    Great.

    The staff were very courteous and helpful.

    The hospitality was excellent.

    Stayed in a twin Room with a friend. The female staff member at the front desk was very pleasant. When we left our luggage, we were told that by becoming an IHG member we could check in much earlier, and checkout was extended to 1:00 p.m., so we could relax. However, although we knew the Room would be small, it was disappointing that there was only one chair. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice that the place still felt new.

    There are issues with the plumbing.

    The Room was small, but it had the basic amenities we needed. The front desk staff were kind and there were no issues. Things that concerned me: - The bathtub drained very poorly. - The cup by the sink was dirty. As for the cup, there are paper cups on the first floor, so it’s a good idea to take one from there.

    The Hotel itself is ...

    The Hotel itself is new and clean. It felt like a typical Business Hotel. However, the mobile signal in the Room was weak and barely worked, which made it difficult to make calls. When I tried to connect to the Hotel Wi-Fi, I had to become a member of the IHG group (?). If the signal is poor, at least the Hotel Wi-Fi should be available for free without requiring membership.

    Had a delightful stay!

    80% of our staff are foreigners, and seeing them earnestly speaking Japanese reminds me of my own experience 40 years ago, working in the United States with my limited English. Our guests are also mostly young people, creating a bright and enjoyable atmosphere at the Hotel.

    It might be a bit challenging for elderly guests.

    The staff's service is excellent, and it’s a nice Hotel. However, the text in the room manuals is too small to read even with reading glasses, which was inconvenient. Honestly, if the price is the same as APA Hotel, I would choose APA Hotel without hesitation.

    Overall compact

    It was a Double Room, but both the sleeping area and the toilet-bath unit felt slightly cramped, just meeting acceptable standards. However, the room was clean, and the amenities were well-prepared, which was a positive aspect. Perhaps due to a high number of inbound guests, many front desk staff were foreigners. Some seemed inexperienced and had slight communication difficulties, which caused minor stress.

    Unfortunately.

    As soon as I entered the Room, I noticed trash on the floor. It didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. It’s also unacceptable that there was no facial cleanser among the amenities. The front desk staff couldn’t even answer whether the receipt was invoice-compliant. Too disappointing. I will never stay here again.

    Full of foreign guests.

    I visited Osaka for the first time in six months on a business trip and was surprised by the large number of foreign visitors, which affected both safety and manners in the city. At Hotel check-in, there were many foreign guests, and even the front desk staff and cleaning staff were foreigners. It gave me a real sense of how Osaka has changed. The Room was standard for a Business Hotel. I appreciated that complimentary water and sparkling water were available on the first floor.

    Cozy but perfect for a good night's sleep!

    This is my second stay. The room is small, so there is no space to open a large suitcase. It is clean and has a good location, making it sufficient if that meets your needs. This time, I stayed for the Expo. It was very convenient as I could arrive without any transfers.

    Affordable

    The Room is small. For two people, it might feel a bit cramped, even for those with an average Japanese body type. The free drinks like coffee and cappuccino were much appreciated. The location is great, so I would love to stay here again.
