The Room with an open-air bath is spacious, and you can see the horizon in the distance. Meals are served in a private room with countless kaiseki dishes. The portions were just right, and everything was very satisfying. On the way back, I enjoyed the beautiful view of the se

For dinner, we chose the blissful fugu course, and it truly lived up to its name—every dish was wonderful and our whole family was very satisfied. Although there was heavy snowfall on the day of our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of all the staff, we were able to e

The Room, meals, Onsen, and the hospitality from the attendant and all staff—everything was absolutely satisfying! We had a very comfortable stay, and my mother-in-law was truly delighted. The amenities were well stocked for both guests and dogs. All of the food was delicious, bu

Towels and amenities are provided before entering the baths, so you can go empty-handed. The detox water after bathing was amazing. The open-air bath in the Room was also incredibly relaxing—I used it more than 10 times. I was happy they provided a bathrobe, samue loungewear,

I especially appreciated having Shizuoka oden available—it was delightful! Both the facilities and cleanliness were impeccable—there's nothing more I could ask for! If I have another chance to visit Fuji City again, I will definitely choose this accommodation without hesitatio

It was also convenient to have a refrigerator on both the first and second floors. Having an Onsen in the Room was amazing—we could soak as many times as we wanted at any time. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we felt at ease staying here even with a child. We would l

Since it’s a bit away from the park, it’s quiet. In the morning, I enjoyed watching many guests walking their dogs in the park from my Room—it was very relaxing. The ocean-side bath has a sauna, and the mountain-side bath has an open-air bath. I stayed during a holiday period, bu

The staff's service was kind and attentive. You can choose only the room wear and amenities you need, which was perfect. During the hot season, the large public bath, water server, and shampoo bar were refreshing. The Room was newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable to stay

It was a pity that the entrance gate was still under construction, with cones and blue tarps scattered around (I understand that unexpected earthquakes and heavy rain can take up manpower). This time, the meals were upgraded and were a delight to both the eyes and the palate. For breakfast, I would have been even happier if there had been a choice of bread. I will visit again—thank you very much.

They also had breakfast options suitable for a 4-year-old, which was great. The bath water was too hot to use, and I thought it would be nice to have a baby bath or similar so small children can bathe comfortably. All the staff were pleasant, and it’s a Hotel we would like to sta

Stayed with my Yorkshire Terrier and mother. The interior has a European feel down to the details, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room is spacious enough, and there was no unpleasant smell. The onsen in the room allows for easy access to a relaxing bath, which was very enjoyable. We only had breakfast during our stay, but the meal on the second day was very delicious. For dinner, please note that you need to choose such a plan or make a reservation in advance; ordering after arriving at the hotel seems difficult. Dinner costs 10,000 yen per person, which felt a bit expensive. However, there are no nearby places within walking distance for dining out easily, so please keep this in mind.

Although it rained, the warmth and hospitality shown by the Shuttle Service team and the person in charge of our Room made us feel genuinely comforted. The meals were also delicious, and we felt refreshed both physically and mentally—I’m truly happy to have found such a wonderful

We received very courteous service, including guidance to the parking lot upon our arrival at 8 PM. The temperature and humidity in the Room were just right, making it very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean and beautiful, as expected from Route Inn, providing a st

All of the staff were kind as well. You can also walk from Rifu Station (just under about 15 minutes), and it took around 10 minutes to reach the venue by taxi arranged through a taxi company. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sekisui Super Arena. We’d love to stay again!

I stayed for two nights to attend a live show at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciate how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the br

With only a small number of Rooms, we were able to enjoy the Facility without much contact with other guests. As for the baths, we were able to take our time and enjoy all of them—the private open-air bath, the in-room open-air bath, and the in-room indoor bath. We’d also like to try the stone sauna next time. There were hours when we could use the lounge for beer, alcohol, coffee, and more. Although we couldn’t make it for cocktail time, we still made good use of it. It would be even better if the lounge stayed open a little later. Every dish had a gentle flavor and there was an impressive variety; everything was delicious and beautifully presented, so we enjoyed it with our eyes as well. Being able to choose three desserts ourselves was also great. Because we could dine at a relaxed pace, the portions felt just right and everything was very tasty. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like 15 years had passed at all, and we stayed very comfortably. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the wash area was a bit small. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having separate towels prepared for the open-air bath and the indoor bath. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I learned about this Ryokan through a friend’s recommendation and decided to stay here. The view from the Room and the open-air bath was amazing, and that alone made me very satisfied. Both the Room and the baths were thoroughly cleaned, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. The private open-air bath and dining in a private room also allowed me to relax, which was wonderful. Towels were freely available in the women’s open-air bath. These days, most Onsen or Hotels provide only a minimal towel set, but since I used the baths several times during my stay, I truly appreciated this service. The staff were kind as well, and overall I was extremely satisfied with everything. If I had to mention one small disappointment: dinner was very delicious and generously portioned, but there were several times when I couldn’t understand what was being explained about the dishes. Also, the timing of the main grilled dish felt a bit off—it was served as just meat after we had already finished both rice and all other dishes—so I wondered if that timing was intentional. It made me hope that Japan’s uniquely attentive hospitality and services will not be lost. That said, everyone’s warm service and thoughtful attention were truly excellent. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The staff provided great service, making the dining experience very pleasant. Breakfast also maintained high standards in both quality and quantity, being equally delicious. We were even offered takeout coffee on our way home. This is an exceptional accommodation that truly

The meals were also excellent! Dinner included shabu-shabu, bagna cauda, carpaccio (with an outstanding original sauce!), while breakfast featured premium egg TKG and fresh vegetable salads—all delicious! The staff provided impeccable service with great attention to detail. As

After watching the Awa Odori, our family of four stayed here. We couldn’t find anywhere in Tokushima City with two Rooms available, so we chose this place by elimination—but we were very satisfied. The Rooms were connected Rooms, with two Rooms linked by an internal door when opened. The beds were bunk beds, which our kids found really fun and enjoyed a lot. The bath was available until 9:30 a.m., so even though we checked in at 11:30 p.m., we could relax and enjoy it. The water had a slightly salty quality and the temperature was just right—excellent overall. Breakfast focused on organic ingredients and was served buffet-style; everything was delicious. We hadn’t heard of this Hotel before, but it was clean and very nice. We’d definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.
