Funabashi Grand Sauna & Capsule Hotel

Good points The Plan with draft beer included surprised me—the mug was about the size of a large stein. There was also a great variety of food, the Facility was well equipped, and it was convenient being close to the station. Points I’d like to see improved - Since there is a smoking room near the capsule room entrance, the area around the capsule room entrance door smells of cigarette smoke. (It doesn’t smell once you’re inside the capsule.) - The flooring felt generally dirty, and I thought it might be time for a renovation.

The building is quite old, but its retro charm is appealing. The capsule Hotel provides most of the essentials you would expect, and the amenities were well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the bath area, with a spacious tub and multiple jet baths that helped relieve my fatigue. On the other hand, the Room had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit bothersome. Additionally, not having a USB jack in the Room was slightly inconvenient. Other than that, I was generally satisfied and would consider staying again if I have business nearby.
