Grand Base Nagasaki Ekimae

Thanks to the Reviews we read in advance, we were able to complete the self check-in process smoothly. It’s important to carefully review the guidance email sent beforehand. The Room, bathroom, appliances, and amenities were all well equipped, and although there were four adults staying, we were able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay. Just one thing: if the filters for the clothes dryer and hair dryer were cleaned a bit more thoroughly, it would have felt even more pleasant to use. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

It was a quiet and pleasant place near Nagasaki Station. The room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. However, I had trouble getting into the Hotel for quite a while. Also, the Wi-Fi password was not posted anywhere. It was an unmanned entrance, and I was able to check in at the terminal, but there was no check-out option, so I just left the room as is. I would appreciate it if you could provide instructions on how to enter the Hotel and the Wi-Fi password in the email sent at the time of Reservation. You responded quickly via SMS. If I visit Nagasaki again, I would like to stay here again.
