It is a wonderful, luxurious Hotel, but this time the view was completely blocked by a building wall right in front of the Room, so please take this into consideration next time.

The location is a bit inconvenient, so a rental car is essential. There is a FamilyMart just over a 5-minute walk away. We stayed in the 3-bed room, and it was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out our luggage. With the free washing machine and the bathroom drying function, our clothes were nicely dry by the next morning. Perfect for anyone who wants to do laundry every day.

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend's family! We were 3 adults and 3 children. At check-in, it would have been nice to have insect repellent at the entrance. Some items we wished for: a quick floor wiper, toilet cleaning set, a net to remove bugs or debris from the pool, extra outdoor chairs for BBQs, various sizes of plastic bags, shelves in the bathroom and rooms to place small items. A cleaning robot was available but having something handy for quick hair or dust cleanup would be great. It would also be helpful to have cleaning supplies like detergent for quick toilet cleanups. The dryer stops working after several uses unless you clean the filter. It would be helpful if we could receive detailed information about kitchen supplies via email before our stay. We brought our own food for BBQs but additional chairs and tables would make it easier to place food and sit comfortably while eating. There were insect repellents and mosquito coils provided but having a fly swatter as well would be useful. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads available! The extra supply of toilet paper was also great! Since we stayed with friends, having separate bedrooms was ideal. Overall cleanliness and stylish design were impressive! The building itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere—just a few more thoughtful touches in service could make this place perfect! As someone who pays attention to details (being a homemaker), I feel enhancing comfort here could elevate this already wonderful space into an exceptional one—especially since it's such a special trip destination! However, bugs are quite noticeable here; addressing this issue might help improve overall satisfaction significantly!

The room was just the right size for two people. The bathroom was spacious, and the jacuzzi made it very comfortable. The free parking was also a great benefit. Car travel is especially convenient during rainy weather.

We always enjoy staying here. It’s close to both the beach and the station, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. The nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk, so it’s a good idea to stock up when you find one. This time, it was a little strange that there was only one set of amenities even though we were five people, but since everything was properly provided last time, we don’t think it will be an issue. Thank you.

We stayed with 4 adults and 1 toddler. For access, the location didn’t show up even after entering the map code, but we were able to arrive by searching “Kururi Sanso” on Google Maps. The road felt just barely manageable for a larger car, so going in a kei car was the right choice! The Accommodation itself was wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool, mist sauna, and pizza oven were all amazing—we wish we had stayed two nights. We definitely want to visit again. If I had to mention anything, it would have been nice to have two bedrooms. Also, the pizza peel felt a bit small for the pizza oven, so serious pizza lovers might find it easier if they bring their own. The electric bug-zapping racket was also very helpful—great to have! The pool was so good that we went in three times and ran short on towels, so it would be nice if there were a few more spare towels. Also, although it wasn’t mentioned on the website, there were plenty of wine glasses provided, which was great. Next time we’ll come during the colder season. It was the best Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at.

About a 10-minute walk to town, and they can look after your car, so it’s not bad for a No Meals Included stay.

I’d been interested in this Hotel for a while, and this time I was able to make a Reservation at a great price. Check-in was at a different location, which was a bit confusing at first, but the Accommodation is up a steep staircase and the staff kindly helped support my mother, who has difficulty walking—it was a huge help. The Room was also larger than a typical Business Hotel, and the Facilities were as well equipped as an ordinary home, so it felt like staying at home. I’d like to choose it again if I have the chance next time.

At first, I was a bit worried because it was a private lodging style stay, but check-in went smoothly and the Hotel Room was very clean. It was also conveniently close to both the station and the aquarium, and it was very quiet with no noise from outside. The Hotel parking lot only has three spaces and was full, but we were able to park cheaply at a nearby Times Parking lot.

The access was excellent above all—you can get here from the station in no time. The amenities were well stocked, and although the Room was compact, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a perfect size. The staff were polite and attentive. It was also convenient to have a convenience store right below the Hotel. It was my first time in Asakusabashi, but there were plenty of great-looking restaurants near the station. I don’t think you’ll have any trouble finding places to eat. There’s also a supermarket nearby. Prices felt cheaper than areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. It wasn’t too crowded, and the relaxed atmosphere was wonderful. Access to other areas is also good. I’d like to stay again when I come to Tokyo. It turned into a great trip—thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights this time. I have used this Hotel several times, but the small size of the bath always bothers me. While washing my body, I keep bumping into the walls! Also, as mentioned in the title, facilities like the washbasin and toilet give a slightly "old" impression. On the other hand, staff service, location, bed comfort, and cleanliness around the lobby are excellent. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel. The high price is understandable as it's a general issue in Tokyo... though it’s quite tough to bear. I think I will use it again in the future.

