We stayed as a family of three. From check-in onward, the explanations and guidance were excellent, and the service was wonderful. We planned to use the parking lot, but we were told it was not available after check-out, and they kindly directed us to a nearby Chinatown parking lot. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and there were welcome drinks and alcohol as well—everything was thoughtfully provided. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

There is a fully equipped grooming room, and the high-quality shampoo and conditioner were excellent—we were very satisfied. The view was disappointing due to dense fog and rain, but we had a great time playing in the covered dog run. We also received plenty of treats and food for our dogs, so we will definitely be back.

I don’t usually write Reviews like this, but it was so wonderful that I wanted to share. First, even the standard Room is spacious enough. Above all, the food was incredibly delicious. The rice was the best I’ve ever had—its sweetness, firmness, and stickiness were all perfect. I usually eat one bowl, but I ended up having three. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything—from the sashimi to the Sangenton pork—was so good it left me impressed. Unfortunately it rained on the first day, but thanks to how great the Accommodation was, it still became an amazing trip. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

We recently stayed at Third with two dogs (a small dog and a medium-sized dog) and four adults. The Room was spacious enough, the garden was large enough for the dogs to run around, and while the pool is a bit small, it was still plenty big for four adults. The meals were more than generous and very satisfying. There were plenty of tableware and cooking utensils, which we appreciated. We were also happy to find pet pads as well as bowls for food and water. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we were satisfied with almost everything. If I had to mention one thing, the furniture—such as the sofa in the living room and the chairs in the garden—felt a bit inexpensive, which made it harder to fully relax. I hope this area can be improved. Overall, we were very satisfied. There are many similar Facility options, but many still have restrictions such as requiring dogs to stay in crates; this is a truly dog-friendly Facility. The price is a little high, but it feels worth more than that value-wise. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was our first time using Club Wing! The Room had an ocean view, and although four adults stayed, it was spacious enough for us to relax and take it easy. The lounge was the most comfortable of any Hotel we have stayed at so far. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke with us in many ways. They even taught us how to make bonito clear soup and “Kachashi,” so we tried making them at home right away. On our way back, a rainbow appeared over the sea—it was truly beautiful and unforgettable! Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful summer vacation!

I stayed at Shimoda Yamatokan again this time. I’ve visited many times, and every time I come, it reminds me, “I’m so glad I chose this place.” The view of Tatadohama Beach right in front of the Accommodation is always stunning, and simply gazing at the ocean from the Room is incredibly relaxing. The food is delicious every time, and I was able to enjoy the Onsen at a leisurely pace—another very satisfying stay. Above all, the warm hospitality from all the staff is truly wonderful. Some staff members even remember me, which gives me a comforting feeling like coming home. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

Thank you so much to all the staff at the club lounge for taking such great care of us. Everyone was attentive, kind, and cheerful, and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail time, and even after that we were treated to motsunabe hot pot. We also had some sake—it was delicious. Thank you as well for chatting with us even though we’re a couple in our 70s! It was just a short getaway within Tokyo, but we were completely satisfied. Thank you again. The Room and Facility were lovely, but the pillow felt a little too soft for me.

I was hardly bothered by noise from the neighboring Room. The Room is small, so there’s limited closet space for hanging clothes, and it would have been nice to have a small set of drawers… but it’s not an expensive Room where I can really complain, and it was only two nights. There’s no free drinking water in the Room, but that’s on me for not reading the Reviews. The best part… breakfast. A few dishes were quite strongly seasoned and made me think “Huh?”, but overall it was delicious. The tofu dishes in particular were great—I’d love to have them again. A good Hotel in a convenient location near the station—very satisfying.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

We stayed for one night with three people. In addition to the three beds, there was a table and chairs, and we were able to open two suitcases on the floor. It was also nice that the toilet and washbasin area were separate. The hair dryer in the Room was a Dyson. Unfortunately, the springs in the extra sofa bed were so painful even just sitting on it that it was hard to sleep. Also, one of the chairs was wobbly and unusable. If the sofa bed and chair are replaced, it would be perfect. My family said that when the public bath is crowded, the changing area is small and difficult to use. I used it comfortably when it wasn’t busy. It would be nice if we could check how crowded it is from the Room.

