    A clean Room and a delicious breakfast

    A clean Room and a spacious large public bath. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable as well. I only regret that I arrived early, so I could have relaxed more.

    It was amazing! I’ll definitely come again.

    I traveled with friends. I love Dormy Inn, and this Hotel was especially comfortable with outstanding service throughout. We wanted to relax in the Hotel rather than eat out for dinner, so we bought bento boxes and ate in our Room. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of local specialties, and even just staying at the Hotel let us fully enjoy the charm of Tsuruga. We will definitely stay here again!

    I usually stay at a different chain Hotel. The Facilities are excellent. The loungewear is perfect. The Onsen is great. Breakfast beats the typical Hotel breakfast in taste, variety, and overall enjoyment. From next time on, I’ll choose where to stay by comparing it with this chain!

    As expected from Dormy Inn—consistently comfortable, a great Onsen, and delicious late-night soba and breakfast! Dormy Inn is the No. 1 Business Hotel.

    The large public bath was spacious and clean.

    The sauna room has a pleasant hinoki aroma. The bath area includes an open-air bath, silky bath, cold bath, and the main bath. The changing room is spacious and easy to use. While staff came around for checks, they only inspected the amenities and did not clean hair from the floor. It would be helpful if a mop were provided for self-cleaning since hair on the floor in the women's changing room is noticeable. The ice cream in the post-bath relaxation area was delicious. The Room is spacious enough. The location is convenient as it’s close to the station. There’s an arcade shopping street connected to the station, allowing you to move without getting wet on rainy days. A large shopping mall right in front of the Hotel offers convenient shopping until 8 PM. In the morning, free coffee is available; however, it’s made in a pot and my husband mentioned it wasn’t tasty—an unusual comment from someone who isn’t typically picky about Hotel coffee!

    The staff was friendly, and I had a comfortable stay.

    I arrived earlier than 3:00 PM, but the front desk was already crowded with people waiting in line. However, the staff efficiently guided guests for check-in, and my turn came shortly. The front desk staff were polite and pleasant, making the wait worthwhile for a smooth check-in experience. The room and bath were very clean, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. Since I had an early dinner at an izakaya, I was quite hungry later in the evening. Looking forward to the "Yonaki Soba," I asked the chef if it could be served in a larger portion. With a bright smile, they replied, "Of course!" so I happily accepted. A slightly larger ramen bowl filled with delicious Yonaki Soba was served—it was so tasty that I finished it quickly and felt completely satisfied! Breakfast was also plentiful; however, since this is Fukui Prefecture, having soba noodles on the menu would have been nice. This hotel has kind and attentive staff who made my stay worry-free and enjoyable. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!
