    The Facility had a very clean exterior and interior, but...

    The building looks great, the Facility is well maintained, and being close to the Ariake Sea, the view from the Room was wonderful. This time it was a one-night stay, but I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay next time. However, there were some issues: (1) breakfast didn’t taste good, and I wondered if the rice quality was poor; (2) heated tobacco products are allowed in Rooms, but there are no Rooms where cigarettes can be smoked; and (3) the staff response felt inadequate, with important information not being communicated unless asked (for example, bath hours and location, breakfast location, and whether amenities are provided). I hope these points will be improved next time, as I would like to stay again.

    The best among Route Inn hotels.

    If you request a high-floor, ocean-side room, you can enjoy a wonderful view. Since availability is limited, it may be worth asking in advance. Route Inn breakfasts are generally similar across locations, but this one had a better selection and quality than other Route Inns. By taxi, it’s closer from Nishitetsu Omuta Station.

    A new Hotel that opened in December 2025.

    Since it is a new Hotel, everything was new and clean. The Room was more spacious and convenient compared to other Route Inn Hotels I have stayed at. Across the road, there is an AEON Mall with restaurants open until 9:30 PM where you can dine. The parking lot was large enough to accommodate even big vehicles (free of charge). The public bath and changing area were also spacious and clean. There was a restaurant on the premises, but I did not use it, so I am unsure about its operating hours. It seemed to be a place where you could enjoy dishes like grilled meat. Teikyo University Omuta Campus is located right in front of the Hotel; however, there were no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. If you plan to use a car, there seems to be a convenience store about 2-3 minutes away by drive.

    Newly Opened Hotel Accommodation

    When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed it had just opened on December 26, 2025. Everything was brand new and impressive. The parking lot was exceptionally spacious, and parking was free of charge. The large public bath and sauna were well-equipped and very satisfying. The breakfast venue was also very spacious, with two identical stations for each type of food to avoid congestion. Despite being newly opened, the front desk service was professional and efficient. One minor drawback is that there are few convenience stores or restaurants in the surrounding area, so it's convenient to shop in advance. Check-out was smooth as well, and I look forward to staying here again next time!