The parking lot was a bit hard to find, so I called for directions. They were very polite and easy to understand, and I was able to park without any trouble. (It’s along the road on the east side of the NTT building!) The Facility is certainly old, but it’s kept very clean, and thanks to the kind and courteous staff, I had a comfortable stay. I could also see Mt. Fuji from the window, and I’m very satisfied with the great value. Thank you!

We stayed in a 4-person Room with our 12-month-old. It feels geared toward international travelers, but it was also very family-friendly, so I’m sharing what worked well for us and a few things to note. With diapers, baby food, extra clothes, and all the usual baby gear—and traveling solo—I wanted to reduce what I had to carry. When I asked, they kindly allowed me to ship our luggage ahead of time. They even placed our size-80 parcel in the Room in advance, which was incredibly helpful. [Room] A tatami-style Japanese Room where your baby can crawl comfortably. There are no steps at the entrance, and with tatami plus mattresses there’s little risk of a crawling baby falling off an edge. There is a closet with handles positioned out of a child’s reach. It was convenient for storing anything we didn’t want our child to touch. The TV is a smart TV. You can play YouTube (we watched “Shinapushu”). It’s wall-mounted, so there’s no worry about it tipping over. There are firm cushions about 10 cm high. If your child can sit independently, you can seat them on one during meals. [Bathroom] It’s a unit bath but spacious enough that if your child can pull up or sit steadily, you can bathe together in the tub. The sink area is wide with space around it for toiletries, so washing bottles was easy. (There may not be enough space/height to keep a sterilizing case set up.) [In-house Facility] There is a shared microwave available for warming baby food. [Checkout time] Checkout is until 11:00 AM, which makes it easy to feed breakfast/baby food before leaving. [Area] It’s flat from the station. There’s a drugstore near the station and a convenience store almost next door. It gets very quiet at night. [Things to note] If your Room is on the 2nd floor or higher, there is no elevator—carrying strollers and luggage upstairs may be difficult. There are Rooms on the 1st floor as well. Power outlets in the Room are within reach of small children. The entryway area isn’t large enough to leave a stroller open inside. To avoid getting things dirty you’ll need to bring it into the Room folded up; alternatively there is luggage storage space outside the Room where you can leave items (very convenient). The bathroom door can slam shut even with help from a 1-year-old—watch out for pinched fingers. They provide many helpful items such as an air humidifier, thermometer/hygrometer(?), pens, etc., but for peace of mind it may be best to put them somewhere out of reach right away so your child doesn’t break anything. Although each room is private, the layout feels more like a guesthouse than an isolated hotel room—if your child tends to cry loudly at night often/for long periods، you might feel slightly self-conscious.

It was very close to the station, making it convenient to get anywhere. There was a convenience store (7-Eleven) and many places to eat nearby, so we had no trouble even without meals at the Hotel. We had Origin Bento for breakfast. We could also walk to the Glico Sign, and on the second day it was easy to transfer trains to get to Universal Studios Japan. The Room was very clean, but on the first day we noticed a lingering smell from the previous guest (maybe they grilled meat?). Since our Room faced the street and was on the second floor, traffic noise at night was loud, and from around 5 a.m. we could hear trains running underground. Because our Room was next to the emergency stairs, we were startled in the early morning by what sounded like a contractor closing a door. The shower faucet in the bathroom came loose easily. The location was excellent.

Located just a short walk from Sumiyoshi Station A4 Exit, past the park. The restaurant is currently not in operation, but despite its age, the interior is clean and offers a relatively spacious area compared to other APA accommodations. The unit bath is comfortable with a bathtub size that invites relaxation. The showerhead is of high quality. The chair features casters and a houndstooth pattern, while the beige-toned wallpaper provides a calming atmosphere. The low bed offers futon-like comfort, and the ceiling feels high. A TV is installed by the window. Stayed on the 5th floor.

Spending a relaxing time while gazing at the ocean felt truly luxurious, and it helped me forget everyday life and recharge. This time we stayed for one night, but next time I’d love to use it for camping as well. The owner was very kind and carefully accommodated our requests, so we were able to stay with peace of mind. We visited Lake Yamanaka again for the first time in a while on a family trip. The gas BBQ grill was very easy to use, and we enjoyed BBQ every night during our stay. There were three adults in our group, but it might feel a bit small for four people. The dog amenities were well stocked, including welcome treats, making this an Accommodation that is very dog-friendly. Our toy poodle also seemed to have a great time. With a great location and beautiful views, we could enjoy BBQ while taking in the scenery. Lake Yamanaka is right in front of the Accommodation, so we took morning walks and spent a relaxing time overall. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
