    This was my second stay. This time I stayed in a twin room, and it was very comfortable. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Facility use only

    I only stayed overnight and didn’t have any meals, but the Facility was very clean. Whenever I messaged via LINE, I got an immediate reply, and the explanations were provided by video, so there was no need to talk back and forth, which allowed me to secure plenty of personal time. I’d like to use it again.

    I was able to relax and get a good rest.

    Although I checked in early just after 3:00 PM, there were no other guests, and the process was handled smoothly. The Hotel itself is still new, and I had a very comfortable stay. (I was able to book at a great rate via IKYU.com.) I would like to stay again.

    Excellent value for money

    A new building and great value for the price—excellent cost performance. Dotonbori and Tsutenkaku are also within walking distance. If it’s always this price, I’d like to make it my regular Accommodation in Osaka. The only downside might be that the Hotel is a little hard to find.

    It was a clean, no-frills Hotel. The Room bath is a unit bath, but it was spacious and deep, and the shower water pressure was good, so it didn’t bother me much. The drink service was also nice. However, while I appreciate the simplicity, I would have liked clearer notice that there are no loungewear/pajamas provided. Also, some foreign guests were talking loudly in the hallway for a long time, so I think it would be helpful to have posted reminders about keeping noise down.

    The room was very clean and beautiful!

    The exterior, front desk, and rooms were all very clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. There were no beverages in the room, but I was happy to take Ceylon tea from the amenities provided and use the 24-hour coffee maker in the lobby. It was also reassuring to know that staff could be contacted via LINE 24/7 for any assistance. When I injured myself by bumping into the bed at night and didn’t have a bandage, I contacted them and received a prompt response. They even delivered a bandage to my room right away, which was very helpful. Even though it was my fault, the staff apologized sincerely, followed up with me afterward, showed concern for my well-being, and provided excellent service overall. I would love to stay here again! Please note that there are no skincare amenities available; guests should bring their own if needed.

    Quiet Ryokan

    Located in a quiet alley, the property is within walking distance to a supermarket, the station, and Kizu Market. The rooms are slightly small, and the tatami twin room may feel inconvenient due to the high table. The staff are very kind, making this an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.
