Osaka North Port Marina HULL

This is our second consecutive year staying here for a family trip with our dog.Both the Room and the large public bath are clean, and the Hotel staff are friendly—it's a Hotel we love where everyone can relax comfortably.We would definitely like to stay again next year!

There weren’t many Reviews, and when I searched online I found quite a few negative ones, so I stayed here prepared for the worst (lol). I emailed in advance with some questions, but even though I sent two emails, I never got a reply, which made me uneasy. Even so, once you accept a few things as they are, it was honestly fine. Since it’s an overnight stay in a camper van, I knew it would be small and inconvenient—that part was expected. However, the bedroom is integrated with the living area/driver’s seat space, so I woke up at dawn (lol). I wish there were better curtains. They said all the drinks in the fridge were free to drink, which was really helpful (tea, soft drinks, etc.). I was looking forward to the pool, and it was great that we could jump right in as soon as we arrived. Even if you don’t plan to swim at first, you’ll probably want to once you see it. It’s a private pool so you don’t have to worry about being seen; plus the camper vans are located on the second floor of the parking area (rooftop), so hardly anyone passes by. You can swim with an ocean view and also get an amazing sunset view from the pool. For bathing, we were able to use the large public bath; it wasn’t crowded and that was nice too. Many negative Reviews mentioned that no one is at reception or that it’s hard to get through by phone. But if you plan around likely staffed times—such as for a few hours after check-in or around dinner time—and ask everything at once, it’s not really an issue. It’s better to ask whatever you need proactively; for example, I confirmed whether we could drink what was in the fridge (since normally those are paid items). It’s not a Resort Hotel—if you think of it as glamping-style Accommodation and expect some inconvenience, it makes sense. Being able to use the pool regardless of time and having BBQ next to your camper van is great. Also: there was a TV—and a microwave and kettle too. Overall I ended up satisfied; I think having a mindset of enjoying your stay is important.
