Awaji Prince Hotel

The exterior looked like an older Hotel, but the Room had been renovated and the unit bath was clean, which was great. The staff were also very kind. It’s close to Sumoto Bus Center, and there is a supermarket and a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, which was convenient. Overall I was satisfied, but if I had to mention one thing, the Room only had a single blackout curtain, so when I opened it in the morning the sunlight came straight in—I wish there had been a sheer curtain as well. Still, I would like to stay here again.

About three months in advance, I made a Reservation for five Rooms for a business trip. Because I was booking through Yahoo Travel, I ended up making and canceling Reservations multiple times, which must have been a hassle—yet you handled everything so kindly that I was really looking forward to staying.The entire staff provided truly excellent service, just as they did on the phone.Although the exterior shows its age, the inside has been renovated and was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again for future business trips.The fish at breakfast was delicious. From the photos I thought the portion might be a bit small, but it was very filling.The only disappointment was that although free Wi-Fi was available, none of the five of us could connect at all. If the Wi-Fi had worked so we could watch YouTube on the TV, it would have been perfect.I had seen Reviews mentioning noise from neighboring Rooms, but we didn’t notice anything like that—it felt no different from other business hotels.The bathroom was clean, and on the second day they also provided fresh towels and bottled water. There are very few business hotels in Awaji, and many of those are quite old and don’t feel very clean, so this became a valuable option.Thank you very much to all of your staff!
