    It was a clean, convenient Hotel located very close to the station.

    Just down the escalator from the South Exit of Mito Station and before crossing the Sakura River—an excellent location with easy access. It was convenient to leave my luggage and pick it up later, and there’s also a lounge where you can relax freely until 24:00, which was great for taking it easy until my train Reservation time. The staff were kind as well. The free breakfast included a local dish called Nuppe-jiru, which was rich and delicious. The Room was spacious for one person and very comfortable. It was bright and clean. If I had to mention anything, a slightly longer shoehorn would have been easier to use, and the disposable slippers were thin, so I wish I had brought my own. Overall, I was very satisfied.

    Overall, the Facility was clean and well maintained. [What I liked] - Check-in was automated, but the staff greeted me and were very courteous. - I made a Reservation for a twin Room; it was spacious and clean. - It was great to be able to watch YouTube on the TV using my own account instead of paying extra for VOD. [What disappointed me] - There is no parking (you need to use nearby paid parking lots). - The elevator is slow. - There was a lot of dust under the table in the guest Room. - Breakfast is not really at a buffet level (the price is low, so it may be fair for what you pay). - It was hard to adjust the air conditioner’s airflow and direction. Cold air blew directly on me and felt too cold; when I turned it off, it became hot. I woke up many times and couldn’t sleep well. [Other notes] - The framed picture in the Room looked crooked, which bothered me. My satisfaction level wasn’t especially high or low. Considering the price and location (access from the station), I think this Hotel is convenient to use.

    It was a comfortable...

    It was a comfortable stay at this new Hotel. It is located right in front of the station, making it convenient for dinner and for a morning walk around Senba Lake. Breakfast was well prepared, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The only issue was that it did not appear on my car navigation system. Perhaps because the Hotel is new, or because my navigation system is outdated, it did not come up by name or phone number. The roads around Mito Station include some multi-level intersections and are a bit complicated, so it took some time to find it.

    Highly satisfying for a Business Hotel.

    Perhaps it’s a newly built property. Online searches show Reviews and map locations for an older Hotel with the same name, and it may not appear correctly on map apps. The actual building is immediately north of APA. If you come by car, there are very few parking spaces in the building, so you will likely need to use nearby parking lots. Although it is listed as 4 spaces, one is reserved for guests with disabilities, so there are effectively only 3. An EV charger is available, which is reassuring for EV users, but non-EV cars may also park there, so it’s not guaranteed—more like “lucky if it’s free.” The Facility is new and quite spacious compared with a typical city Business Hotel. The toilet and bathtub are also large home-style sizes, making it very comfortable. The Android TV can be a bit slow to respond, which may take some getting used to. Amenities are minimal. I was disappointed that there was no body wash towel; having to use a face towel or wash by hand feels overly cost-cutting. The best part of this stay was breakfast. It’s currently free for all guests (for now), which is appreciated. You might expect limited options and long waits due to limited seating—but that wasn’t the case at all. It’s buffet-style with plenty of choices, tastes great, and staff refill items frequently. There are also many seats; unless you’re in a large group, you should be able to find somewhere to sit. The staff were proactive and helpful, which made me feel at ease. This was my first stay here, but I’d like to return if I have the chance.

    Very clean

    The Room was very clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the male staff at the front desk. His response was purely businesslike without a smile, which surprised me. On the other hand, the female staff were very pleasant and accommodating, creating a stark contrast. A smile makes all the difference!

    Beautiful Hotel

    The new Hotel was very clean and located close to the coast. The morning smoothies and topping soup were delicious.

    Very affordable.

    I usually stay at a different hotel in Mito, but I decided to make my first reservation here after learning about its new opening this fall. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. Although the front desk staff seemed to be in training and check-in took a bit of time, they handled everything earnestly, and other staff members provided supportive follow-ups, leaving a good impression. The breakfast exceeded expectations for a complimentary service with its variety and quality. The room was compact but had all the necessary facilities. Additionally, the room I stayed in faced Sakuragawa River, allowing me to enjoy the view of cherry trees just starting to change color for autumn—a delightful experience. It seems like it would also be enjoyable during cherry blossom season. I look forward to seeing cleanliness maintained in the future.
