  This is a wonderful Hotel.

  1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

  We had a comfortable stay.

  The Room was clean, and the large public bath was easy to use, allowing me to relax and enjoy a restful stay.

  We had a relaxing stay.

  It’s a clean Hotel. The Onsen felt more like a bath additive, but it was still a nice bath that warmed me up. The Room had a microwave and a (small) washing machine, which is great for long stays. There was also a free drink bar and free massage chairs—everything you could ask for. The massage chair was a bit small for me at 180 cm and didn’t reach my neck, but since it’s free, I’m satisfied. I’d like to stay here again.

  The best value-for-money Hotel in Ishikari

  I discovered it on IKYU and decided to stay. Despite being at a Business Hotel price, the artificial Onsen of Noboribetsu, the latest massage chairs, post-bath ice cream, and other amenities were excellent. The Room also had a washing machine and microwave, which was very convenient. It made me want to stay longer. I initially booked with No Meals Included but added breakfast as it seemed well-prepared—and I was very satisfied! The use of high-quality ingredients like freshly harvested rice provided great energy for the day. At 1,500 yen, it’s unbeatable value. The overall atmosphere of the Hotel had warm Nordic-inspired colors that suited my taste perfectly. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the sauna was only available for men. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere beforehand; I saw photos and was looking forward to it. In the future, I hope they consider alternating usage between men and women so everyone can enjoy it equally. The staff were kind and helpful overall—it’s a highly satisfying Hotel experience!

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding sauna usage.
