Hotel Excellence Kyoto Station Hachijo Entrance

I booked this Accommodation at short notice when I suddenly needed to stay in Kyoto, and it was clean and met my expectations.I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I was able to stay at a great price on a weekday during the rainy season. It was very convenient—within walking distance of Kyoto Station! Since it’s at the far end of the Hachijo Exit area, it’s a bit farther from the overnight buses and city buses (Karasuma Exit), though.In a good way, it’s simple and compact—more than comfortable enough if you just need a place to sleep. The Room was small but clean, and the value for money was excellent.I didn’t use it since I stayed only one night, but with an AEON next door, it seems great for longer stays too.The only reason I deducted one star is that I got what seemed like an insect bite (maybe mites) on my neck and it itched for about a week... The bed itself was clean, so it may not be related to the Hotel.I’d like to stay again!
