    Good stay

    This was my first time staying in Ajikawaguchi, and I was very satisfied with the Hotel. The location is great, and the Room and amenities were especially wonderful. Everything was provided, including a yukata, laundry detergent, and even a body towel, and I could really feel the attention to quality in the materials. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    This Hotel is a great choice for enjoying Universal Studios Japan!

    We stayed as a family of five with the No Meals Included option. It feels less like a Hotel and more like renting an entire apartment unit. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and basic cooking utensils. The space was clean and comfortable. You can hang laundry on the balcony, and the bathroom drying function also worked well—everything was dry by the next morning. We brought simple noodle ingredients to save money. Since our family didn’t all use the Onsen, we did not include it in our Reservation Plan and paid separately per person only when needed. Check-in was done using a code and check-out by email; there is no traditional front desk, but we didn’t mind because it helped keep costs low.

    A 3-Day, 2-Night Trip Centered on USJ

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. We were a bit confused at the entrance at first, but check-in was smooth. The Room was clean and well equipped with appliances and tableware. Since it was a 2-night stay, we also did laundry (detergent was provided). It also had great access to Universal Studios Japan, and we were very satisfied.

    Everything was very comfortable, including the Room, meals, large public bath, and the warm smiles of the housekeeping staff!

    Ideal for families

    I was looking for an Accommodation near USJ where a family of four could relax comfortably. It was more like a room in an apartment building than a Hotel, but that actually meant we had plenty of space to unwind. Having four beds was also a plus. It was clean and had full security, so we felt safe staying there. I would stay again if I have the chance.

    We’ll definitely be back!

    I stayed for 4 nights with breakfast included. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and they accommodated us very flexibly in many ways! I was able to relax in the large public bath and soothe my travel fatigue. Even though it has great access to Universal Studios Japan and central Osaka, it wasn’t crowded, and coming back to the Hotel felt truly relaxing—so for me, the location was perfect. Since there aren’t many places to shop nearby, I recommend buying what you need before arriving at Ajikawaguchi Station. There are plenty of FamilyMart convenience stores about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel. It’s a newly opened apartment-style property, and I hope this level of hospitality will be maintained for years to come!

    Good!

    All procedures require using QR codes. There are basically no staff, so I saw several people looking confused. We learned by watching others; once you get the hang of it, it’s not difficult. However, the main entrance process is very confusing because there are two panels. It would be helpful to add some additional instructions. Other than that, the Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was nighttime construction on our first night and it was extremely noisy. Breakfast is served as a plated meal, but the portions are generous and it tastes great. The coffee was also good. The bath area was clean and spacious, and having a sauna was great too. However, you have to go outside once and then take the elevator up to the 14th floor; we were tired on the first day and ended up using the bath in our Room instead. Overall, we were very satisfied!

    The only downside was that the elevators were extremely crowded at checkout.

    The Hotel is new, the Room is spacious and comfortable, and the Onsen was satisfying as well. However, at checkout I had to wait for the elevator and couldn’t get on for over 30 minutes. After that, there was also a wait for the tower parking, and all the good memories quickly turned negative. There are two elevators, but even when they are full they still stop and open their doors each time instead of passing by, which makes everything take even longer. I left my family behind so I could check out first and tried to take the stairs down from the 7th floor, but a chain blocked the stairwell below the 2nd floor so I couldn’t go any further. The elevator line on the 2nd floor was long as well, so in the end I went back up to the 7th floor and waited for an elevator again. I felt that people waiting on lower floors would never be able to get on if others rode up first just to come back down ahead of them—there was no sense of courtesy at all. Eventually, some guests even removed the chain themselves and started using the stairs. In any case, please consider opening access to the stairs and finding a way to reduce elevator congestion for guests checking out at the same time. I’d like to stay here again when visiting USJ, so I would appreciate your consideration!

    I’m glad I chose to stay here.

    We chose this place on a friend’s recommendation, and it was more spacious than a Hotel, so our family could relax comfortably as if we were at home without any worries. We could also do laundry in the Room, which made things easier after we got back home. The Onsen was also great and helped soothe our tired bodies. If I had to mention one thing, I would have appreciated having clothespin hangers for drying laundry. If we go to Osaka again, we would like to stay here again.

    Universal

    Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed with my daughter. It was very convenient, as Universal Studios is just one stop away. It felt like we had moved into a new apartment, and we really enjoyed Osaka. The Room was very clean. We also used the annex’s panoramic bath every day during our stay. The Hotel staff were very kind, so we felt comfortable and at ease. Breakfast was delicious, both Western and Japanese options. We would like to stay again.

    Thank you for hosting us for three days. At first, we were slightly confused as access to the building, parking, check-in/check-out, and entering the room all required a passcode or QR code. However, once we got used to it, the auto-lock system provided a sense of security. Doing laundry at night was very convenient as it dried by morning with the bathroom heater. The availability of around 20 hangers was also helpful. It would be even better if detergent was provided for the entire stay (there were only two days' worth). The kitchen utensils were well-equipped except for a rice cooker (we brought our own seasonings), which made cooking easy and convenient. Although I mentioned some points of improvement, overall it felt like staying at home and was very relaxing. Thank you so much!
