Kamenoi Hotel Kochi

I stayed here while sightseeing along the Niyodo River.First of all, the Room with a great view along the Niyodo River was wonderful. The dining area was spacious, and the meals were outstanding—especially the straw-grilled bonito, so delicious I could have eaten endlessly. The sukiyaki, shrimp, ayu sweetfish, and other dishes also had a refined Japanese touch that brought out the best of fresh ingredients, and I was extremely satisfied.The Onsen had excellent water as well. In the open-air bath—believe it or not—a rhinoceros beetle and insects you don’t usually see in the Kansai area flew in along the way, which made it really fun.The Okyaku Lounge was also well stocked with drinks, snacks, and even ice cream, so I could relax and take my time.For breakfast, I enjoyed a bowl where you can choose from Kochi-style ingredients and arrange your own toppings—it was delicious.If I have another chance to visit Kochi again, I would definitely like to stay here. It became a truly wonderful trip.Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days to experience the Niyodo Blue.First, the Room was more spacious than we expected, and although the bathroom in the Room was a unit bath, it was designed to be quite roomy, which made us very happy.We could also see the Niyodo River from the Room, and the location was convenient with easy access to various places we wanted to visit.This time we booked breakfast only, so if we stay again next time, we would like to try dinner as well.Thank you very much for everything.The staff’s hospitality was also excellent.
