  Corner Room??!!

  What I liked was that the Hotel was new and very clean. However, even though I specified a “corner room” (Corner Double Room (Twin)), I couldn’t understand why we were assigned the first Room right after getting off the elevator. The layout was: elevator on the left, another guest Room on the right. In general, people Reserve a corner room to avoid noise as much as possible, or at least to have one side of the Room facing outside rather than another Room. At check-in, I asked the front desk about this. The female staff member who assisted me kindly tried to confirm it, but when she consulted the male staff member next to her, he just looked troubled and said, “We can’t change it.” ...This wasn’t about whether you could Change the Reservation; it felt like we weren’t given the Room type we had reserved in the first place. However, since we were only staying for one night, I didn’t press it further at the time.

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that the Corner Double Room you reserved did not meet your expectations and caused you discomfort. We also regret that our front desk staff was unable to provide an explanation that satisfied you. Please note that our Hotel’s “Corner Double Room” is a room category name and does not indicate a room located on the corner of the building. For this reason, we may assign a Room near the elevator; however, we take seriously that this differed from what you expected at the time of Reservation. Going forward, we will review how we present this information to ensure it is clearer and avoids misunderstanding. Thank you again for sharing your valuable feedback.
