Washington R&B Hotel Shin-Osaka Kitaguchi

I stayed here on a business trip. The service was excellent, and the Facility was clean, so I was very satisfied.

Arriving at Shin-Osaka Station by Shinkansen and taking the shortest route required crossing via a pedestrian bridge, which was a bit difficult while carrying a suitcase. The staff were polite and kind, which left a very good impression. Since the Room had a clear view of the road, I wanted to let in natural light, but when I opened the curtains I became slightly worried about being visible from the street side as well. There were no issues with the Facility, and it felt like the cleaning was done thoroughly. Thank you very much.
