The building itself is not new, but the Room was clean, and even as a single I had enough space to spread out my luggage, so it was very comfortable. As for amenities, there are in-room items such as shampoo, and I also liked that I could choose my preferred shampoo and conditioner from about 10 types at the front desk to take with me. Loungewear and razors are available at the front desk if needed. Above all, the location was excellent. It is close to the station and shopping street, but because it is on a different street, it was very quiet at night. There are also two convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were quick and courteous. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Pros: It rained that day, but the location made it easy to get to nearby live music venues, and they even lent me a plastic umbrella, which was a huge help. Over those two days, it was incredibly comfortable to go out for merch and come back, take a break, change clothes, borrow an umbrella, and head out again.The amenities were well stocked overall, and I especially liked the shampoo bar where you can try different shampoos and conditioners. I really liked the one I used and am thinking about buying it.Cons: The Room is quite old and the wallpaper is slightly discolored (it wasn’t dirty, so it didn’t bother me personally). The unit bath is very small; at 170 cm with an average build I was fine, but it might be tough for larger guests.I had a south-facing Room, but there’s another building right next door so the Room stays dark even in the morning. Depending on the Room’s location, a very bright LED light on the neighboring building’s staircase turns on at night, making it fairly bright even with the curtains closed.Soundproofing isn’t great, but perhaps because most guests were quiet, I slept well at night.
