  First-time use

  Perhaps because it’s new, the Room was clean. The layout is simple, so it didn’t feel cramped. The loungewear was comfortable to wear as well. However, when the air conditioner is on, it blows directly onto your face and body no matter how you adjust it while sleeping, which was uncomfortable. That was the only drawback of the Room. Breakfast is served in small bowls and looks stylish, but it wasn’t very tasty, so I slightly regretted adding breakfast every day. The rice, miso soup, and eggs were good. Many of the staff are young and sometimes seem to be chatting at the front desk, but they were cheerful and left a good impression. It’s close to Toranomon Hills and Shimbashi Station as well, so I think the location is excellent.

  11th Floor Deluxe Queen

  A small Hotel renovated from an apartment building.\nAs it’s still new, there were no issues with the facilities.\nHowever, the hallway was shockingly cluttered with linens and towels in the evening after check-in and again the next morning before check-out. It felt very sloppy and was disappointing. The Hotel should be aware of this and manage it properly.

While we truly appreciate your kind words about our Facilities, we sincerely apologize for the inadequate management of linens and towels in the hallway, which caused you discomfort. Although this should have been a space where guests can relax comfortably, we acknowledge that our cleaning and management procedures were insufficient and gave an untidy impression. We take your comments seriously, will share them with our staff, and will reinforce regular checks within the Hotel as well as stricter linen management. In addition, our Hotel is a newly built property rather than a renovated one, and we will ensure that our information is communicated clearly to avoid any misunderstanding.
