Hotel KOYO

It was very affordable, the room was very clean, and there was parking, so it was great overall. However, as mentioned in other Reviews, the shower temperature was unstable. Just when I thought it had stabilized, it suddenly went from warm water to cold water to scalding hot water, which surprised me. Aside from that, I was very satisfied! If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

I stayed here over the weekend. Two of us stayed in a Japanese-style room. It’s quite a large Hotel, and the parking lot was spacious and conveniently located right in front of the Hotel.The rooftop sign showed a company name, so I was a bit confused at first, but…Because it was so reasonably priced, I expected there might be no toilet or bath. However, there was a small raised entry area (about one tatami mat), and the toilet, sink, and bath were all separate. The bathtub was also fairly large, with plenty of hot water— it filled up in about 5–6 minutes so we could get in right away. The room is 6 tatami mats but also has an alcove area and lots of storage, so it felt quite spacious.It’s about a 5–6 minute walk to the station, along a wide road with sidewalks that’s easy to follow. The entrance and first-floor front desk area were also very open and spacious, and the staff service felt refined and high-level.In Tokyo, you can’t even stay in a capsule hotel for this price. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.
