LESTEL MARU Sapporo Maruyama

It seems the apartment building has been renovated, and it was very clean. The Room was spacious, which was great. I was a bit worried because the front desk is unmanned, but whenever I called with questions, they responded very quickly and it made me feel at ease. There is a supermarket directly connected to the station, and there are also 24-hour supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was a shame there were no pajamas, but that’s about it. During our Multiple Night Stay, changing Rooms went smoothly and really helped. They even turned on the air conditioner and lights for us beforehand, which was very kind.

Our flight was canceled, and we urgently needed an Accommodation for our family of four. We were able to stay because one Room was available.The Room was very clean and the Facility was excellent; the shower and washroom were also spotless. Our children were happy with the bunk-bed Room, but we decided not to use the top bunk because the guardrail felt a bit low and we were concerned about sleeping movement.In the morning, we took a walk around Maruyama and had breakfast at a stylish bakery nearby. Since it is self check-in, we hardly met anyone, though we did pass solo travelers and families.It is close to the station, there is a convenience store nearby, and access for sightseeing in Sapporo is great—we were very satisfied.
