    Guest Review

    The Hotel was wonderful. The staff service was excellent. I couldn’t adjust the Room air conditioning properly. I would have liked a few more breakfast options. I would like to stay at this Hotel again next time.

    A very good Hotel

    I was very satisfied because they offered all the services you’d hope for. The amenities included skincare lotion, a large public bath, and even newspapers—and they weren’t the thin, generic kind you often find at a Hotel, but regular ones. The Room was clean and I could truly relax.\n\nBut the biggest surprise was breakfast! It is a Business Hotel, but it was my first time seeing freshly fried tempura made on the spot at a breakfast buffet, and it was delicious. The fried eggs and French toast were also freshly made, warm, and tasty. Even the curry and miso soup were hearty with plenty of ingredients and tasted properly prepared. I definitely recommend having breakfast.

    Is it appropriate to place guests on a Multiple Night Stay in a completely dark Room?

    I was guided to a completely dark Room. It might be acceptable for a one-night stay, but being placed there for a Multiple Night Stay seems questionable.

    What is Grand?

    Unlike a typical Route Inn, this hotel is conveniently located near the central station and features a large public bath with a sauna. Additionally, it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, leaving a positive impression. As breakfast was not included during my stay, I look forward to utilizing this service if I have the chance to visit again.

    Men's Sauna

    I stayed for three nights for work, and the Room and large public bath were clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. I mentioned this to the staff as well, but it seems that the sauna door is not properly fitted (or there might be a gap somewhere). While the thermometer at the top of the sauna shows 90 degrees, the temperature where people sit (both upper and lower levels) feels low, making it difficult to sweat even after 30 minutes. Please consider improving this.

    A Disappointing Bath Experience Due to Children's Behavior

    I stayed over the weekend. The Room and bath were clean, but I noticed several times, both at night and in the morning, that children from lower to middle elementary school grades were playing in the bathtub with small cups from the shampoo bar filled with contents. The water became cloudy and foamy in some areas, which made me feel very uncomfortable despite the new bath facilities. Since their mother ignored this behavior without addressing it, I believe staff should patrol or post a clear notice in large letters not to put anything into the bathtub. Alternatively, removing the shampoo bar might prevent such incidents altogether.
