  First Stay

  This was my first stay. Pros All of the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good for a business hotel. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was good enough that I’d want to add it every time. Cons There was red mold around the bath drain, and heavy limescale buildup around the faucet area. Dust had accumulated on the air purifier. I couldn’t switch the air conditioner from cooling to heating. The air felt stale, as if ventilation wasn’t very good. The pajamas smelled. That’s about it. The breakfast and staff were great, so it was a bit disappointing overall.

We will continue striving to ensure you feel the value and satisfaction that comes with a complimentary breakfast. We apologize for the concern caused regarding the bathroom facilities you mentioned. We have since carried out special cleaning in all rooms, and the issue has been resolved. Regarding switching the air-conditioning settings, our system is centrally controlled throughout the building, so individual room control is not available, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. While there are limitations due to the system specifications, if you feel cold, we can offer a blanket or assist with adjusting the air conditioning as much as possible—please feel free to contact us.
