    Conveniently located near the station!

    My elderly mother had a wonderful stay—thank you! During our Multiple Night Stay, you kindly lent us a locker and helped us switch to a different Room, which was very helpful. The lobby was also quiet and pleasant.

    Business is business, but...

    The guest rooms made a great impression: they cover everything you’d expect from a Business Hotel, and the use of color in the chairs and mini sofa creates a bright feel without being overdone. The first-floor space also seems comfortable for digital nomads, and it was nice to have drinks available (until 24:00). I took an early-morning bus (departing Kii-Tanabe Station at 6:16) toward Kumano Hongu, so I couldn’t try breakfast, but even at that hour the staff guided me through checkout promptly with friendly smiles. I checked in at night, and on the walk from the station there are some stretches with few streetlights. (However, I could see the Hotel’s lights, so I didn’t worry about getting lost.) The library selection also seemed good for anyone wanting to prepare before taking on the Kumano Kodo.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    Arrived after about a 6-hour trip from the Kawasaki area. It’s a small Hotel, but it’s new and generally stress-free. One area for improvement might be that staff responsiveness seems to vary depending on experience, though it’s not a problem level.

    New Hotel

    The property is newly opened, so everything is clean and fresh. The compact space is well-organized, and all necessary facilities are provided, making it very comfortable. The staff were all pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was highly satisfying—especially the smoothies, which were delicious and delightful. Additionally, the large mirror on the desk was very convenient for me as a senior guest. The price was affordable, so my husband and I opted for separate rooms but both had a very comfortable stay. We will visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Great value for money and highly satisfying.

    I stayed here during my trip to Kii-Tanabe. I decided on this Hotel after reading several Reviews. Despite being reasonably priced, the first-floor book corner and the quality of breakfast were excellent, with all dishes being creative and delicious. The only disappointment was that coffee was served in paper cups instead of mugs. The Room was simple yet spacious near the entrance, making it very convenient. I liked the slipper stand and hanger rack so much that I asked the staff about them, but unfortunately, they didn’t know where they were from—I wanted to have them at home! The mattress on the bed was firm and comfortable for sleeping. I wished the bathroom had been a bit larger; I found myself wondering where to place my towel while using it. This time I came by car, but even if traveling by train, its proximity to the station makes it very convenient!

    The library café is spacious and convenient.

    It was new and clean. I enjoyed using the library café as the breakfast venue. With power outlets and spacious seating, it was great for focusing on PC work. The Room I stayed in was also lovely. The staff's warm and friendly service during breakfast made for a wonderful start to the day. Thank you very much.

    About Breakfast

    Breakfast is free, so I don't think there’s much to complain about, but if I may say: First, there was no white rice. Only multigrain or mixed grain rice... Given the current times, I understand it can't be helped. The side dishes were quite good for a Business Hotel. However, it was a bit disappointing that the mango and blueberry desserts were semi-frozen. The front desk staff were very pleasant and left a great impression. They also responded well to my room request, which made me very satisfied. Despite my comments here and there, I've already made a reservation at your hotel for my next trip!
