This was my first stay, and it was excellent. The cleaning was thorough and everything felt very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. All the staff were great, and a foreign female staff member who seemed to be a new employee was also kind and courteous—I felt the training is well done.By registering on LINE, I received a welcome drink.Dinner was at PRONTO on the first floor of the Hotel. At night, it’s called “Kissakaba,” so you can enjoy an izakaya-style atmosphere without leaving the Hotel, and the menu selection was extensive. Breakfast was buffet-style with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Since I went during the latest time slot, there were fewer guests, and I could enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere.Overall, I’m very satisfied. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay, and I stayed for two nights. The room was very well cleaned, and the bathroom area in particular was spotless, so I felt comfortable using it.I wasn’t bothered by noise from other rooms or outside, and I was able to relax.I also liked the system of picking up only the amenities you need from in front of the front desk.I was happy to receive a one-drink service voucher in exchange for skipping housekeeping on the second day.Checkout was simple—just drop the key card into the box—so it was smooth without having to put my luggage down.It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.
