All the staff welcomed us warmly, and our child was delighted that they spoke to them as well. You can choose only the amenities you need, so there’s no waste, and the kids’ toothbrushes were a big help. Inside the building, there’s no need to take shoes or slippers on and off, which made things very easy for us with a child. Since we had a small child, we used the free private bath. It doesn’t require a Reservation, but the waiting area isn’t right in front of each room. Instead, signs for each private bath are lined up, and you check the “in use” lights and go in when one becomes available. Even though it was explained beforehand, it was a little hard at first to figure out where to wait. The bath itself had a great temperature and atmosphere—we really enjoyed it! Being able to borrow foaming soap for kids was truly helpful. Dinner was buffet-style with lots of variety, and both kids and adults enjoyed it. The desserts felt a bit simple—probably best not to expect too much there. But the food overall was great; the sashimi was delicious. They also lent us a stroller for our child, which helped us a lot. The Room had low beds, and since it’s tatami flooring you can walk around barefoot—our little one loved that! The view was great too. One thing I noticed is that the hallway on the 3rd floor had an odor like an elderly care facility or hospital. It bothered me slightly, but since you’re not there all day, it wasn’t a big issue. We didn’t use it this time, but it seems there is also a kids’ space. It feels like you could have plenty of fun just staying at this Hotel alone—so we’d love to come again!

This was our first trip to Kanazawa as a couple. The location was excellent, right next to Omicho Market. The room was very clean, and the breakfast—especially the wide variety of potato dishes—was delicious. We honestly wondered if it was really okay at this price. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

I stayed on the 14th during the Obon holiday, and the female front desk staff were very kind. The Room was a little small, but it was a good size for me. Above all, it was very helpful that the station, department stores, and convenience stores were nearby. I stay in Omiya once a year, and I would like to stay here again.

Thank you very much for taking care of us at Kamiyamada Hotel! The bathing facilities were wonderful—starting from the entrance to the large public bath, there was plenty of hinoki cypress, and it paired perfectly with the soothing scent of sulfur. The washing area was neatly divided into sections of just the right size and felt very clean, and we were also satisfied with the free-flowing hot spring water. In the open-air bath, the temperature was just right; it warmed us through to the core and left our skin silky smooth. The water quality was excellent, and with its charming atmosphere, it was a calm and relaxing space. We would love to come back again.

Both the Room and the building were beautiful and felt very clean. The bed was especially wonderful—not only spacious, but also with just the right thickness and firmness. The pillows weren’t too soft either, so I was able to fall asleep quickly. When we arrived and went out to explore the town, three of us had sore legs and backs, so we were embarrassed to be walking with canes. At dinner, we were told that our table for the next morning’s breakfast buffet had been set at the closest, easiest-to-access spot. We were all truly touched. The food was delicious as well, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyed at spacious tables with partitions from surrounding guests, allowing us to relax and chat at a leisurely pace.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

I requested a last-minute change to the number of guests, and Yorozuya handled it with exceptional kindness and professionalism. The hot springs and the room were wonderful, and the meals in particular were delicious—we were very satisfied. All of the staff were pleasant as well. Thank you very much. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The pancakes, pudding, and every meal were all very delicious. We felt a warmth in the staff’s hospitality that isn’t swayed by changing times, and it made us feel pleasantly nostalgic. It’s a wonderful Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

We always choose the Separate Twin. We stay as a couple, but because we go to bed and use the Onsen at different times, this Room is extremely comfortable. If I had to mention one thing, we would be completely satisfied if there were a refrigerator in each area. Also, it’s close to hitaru, which is convenient for concerts, and the location is great with easy access from the underground walkway. If possible, it would be nice if the price were consistent regardless of the day of the week.

This Accommodation exceeded my expectations. The Room layout was well designed, and I stayed very comfortably. The view is also wonderful. The sauna is spacious enough for about 4–5 people, allows temperature adjustment, and you can enjoy löyly. The cold plunge is also plenty large, and ice is provided for those who want colder water—so you can fully enjoy the sauna exactly the way you like. The in-room Onsen is spacious enough for two people. The water has a slightly silky feel and leaves your skin nicely moisturized. The amenities were excellent as well. The private lounge offers a great selection of drinks and snacks, which you can bring back to your Room—so it feels essentially all-inclusive. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals did not overlap between the first and second nights, allowing me to truly enjoy local specialties. Everything was delicious. I was very satisfied with both the Facility and the food, but what impressed me most was the staff’s hospitality—from dining staff to front desk to housekeeping. Their warm attentiveness really touched me. I would love to visit again.

