Whenever I visit Ishigaki Island, I stay at this Hotel. The view from the Room is wonderful, and the Facility is compact overall, making it comfortable and easy to spend time here. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it tastes good, and I’m happy they also offer several kinds of fruit. The price isn’t too high, and it’s in a convenient location, so I recommend it!

The Room felt smaller compared to other Route Inn twin rooms. With two adults and suitcases, there was no space to open them comfortably. Other Facilities and services were as usual, comfortable and satisfactory. I would like to stay again.

The food was absolutely delicious! The colorful presentation, small side dishes, and beautiful plates made dinner time truly enjoyable. In particular, I was very satisfied with the Japanese-style meat and potato stew sold at the shop as well, the whole simmered golden eye snapper, and the sashimi.

This was my first trip to Hokkaido. I stayed for several nights to celebrate the birth of my eldest son’s baby and to meet my grandchild. They accommodated a late check-in, which I really appreciated, and the amenities next to the front desk were plentiful. The breakfast menu changed from day to day, so I enjoyed it on the second day as well. In particular, I loved the seafood rice bowl where you can add as much of your favorite toppings as you like. All of the staff were pleasant, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would have been even better if the changing area had been a bit more spacious.

On the day of our stay, unfortunately it was pouring rain, so we couldn’t go sightseeing. We were cold and soaked, but even though we arrived before check-in, they kindly let us wait in the lobby. They served us hot coffee, and soon after they prepared our Room early for us. Thanks to that, we could change out of our wet clothes and avoid getting sick. The proprietress and all the staff were very kind, and we had a truly comfortable stay. The food was delicious, the Onsen was wonderful—everything was perfect. We’d love to visit again.

Due to a car accident on the way to the inn, we arrived much later than expected. When I called to let you know, you kindly prepared dinner for us, which was a great help. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful place, and I would love to stay again.

The Onsen, the meals, and the service were all excellent! We’ll definitely be back!

We visited as a couple to see Amanohashidate. The location was right in front of it—perfect. Check-in was at 2:00 PM. We arrived early, but they kindly guided us to the parking lot, which was very helpful. Even after check-out, we were allowed to use the parking lot until 11:00 AM, so we could enjoy sightseeing. The Accommodation looked a bit old from the outside, but inside it was clean and very well kept. The meals seemed to focus on locally sourced ingredients and were delicious. We finished everything at both dinner and breakfast. There were both an indoor bath and an open-air bath. They weren’t large, but I could relax on my own. With so many tourists around, I think being able to sightsee efficiently was thanks to this Accommodation. It turned into a wonderful trip.

I made a Reservation the day before on a whim. I was very satisfied with this rate including breakfast. The Facility is old, but both the Room and the large public bath were well cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. Also, the front desk and restaurant staff were very pleasant and wonderful. It’s not flashy, but I think it’s a very good Hotel where you can relax. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we were very satisfied. The hot spring was great too—silky and smooth—and we were happy there was complimentary shampoo available. However, when using the open-air bath, we were a bit worried about whether it could be seen from the parking lot, and it was a little disappointing that entering the open-air bath from the changing room was fully visible. The changing room was spacious, which was nice, but there were only three hair dryers for the size of the space, which felt insufficient. Since other guests were also waiting for one to become available, adding more might be worth considering. The ice cream after the bath was a nice touch—just the right size—and we appreciated that service. As for meals, everyone seemed to have the same dining time so it got very crowded, and it looked tough for the staff as well. Perhaps because the venue felt small compared to the number of dishes/guests, people were moving around in all directions; it might be better to set a clearer flow. All of the food was delicious and we were very satisfied. The takeaway option also seemed like a great service. We also had breakfast and enjoyed it very much. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I always stay here when I’m on business in Onomichi or Fukuyama. With courteous service, clean rooms, and a pleasant surrounding environment, I can stay with peace of mind. I have another business trip next month and wanted to book again, but unfortunately you were fully booked, so for the first time in a while I’ll be staying at another nearby hotel. It’s disappointing, but also a little exciting. I definitely hope to stay with you again in January. Thank you for providing such a comfortable environment.

