facility, and services were all excellent. The Room was a standard size and felt clean and well maintained. There’s a shallow beach right in front of the Hotel, so you can snorkel as much as you like. The snorkeling tour I had planned was canceled due to bad weather, but when I asked the Hotel staff for advice they lent me a life jacket for free, so I was still able to enjoy snorkeling in the sea right out front. They only provided a life jacket—there was no snorkel set available. It would be even better if snorkel sets could be rented.

Considering the price, this Hotel offers excellent value for money. The Room is compact but functional, with power outlets and USB ports by the bed—very convenient for charging a phone. The small table is also easy to use, and everything you need feels neatly organized. The bed is firm without sinking too much, which was great—I didn’t wake up with any lower back pain. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but everything was tasty and more than satisfying. There’s also a water dispenser available, which was very handy. This isn’t a Hotel for luxury, but given the Accommodation Fee, the Facility offerings are more than sufficient and its practicality is a real plus. If you want an affordable stay, this is a highly recommended Hotel.

With check-in from 7:00 PM, I was able to enjoy a relaxed and luxurious stay through the next morning. For dinner, a kalbi yakiniku set meal was available for just a few hundred yen extra, and breakfast included a grilled salmon set meal. The facilities were excellent, including a king-size bed, a large jacuzzi bath, and a large electric massage chair. I had a very comfortable stay in the spacious Room. Even the drinks in the in-room refrigerator were reasonably priced—about the same as at an ordinary supermarket—so there was no need to go out at all. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to stay again.