My wife and I stayed here to attend our grandchild’s sports day. We had always stayed at hotels in Minato Mirai before, but this time we were completely satisfied with our stay. Our room was on the top floor, with a wonderful view and a clear look at the stadium. Chinatown and Motomachi are both about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. When choosing a hotel, my top priority is having the bath and toilet separated, and both were extremely clean here. The amenities, including the hair dryer, were also good. What impressed me most was how polished the staff were—their manners and greetings were excellent—and it made our day even more pleasant than at some higher-end hotels. Considering the value for money, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Thank you for letting us stay at a place we had always wanted to visit. Although it is far from central Kyoto, the facilities, hospitality, and food were all outstanding. We would love to stay again, and we look forward to visiting in the future.

It was my first time staying in Ochanomizu, and I booked two nights to attend a live show at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium. The hotel is very close to Ochanomizu Station, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the neighborhood is great for a stroll. The room was stylish, clean, spacious enough, and very comfortable. When unexpected rain started as I was heading out for the concert and I didn’t have an umbrella, they kindly lent me a large one, which was a huge help. All of the staff were very kind and made my stay pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again!

I stayed here again for two nights on a business trip. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable, so I can always stay with peace of mind. I especially like that I can choose a Room with a shower only, as I’m not a fan of unit bathrooms. The Room size and layout are just right, and it’s very easy to spend time here when traveling alone.

We hadn’t been able to go on our honeymoon, so we decided to take a trip somewhere in Japan and booked this hotel after seeing someone introduce it on social media. Since we wanted to relax and unwind, having hot springs was important—and above all, we were drawn to the breakfast and dinner buffets! From the check-in explanation, the staff were kind and thorough. And best of all: unlimited soft drinks and unlimited snacks—such a treat! Right after the explanation, my husband and I started enjoying them right away (lol). Dinner—the part I was most looking forward to—was truly impressive. From meat, crab, seafood, and sweets to all-you-can-drink alcohol… If only my stomach could eat more! When we were first shown to our seats, a female staff member recommended the shrimp mayo (“I recommend the shrimp mayo”), and freshly made shrimp mayo came out at just that moment—it was delicious. Everything was freshly prepared, the fish was very fresh, and every dish tasted better than typical buffet food—I felt like I could burst from how full I got! After that, there were several types of hot baths available. There were also plenty of skincare items as well as shampoo and conditioner treatments—such attentive service. One small thing that made me especially happy: instead of just one bath towel per person in the room, towels were also provided at each large public bath/hot spring area. With only one towel you tend not to try multiple baths, so that thoughtful touch was wonderful. At night there was also unlimited alcohol and ice cream—I stayed happy even after getting out of the bath… The breakfast buffet had handmade smoothies; you can make your own seafood bowl; plus both Japanese- and Western-style options—I ended up completely stuffed again in the morning (lol). After checkout it was pouring rain, but they even lent us umbrellas for walking to the parking lot. The service remained courteous until the very end—we were extremely satisfied! It’s a place I’d love to visit again!

It took a little effort to find at first, but once I stayed there, I found it to be an excellent value hotel. Aside from the bathroom ventilation being a bit weak, I had no issues at all—the air conditioning, water pressure, and how well the refrigerator cooled were more than sufficient. I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Toyama. Thank you for your hospitality!

We chose an Accommodation Plan that includes a French course meal. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. Breakfast was also delicious.

The price was just right, and I wanted to enjoy the sulfur hot spring, so I decided to stay here. Unfortunately, it was rainy and the fog made everything pure white that day, but it actually felt magical, and the courtyard lighting was beautiful. The facilities and rooms have many glass surfaces, giving them a modern and clean feel. We had a corner room, and it was spacious enough for our family of four to relax comfortably. The open-air sulfur bath had soft water with a gentle scent. It was a little on the cooler side, but we could soak slowly while listening to insects at night—highly recommended. As expected from a Prince Hotel, the staff were polite and professional, which left a great impression. The meals weren’t overly extravagant, but they were well prepared and tasted great. With many accommodations in Hakone being expensive, I’d like to visit again as this is an excellent value-for-money option. Highly recommended.

The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
