Hotel Listel Hamanako

Our family of seven stayed here, and our grandchildren had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, fishing, and fireworks. My father uses a wheelchair, and the barrier-free facilities were excellent. He could go to the large public bath in his wheelchair, our Room was right in front of the elevator, and at the restaurant the staff member in charge was very kind. We truly appreciated the thoughtful care in every aspect. The food was also delicious.One disappointing point: we found a single hair left on the pillow on one of the two beds in one of our Rooms. We hope that after cleaning, checks will be done more thoroughly so that not even a single hair is left behind.We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Facility had a charming retro Showa-era vibe and a great atmosphere.The baths included an open-air bath and a sauna.There was no cold plunge pool, but I still felt refreshed.The Room was shared by four people, with two beds (Simmons)and two sets of futons, so it was spacious and comfortable.Meals were buffet-style with all-you-can-drink options,with beer including The Premium Malt’s and Shizuoka Mugishu.There was only one type of sake (a bit disappointing).They also had lemon sours, whisky, and shochu.There were plump, thick eel dishes, Hamamatsu gyoza, and a self-serve hot pot,and overall I was very satisfied with the selection.In the morning, we ate while looking out over the lakeside view.There were guests from various backgrounds, but the 분위phere felt calm,so we could relax peacefully.I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.
