Hotel Ishibashi

I visited Uwajima Castle for sightseeing.I was looking for an affordable Hotel close to the castle, so I chose this one.It felt quite old, but it was kept very clean. There were a few minor disappointments, such as the bidet only producing warm water for about three seconds and the vending machine that was said to be on the 4th floor being out of service, but overall I was satisfied.The large public bath in particular was great and felt like I had it all to myself.Breakfast was a Japanese set meal, and personally I wouldn’t have minded a bit more food… especially since it was tasty.There’s also a port-side roadside station (?) a short walk away that was quite fun, so if you have time, it might be worth stopping by.