From check-in onward, the front desk service was smooth and efficient. Dinner was so plentiful that I kept thinking, “Is there more coming?”—I couldn’t finish it, but that kind of “I can’t eat another bite” feeling is really satisfying. (Breakfast was a standard buffet.) I used the open-air Onsen bath in my Room many times! The view was amazing, and being able to see trains passing by made it feel extra special. The futon was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Overall, I think this Accommodation is one I’d love to visit again and can confidently recommend.

The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

Everything was excellent. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all outstanding. We had a wonderful time. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

I’ve stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count, but this time I visited with my parents for my birthday trip. No matter when I come, the food is always satisfying, the Room is wonderful, and the Onsen leaves your skin silky smooth—nothing to complain about. Also, the light snacks in the annex lounge are exquisite, which makes me want to stay here again. They even celebrated my birthday, and it was a fantastic trip right to the end. This is an Accommodation that never disappoints no matter how many times I visit, so I’d like to keep coming back. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The front desk staff were truly kind, the view from the corner Room was amazing, and I really appreciate that it was spacious and clean with all amenities properly prepared in the Room! The bathroom and other water facilities were spotless as well. The location is great, and when I come to Fukuoka again, I’d love to stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

The Room’s bathroom, furniture, and furnishings were all spotless and new, and I felt lucky to stay so soon after the renovation. The view of Mikawa Bay from the main building’s lounge and terrace was also wonderful. I was very satisfied to spend a peaceful time strolling through the garden and visiting the seaside literature memorial museum.

I was impressed by how automated check-in and check-out are now, but since I was with my daughter, we got through it smoothly. The welcome drink grape juice was so good that I kept going back for more—even after the late-night noodles. The coffee was great both hot and iced. After walking around Kofu, I headed to the large public bath to avoid the crowds. Soaking in the Onsen and seeing Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath was breathtaking. Feeling refreshed, I took another stroll around town before dinner at a restaurant I had reserved. There are plenty of dining options from the station to around the Hotel, which will be helpful next time as well. After dinner, I went back to the large public bath for another soak, then enjoyed the late-night noodles. Since it was Saturday, there were many families and inbound travelers. As a local specialty, those late-night noodles were delicious—especially the seasoned egg topping with just the right level of flavor. Despite how many guests there were, it stayed quiet inside, and you could even check how busy things were during late-night noodles and breakfast. Breakfast also featured lots of local ingredients, with so many small side dishes that it was hard to choose. There were stewed offal dishes (motsuni), beef stew, and rice porridge as well (made fresh upon request). I relaxed with coffee until check-out and really enjoyed my first Dormy Inn stay. The staff struck a perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—which made it very comfortable. Of course, I also enjoyed both the post-bath ice cream and lactic acid drink service.

I have stayed here many times. The other day at check-in, I was with a guest from overseas. The staff informed them that they could see Himeji Castle from their Room, and they were very happy, saying, “Thank you, wonderful.” It was truly excellent hospitality, and it made me feel good as well.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Just like the Reviews said, all the staff were very kind. They carried our luggage to the Room, and I was happy that I could choose the yukata and obi I liked. After we entered the Room, they explained everything, including an introduction to the Room, where the baths were, and meals. The building is old, but it was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The large public bath is on the small side, but from the moment I stepped in I could smell the sea, and my skin felt incredibly smooth afterward. Dinner and breakfast were made entirely with ingredients from Tottori Prefecture, and I really enjoyed them. With items like turban shell (sazae) and Tottori beef packed with flavor—and with free refills of shijimi clam miso soup and rice—it was so delicious that I had two bowls of rice and two bowls of miso soup. Also, without us having to say anything, they brought tea and dessert at just the perfect timing. It was a Hotel that made me feel they truly pay attention to their guests. I’d love to stay at this Accommodation again. Thank you very much. And lastly, the sake we received as Diamond members was truly delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
