Usa Grand Hotel

It was a wonderful Room that was on par with, or even better than, major domestic Hotels. (And yet it was affordable!)The Room I stayed in had a separate toilet and bath, which made it very comfortable. The bed was spacious and clean.The large public bath was also spacious and relaxing.The reason I gave 4 stars for the Facility is that, as is common at many Hotels these days, it was inconvenient that you can’t move between floors by stairs.I understand this may be difficult to allow due to security and safety concerns (and I apologize if this is due to laws or administrative guidance).Having to wait for the elevator just to go one floor—and having to ride with crowds—was a subtle source of stress, so I felt it would be even better if guests could choose to use the stairs when traveling alone.

We stayed here as a family of three with our child during our trip to Kyushu. It was cleaner than other hotels, and the Room was spacious and well equipped. The Onsen is not very large, but it may have felt crowded because we visited during the busy Obon period. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again when we visit Kyushu.
