    It was very fulfilling.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all very satisfying.

    I was able to spend my time without worrying about my disability.

    We stayed in the Universal Twin for 2 guests with a unit bath (twin). My husband has a disability. We travel together often, and we are usually worried about narrow entrance doors and hallways, and bathrooms without grab bars. This time, however, we were very satisfied with the Room design. The entrance was wide, and although we used a walker this time, we appreciated that even a wheelchair could enter and exit comfortably. We could truly feel that safety and ease of use were considered in every detail of the bathroom. If possible, please let us know about universal-access Rooms that are directly connected to or close to the station. Thank you for helping us have a safe and enjoyable trip.

    Opening in August 2026

    We stayed under the Grand Opening Commemorative Plan in a Superior Twin for JPY 8,765 per person (two guests). Being new (clean and spotless) really made our stay stress-free. We went to Matsue Castle for dinner, so it was a bit of a walk, but we’d like to stay here again whenever we visit Matsue for the time being. Although it’s right by the station, the location is quiet. The parking was properly secured as well (multi-story parking), which was great. One highlight for us was the in-room bath: while it’s in the same space as the toilet, it has a washing area and a spacious tub. We brought our favorite bath salts and enjoyed a very relaxing soak. The women’s large public bath was also spacious and included a sauna, which we were very satisfied with (though there’s no view). Amenities were minimal, as is common these days, but the loungewear was two-piece—likely cotton on top and synthetic fabric on the bottom. Water is provided via a water dispenser that you go to fill yourself (a bit inconvenient for us), just for reference.

    A new and nice Hotel. Parking is available.

    It was a new and nice Hotel. There is a multi-story parking garage behind the Hotel for 800 yen per day. It was convenient because there is a Starbucks and DOUTOR near the station. I hope the Hotel can offer recommended dinner options. Thank you.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s a new Hotel, and I really enjoyed using the bath. When I asked at the front desk, they provided fresh towels, so I was able to take another bath at night as well. To enter the women’s bath area, you need to enter a PIN on a touch panel, which might be confusing for older guests. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, which was great!

    We stayed for one night as a family.

    My family and I stayed here on the last day of our Izumo–Matsue trip. It had just opened and was truly spotless. What was disappointing 1) To get to the station’s airport limousine bus stop, you either have to go through the road right in front of the Hotel once, or take a detour toward the station (there is an elevator). 2) The self-service convenience store inside the Hotel is very small. 3) You can only enter the Hotel parking lot by turning left. What was good 1) The Room we stayed in had a separate bath and toilet. 2) The Room has a Balmuda microwave and a separate freezer. 3) The bed was comfortable, and the towels were fluffy. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Matsue next time.

    I’m satisfied with this place.

    I stayed here on a trip to Matsue, and I was satisfied. I often choose a Business Hotel rather than a luxury Ryokan or Hotel, and for this price, the quality was excellent—better than some mediocre Ryokan or Hotels. What I liked - A drum-type washing machine and a dryer - The fridge needs to be switched on, but it cools properly (some places don’t) - Sauna available (you can cool down outside; it’s not fully open-air, though), plus chairs. The cold bath is also at an enjoyable temperature (around 15°C—maybe I’m just not great with cold) - The large public bath is around 40°C and easy to relax in - Exactly as shown in the photos: two raised areas plus the main Room with two beds. The beds are semi-double and extremely comfortable - A free-to-use water dispenser (not in the Room; located on a specific floor), so you can drink water anytime - The table is small but practical - They stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out Things that could be better - Honestly, none It depends on what you want from a Ryokan or Hotel, but for me: a spacious bed, enough space, cleanliness—and ideally a sauna. This place had all of that. I was very satisfied.