This was my first stay here. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Seibuen Amusement Park nearby. I checked in looking forward to the Room upgrade Plan, and was amazed by the wall-to-wall windows with a wide-open sky and Lake Tama spread out before me. Being a top-floor corner Room made the view even more spectacular. The spacious, spotless Room delighted my child as well. The large public bath on site was also spacious and comfortable. They seem to pay attention to fragrance as well, and the pleasant scent throughout helped me relax deeply. The front desk staff were excellent, and I truly felt I was receiving first-class Hotel service. The rooftop restaurant also had a beautiful view, and everything at breakfast was delicious. The attentiveness of the service staff there was outstanding too—they were constantly mindful of every guest and provided fast, flawless service. It reminded me of true Japanese hospitality that has become rarer to see these days. This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

We stayed here with four people last September, and this time we returned with five. The delicious, generous meals were just as wonderful as ever. This time we also toured the waterfalls with two cars; although it rained from late night into the morning and Route 425 was unexpectedly closed the next day, we were still able to see Fudo Falls, Choshi Falls, Kakure Falls, and the Fudo Nanamagari Falls—one of Japan’s Top 100 Waterfalls.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We consulted with the staff in advance about meals and a surprise, and we truly appreciate how thoughtfully they supported us. Not only was the food excellent, but the view from our room was even more stunning than we imagined, and we had a great time. After breakfast, we were delighted by the chef’s homemade scones—so comforting and delicious—and it really made us feel the hotel’s warm hospitality. We would love to return with our family. If I may make one request, it would be wonderful if the evening lounge offered some caffeine-free options (chamomile tea, decaf tea/coffee, or rooibos tea). A lovely hotel that makes you want to come back!

This maisonette-style Accommodation has the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor, with the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet on the 1st floor. In short, it was absolutely amazing! The Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, and all the kitchen features were very easy to use. It was more than spacious for two people, and we were impressed by how luxuriously we could enjoy the space. It’s a favorite place where we’d definitely like to stay again.

Time passed at a relaxed pace, and I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful. The grouper course was very generous in portion size, and every dish tasted exceptional. The warm hospitality also made me feel comfortable. My family said they would love to come again.

The building is a bit old, but the service, meals, and Onsen were all excellent. The staff’s warm hospitality made our stay truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with our dog. Above all, we were impressed by how spotless the villa was. The interior was carefully cleaned down to every corner, with no dust at all, so we could let our dog relax and roam freely with complete peace of mind. Not only the inside, but also the pool and lawn were beautifully maintained—the grass was clean enough for people to walk on barefoot. We were truly amazed at how impeccably kept it was as an Accommodation for guests traveling with dogs. From before our stay, we received very thoughtful emails, and throughout our visit we could feel the owner’s wonderful personality and hospitality in so many ways. Due to a typhoon, we had to give up one night of our originally planned two-night stay, but they handled everything very kindly and even extended both our check-in and check-out times for the remaining stay. Thanks to that, we were able to stay longer than expected and relax at a leisurely pace. At farewell, they even gave us a small gift—we were touched by their warm hospitality until the very end. The location is also excellent: convenience stores and the beach are nearby, and “Banya,” where you can enjoy delicious Kujukuri seafood together with your dog, is also close. The area is very quiet, so we could unwind at night as well. As a destination for traveling with a dog, it’s rare to find somewhere this safe and comfortable. It was truly a wonderful villa that made us want to come back again—definitely a repeat visit!

We stayed here a few years ago and returned because of the outstanding, one-of-a-kind location right above the sea. We’ve used several properties in THE HOUSE series, and this one has the most impressive sense of closeness to the ocean. It’s a short walk from the parking area, but that actually adds to the special feel. The only disappointment was that both the red and white shabu-shabu broths at dinner were spicy. At our home, shabu-shabu isn’t something we associate with spicy flavors, and we chose a meal-included Plan because shabu-shabu is usually something children can eat as well. Since neither of us adults can handle spicy food either, once we realized both broths were spicy, we rushed to a convenience store to buy a non-spicy hot pot soup base... I imagine families with children may stay here too, so it would be helpful if the meal description clearly stated when only spicy options are provided. That said, both the meat and vegetables were very delicious.

It was a cozy inn, and the building was very stylish. The hosts were kind, and it was truly relaxing. We were able to enjoy the private hot spring at our leisure both morning and night. Breakfast was in a separate building, which was also very stylish. I was impressed by the yogurt drink served first. The soup was refined and comforting—perfect for starting the day. When we checked out, they kindly took lots of photos for us since we had the chance. It was the last day of our first trip to Kyushu, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.
