For our 40th wedding anniversary, we searched for a place where we could relax in an Onsen and enjoy a delicious French dinner, and this Hotel came up. Hoping—just a little—that there might be a celebratory chocolate message plate with dessert, we visited Tamana Onsen for the first time. Dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, and we were more than satisfied—but after the course dessert and coffee, to our surprise, a cake plate arrived!! We truly weren’t expecting that much, so we were overwhelmed with emotion and almost brought to tears. And the cake itself—the whipped cream was exquisitely tasty. The quality was exactly what you’d expect from a Hotel cake! On top of that, the message lettering was beautifully done, the chocolate was delicious as well, and we were once again impressed by the pastry chef’s craftsmanship. The Onsen was spacious with free-flowing water, and it was lovely to see it decorated with traditional Japanese umbrellas and bamboo lanterns. It also felt wonderful to be greeted so warmly by all of the staff. The next day, we walked to Riganji Park’s footbath and enjoyed the cherry blossoms at Jagatani Park—making the most of our first visit to Tamana. We’ve both been busy working full-time for years and had never stayed at an Onsen Accommodation on our actual anniversary day before, so this became a truly special occasion—our most memorable since our wedding. We are deeply grateful to all of the Hotel staff for creating such a wonderful celebration. Thank you very much! Next time, we’ll be sure to visit again with friends and family.

I love Tokyo’s night views, so I choose places to stay with beautiful scenery at night. I stayed in the Ryogoku area a few years ago and was impressed by the rooftop terrace night view. Since then, I’ve wanted to visit the Kaminarimon area someday. The rooftop night views are hard to compare! However, the views from the lobby and restaurant were even more impressive here. Just one thing: I sat in a back seat at breakfast, but there was no 안내 about where to find drinks like orange juice near the counter right after entering. I only noticed on my way out and felt disappointed. The IKYU Platinum benefit—unlimited coffee at the restaurant anytime for two days—was an excellent perk. I’d be happy if other hotels offered this benefit too! This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sendai. Since three of us shared one Room, it felt a bit small (as expected), but the price was a great value and my friends were surprised! The large public bath is small but very clean, and the amenities are well stocked, making for a very satisfying stay. I’d like to stay again!

The only drawback is that it’s far from the station, making it a bit tough to walk. However, once inside, you can enjoy reading comics, have ice cream, and the Room is equipped with individual air conditioning for comfort. Being able to use the bath all night is also greatly appreciated.

The Room was very clean. We stayed in a Comfort Twin, and it was incredibly spacious. From the window, we could see Toyosu’s high-rise apartments and the Rainbow Bridge, and the night view was stunning! The beds were a low-profile design, so we could relax and spend time comfortably in a calm atmosphere. The interior was lovely, and we felt very relaxed. In the large public bath, there were ReFa shower heads and premium hair dryers. I’d been wanting to try them, so I was happy to be able to use them. The baths are well equipped, including a 37°C carbonated bath, a plain hot bath around 40°C, a cold bath, and a sauna. Cleansing oil/gel, face wash, and basic skincare products are also available in the public bath area, which helped us pack lighter. This Room also had a facial steamer for skincare. Outside the public bath area there is a spacious post-bath relaxation space where you can also enjoy manga. In the lounge next to the front desk, there were many picture books and interesting books that you can read freely—it was really enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious—the salmon roe, salmon, and sweet shrimp were especially amazing. There were also more side dishes than we could finish, plus bread and sweets, so it felt very luxurious. Everything tasted great. All of the staff were kind and sincere—it was an extremely satisfying Hotel stay. We’d love to come again!!! We had such a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

In February, this was my third stay here. The front desk staff are as kind and courteous as ever, making check-in pleasant and giving me the feeling of coming back to a second home. In addition to the lotion and cream I receive at every check-in, I was also given a mini lip balm. The large public bath is available from 15:00, and you can check how crowded it is on the in-room TV, so it’s great to go when it’s quiet. (You can also check the coin laundry.) There were many international guests, but most seemed to follow good manners. When I requested cleaning while I was out, everything was cleaned perfectly—thank you very much. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Kyoto.

The open-air bath at Shiun-no-Yu was outstanding. Breakfast is their top highlight, and the variety, selection, and taste were all perfect. I have stayed at La Vista in Hakodate, Kushiro, and Furano, and the high quality has been consistently maintained—it’s truly excellent.

In the latter half of a three-day weekend, our schedule opened up, so we quickly found this place and made a Reservation. We asked to Change the Reservation from the Room we had booked to a new Japanese-modern bedroom with beds—and it was absolutely the right choice. We had a very satisfying stay. We woke up at 4:00 a.m. and watched the World Cup final on the projector’s large screen. It became my favorite Room I’ve ever stayed in. The Onsen was too hot for us as a couple. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were also excellent. They even walked us to our car on departure, and wiped down our windshield that had gotten dirty from the rain at night—truly outstanding hospitality. This is a Ryokan we would love to visit again.

This was my second stay this year. I was able to relax in the same well-cleaned Room as always. Also, although this is not an issue on the Hotel’s side, it was disappointing that some Southeast Asian guests were noisy when coming in and out of their Rooms.

We were able to relax in a Room with a great view. Dinner was served in the Room, so we didn’t have to move and could take our time. The parking lot felt a bit far away. It seems there are many foreign staff members these days, and they provided courteous service. We would like to stay again.

Reserved a Standard Twin Room in the new wing. As others have mentioned, we were upgraded to a better Room. The toilet and bath were separate, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak.> We had dinner on this Plan, but it was not “mini” at all. It was a full course: five appetizers, corn potage, pan-seared grunt with beurre blanc sauce and roasted shrimp, braised beef cheek, dessert, and coffee—everything was absolutely delicious. It would be a shame to stay here and not have dinner! To get to the Hotel we used Setouchi Taxi, and they also gave us a great presentation of recommended sightseeing routes. It was a wonderful trip. I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Takamatsu.

I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

The Facility was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was great. The staff were also courteous and helpful.

I stayed here on a business trip and was very satisfied. There is a wide variety of open-air baths, and the sauna is an authentic one that rivals specialty facilities—perfect for unwinding. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. It’s an Accommodation I would gladly stay at again if I have the chance.

The free Shuttle Service from Toyohashi Station was very helpful. The property feels a bit dated, but it has an upscale atmosphere, dinner options are available, and the staff were kind. Considering the price, we were very satisfied. We visited the Toyohashi City Hall Observation Deck and Yoshida Castle; both are free of charge.

Whether in the lobby, guest room, restaurant, or large public bath, we enjoyed breathtaking ocean views throughout our stay. The warm hospitality and many unique services won us over right away—it was our first visit, but we quickly became fans. We’d love to return again soon.

The Onsen was wonderful. It felt so beneficial that I wanted to soak in it again and again. The breakfast buffet was great, especially with curry available. I was happy to find grapes among the fruit, and the local yogurt was delicious. We used the 30th anniversary coupons at the shop and dining area, which felt like a great deal. Thank you very much to the female staff member at reception who kindly helped us use the coupons. I also shared how great everything was with my local relatives.

Since there were no vacancies at other facilities, I made a Reservation. I wasn’t expecting much because it wasn’t a high-priced property, but the meals and the view from the restaurant were wonderful. However, the coffee machine used powdered milk and it tasted terrible. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.
