    Wonderful Hotel

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and since my previous visit was so enjoyable, I chose this Hotel again without hesitation. The Facilities were excellent, and the meals were delicious. I would love to stay here again.

    A beautiful Hotel

    In any case, it was a very clean Hotel, with a large public bath, and the breakfast was truly delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    I think it is a good Hotel.

    The cleanliness of the Room, the bath, and the breakfast quality were excellent, leading to high satisfaction. The hospitality of the staff was particularly outstanding. The foreign staff at check-in worked diligently, and the female staff during breakfast was very kind. When I made an unreasonable request to the bald-headed staff member during check-in/out, they responded with a perfect smile and willingly accommodated my request. It made me want to learn from their exceptional service as someone in a similar industry.

    Staying for the large public bath was disappointing.

    Conveniently located Business Hotel near the station. The bed and futon were very comfortable, excellent! Stayed for the large bath, but it was not a pure Onsen and felt closed off despite being an open-air bath. The shampoo bar was the only saving grace. Unfortunately, it was a day with strong cold winds, making the breakfast area very chilly every time the back door opened. Overall, it balanced out to an even experience.

    Highly recommended.

    Although my stay was short, I was able to enjoy the large public bath and fitness facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and within walking distance of a large shopping mall, allowing me to have a fulfilling time. The room was clean, with plenty of amenities provided. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Overall, excellent.

    Bath towels and towels are provided, but since they are used during bathing, having a hand towel would be helpful. The meals, especially the rice cooked in a traditional pot, are exceptionally delicious. A bit more of an Osaka touch would enhance the overall satisfaction.

    Business Trip Use

    A new and clean Hotel with a large public bath, sauna, the latest hairdryers, and a highly satisfying breakfast. Uncommon for Japanese Business Hotels, it even features a fitness area, making it ideal for long stays. The relaxation area on the 2nd floor is also comfortable, and you can borrow high-functionality pillows. The Wifi seemed slightly weak at times, possibly due to time of use. Overall, great value for money—this Hotel would be my go-to choice when visiting this area for business trips!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed here for a mini-escape trip as I was feeling overwhelmed with family. The bath and dining areas were not crowded, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time. The meals offered a wide variety of options even in the morning, which made me very happy. Thank you for helping me refresh both my mind and body! From the rooftop, you can enjoy beautiful views; the night scenery is stunning, but I also recommend catching the sunrise.

    Repeat visits are welcome.

    This is my second stay. The facility and equipment are new and very comfortable. My suggestions for improvement are: 1) I would like the sauna to be a bit hotter. 2) I hope the variety of breakfast items can be increased slightly. Even as it is now, I am very satisfied and would consider staying again.

    For relaxation purposes

    Stayed at a hotel with a large public bath to enjoy some relaxing time alone. The accommodation is still new, so it felt very clean and comfortable. Despite being in front of the road, it was quiet, and the breakfast was delicious without being too crowded, allowing for a leisurely experience. There were various types of rental pillows available, but I regret forgetting to borrow one. Thank you very much!

    Close to the station

    Conveniently located near the station with excellent access. The bath is a semi-natural Onsen, providing ultimate relaxation. Equipped with a microwave, ice machine, and mineral water—simply perfect. Being able to choose a pillow was also a nice touch. I would love to stay here again!

    The facility is new and clean.

    This was my first visit. The location is convenient, close to the station, with a large public bath and nearby dining options. A short walk also takes you to a large outlet mall. The facility is new and clean. The room has curtains that can be drawn to create a fitting room (not visible from the bedroom), which was very convenient. The bath includes an artificial Onsen, sauna, cold bath, and medium-temperature water for relaxation. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The women's bath features high-performance hairdryers and showers. For breakfast, I had freshly harvested rice of the season. There was a wide variety of side dishes, which made for a very satisfying meal. I spent two days and one night here relaxing and recharging my energy.

    The facility was clean and well-maintained.

    I chose this accommodation because it has a large public bath with a sauna. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The building and facility were clean and well-maintained. However, the sauna in the public bath seemed to have a low temperature setting, so I didn't feel much effect. It was nice that there were various shampoos available in the public bath. The meals were delicious, but I wished for more variety in the dishes. Unfortunately, the reception service was very disappointing. They seemed to struggle with Japanese, repeatedly making mistakes on the receipt name and failing to answer questions accurately. I strongly hope this issue will be improved.

    It was comfortable!

    Thank you for your hospitality during our stay. The Onsen was very relaxing, and the meals were delicious, making our experience highly satisfying. Since the Hotel is relatively new, all the Facilities were clean, and having options like pillow selection and multiple microwaves was very convenient. Although I initially noticed some car noise while trying to sleep, I eventually fell asleep without realizing it. It would have been better if the Room's sink and toilet area were a bit more spacious. Additionally, while it's understandable that there are no convenience stores nearby, it felt slightly inconvenient; however, with Costco and Lalaport within walking distance, it worked out fine. The staff members were also very kind. I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!

    Due to work, I used two rooms. Although it was a business hotel, it was very clean with thoughtful attention to detail, making it comfortable for women to stay. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious.

    It was more disappointing than expected.

    Staff Service → The level of service varied greatly depending on the staff, and there were significant differences in the explanations provided during check-in. I ended up learning more from overhearing another staff member assisting a guest nearby. When I went to store my luggage before check-in, as instructed, I struggled with locking the locker or chain-type storage using a passcode despite following the written instructions. When I informed the staff about my difficulty, they seemed annoyed and passed off responsibility among themselves, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. Additionally, during my two-night stay, I requested extra towels at check-in but did not receive them when new towels were provided for the second night. While it might have been possible to resolve this by speaking to reception again, my initial experience with their attitude had already discouraged me from doing so. Hotel (Room) → Although there was a refrigerator in the room, it barely felt cold enough to be functional. The slippers provided for indoor use felt sticky and unpleasant. When I asked if disposable slippers were available instead, the response was curt and dismissive: "We don't have any." A kinder explanation or even asking why they were needed would have been appreciated. Bathroom (In-room) → The bathroom was small; its shower curtain felt slimy and uncleaned soap scum was visible. Onsen → There were only six washing stations in total at the onsen area which led to overcrowding that caused discomfort due to waiting times long enough for guests to feel chilled after bathing . Similarly limited availability applied towards hairdryers where just four units meant extended waits drying hair post-bath too making overall experience less enjoyable than expected given purpose visiting such facilities primarily revolves around relaxation rejuvenation benefits associated traditionally associated w/onsens themselves however redeeming aspects included premium amenities like Refa-brand styling tools complimentary variety shampoo conditioner baby-safe body wash lending options enhancing convenience families traveling children alike Conclusion→ For those who are particular about cleanliness or worry easily over details bringing personal essentials directly home recommended approach ensuring peace mind throughout duration stay alternatively adopting minimalist mindset prioritizing basics such bed bath suffices better suited expectations managing realistic satisfaction outcomes

    I would love to visit again.

    The front desk staff's service was wonderful and inspiring. The Hotel had a pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered, and it was bright, clean, and impressive. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
