    A recently rebranded Hotel

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. I stay at Hotels and Ryokans about 70 nights a year for work and travel. One-night stay in Osaka for business. It used to operate under a different name, but I think it was recently rebranded. Location: Along Shin-Midosuji. It’s a bit of a walk from Umeda but still within walking distance. The area is lively with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Room: Spacious for the price. The only downside was the sink—just a small bowl, which was a bit disappointing. The floors and walls are exposed concrete; the concrete floor might be tough for kids, and heel noise echoes, so it may be uncomfortable if you’re sensitive to sound. Shared facilities: Hardly used them. Overall satisfaction: A Hotel that clearly tried to look stylish without spending too much money. The interior isn’t particularly refined, but it’s decent enough. It feels more geared toward inbound travelers than Japanese guests.

    Anniversary Plan

    We used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my partner's birthday. Before our stay, we had sent a gift in advance, and it was already beautifully set up in the Room upon our arrival. Additionally, we consulted about a surprise beforehand, and despite some timing challenges (I missed the confirmation email after check-in—my apologies for that), the staff assisted us very kindly and thoughtfully, which made us truly happy. We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you so much!

    A Hotel You'll Want to Visit Again

    We stayed in a Standard Twin Room as a couple. The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was just the right size for two people, and the bathroom was spacious, making our stay very comfortable! Additionally, we chose a plan that included free breakfast. The small pastries were delicious, and the unlimited drinks were fantastic! When we visit Osaka again, we will definitely stay here!

    Osaka Kansai Expo

    Stayed for 2 nights on weekdays with a friend. Although some reviews mentioned noise due to the location in a busy area, it was not an issue at all. The in-room slippers provided as amenities were soft and very comfortable. The toilet does not have a handwashing sink, so being separate from the washbasin was slightly inconvenient. For a Business Hotel, it was very stylish and comfortable.

    Feels like a boutique Hotel.

    The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The interior design was unique, featuring an exposed concrete style that was quite surprising. Breakfast included a variety of bread along with coffee, juice, or water. The bread was delicious but seemed more suited for a light meal. At check-in, I was surprised to be assisted by a staff member dressed in a yukata at the counter.

    Noise...

    Assigned to a street-facing Room on the 3rd floor. The street noise continued late into the night, waking me up repeatedly. While the noisy location is understandable, the windows are too thin, letting in almost the same volume of sound as being outside. The Hotel has a strong focus on interior and exterior design, but poor layout makes it highly uncomfortable and dark. The refrigerator is placed near the entrance door with a hairdryer inexplicably on top of it. Only two hangers are provided. The bed size does not match the Room's dimensions, leaving no space to pull out chairs or walk comfortably around it. The oversized amenity box takes up most of the desk space, making it unusable. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced, and at the lounge, whiskey on-the-rocks was served with block ice from an ice machine. Due to light sleep and mismatched arrangements throughout my stay, I found this experience quite unpleasant. In hindsight, while marketed as a "renovation designed by an architect," my disappointment began when I saw a large chain pharmacy sign lit up prominently on the first floor upon arrival.

    The calm design and spacious room layout allowed for true relaxation without worrying about the surroundings. I loved the stylish atmosphere. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. I was comforted by the pleasant atmosphere created by the young staff. I felt a bit shy about the elevator closing greetings, but it made me smile! I couldn’t find the hairdryer at first and was surprised to discover it on top of the safe. I look forward to staying here again!

    Modern and Quiet Hotel

    I stayed with my two college-aged sons. Despite the unfortunate rainy weather, the location was very convenient, just about a 2-minute walk from the nearest underground exit. Even with an umbrella, it took less than 10 minutes to walk to HEP. The Room was clean and well-maintained, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. The lighting was not too bright, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was complimentary and included about eight types of bread, smoothies, and a wide variety of teas, which we enjoyed both deliciously and pleasantly. Most memorable were the front desk staff who greeted us warmly with smiles—it left a lasting impression. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Unparalleled hospitality that exceeds expectations for a Business Hotel.

    Located within walking distance from Umeda, the Hotel offers a prime location at a surprisingly reasonable price. Despite initial low expectations, the Triple Room was spacious, with separate bath and toilet facilities for convenience. The provided two-piece pajamas were a thoughtful touch, and the high-quality amenities made the stay feel as comfortable as staying in a city hotel. It was an enjoyable experience overall. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Osaka and recommend it to friends. Since the Hotel's location can be hard to find, providing guidance such as which station exit number to use or nearby landmarks along the way would be helpful for those unfamiliar with the area.
