    I didn’t like staying on the floor with the men’s large public bath. The staff were disappointing.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to visit Ghibli Park. There were three Ghibli Park guidebooks in the lobby, and we could relax and read them while enjoying free coffee. They also had printed maps from the website, a board game, mini guides, and more available, which was very helpful. The Room, large public bath, and coin laundry were all clean, and breakfast was delicious with Nagoya specialties (tebasaki chicken wings, kishimen noodles, and hitsumabushi). However, we were disappointed with the service at the front desk and restaurant. Our suitcase that should have been sent did not arrive for quite some time; they forgot our breakfast vouchers; no one told us that the bath key password changes every day; and when we asked where the teacups were, we were shown how to use the kettle instead—communication did not go smoothly. Most disappointing of all: although I am a woman, we were assigned a Room on the 2nd floor where the men’s large public bath is located. I didn’t like repeatedly running into men coming out of the bath in the elevator hall. I wish there had been more consideration.

    I loved how clean it...

    I loved how clean it was, and how sustainable and waste-free everything felt overall. It also has great access to Ghibli Park, and I was able to unwind from the day’s travel in the large public bath with natural Onsen. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

    A Kind Hotel

    I stayed for two nights. Parking was reasonably priced at 1,000 yen per night, with free in-and-out access 24 hours a day. There was an attendant at the parking lot who was polite, friendly, and very pleasant. All of the front desk staff were kind and provided great service. The Hotel felt clean throughout. I didn’t use the large public bath, but there was a women-only coin laundry in the changing area, and entry to the bathing area required a PIN code, so I felt safe using it. The location was convenient as well, making for a comfortable trip—I’d like to stay here again.

    Thank you very much.

    The receptionist was very friendly and greeted us with a constant smile, which made us feel at ease right away. The facility was very clean and pleasant. It would have been nice to have toothbrushes provided for both night and morning use. Unfortunately, I was too tired to visit the large public bath, but I look forward to staying here again.

    It was comfortable.

    Recent Business Hotels have evolved, offering services like large public baths that even top-tier Hotels don't provide, making the stay both pleasant and comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast was enjoyed in a clean space filled with morning sunlight. However, it was extremely crowded, which was disappointing and lowered my rating slightly. The freshly made sunny-side-up eggs and French toast were excellent! The interior design was also lovely!

    A great accommodation here.

    Although it is a bit away from the center of Nagoya, it is just one subway ride and being at the starting station makes transportation very convenient. The staff provided excellent service, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and user-friendly, with added perks like a coffee service and access to newspapers. The Onsen public bath was also clean and perfect for relieving fatigue after traveling on a hot summer day. Features like the shampoo bar and large bath towels were excellent touches. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    I stayed here to vis...

    I stayed here to visit Ghibli Park. Traveling from Sakae to Fujigaoka by train and then taking the Linimo can be time-consuming, especially during busy hours, so having accommodation in Fujigaoka is very convenient. The facility is new and clean. While the room is not very spacious, it has all the necessary amenities. Since visiting Ghibli Park involves a lot of walking throughout the day, the convenient location near the station and the large public bath were a great relief for my tired body. The public bath also had a shampoo bar. There are many shops nearby, so finding a place for dinner was not an issue. The staff were friendly, making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

    New and clean

    The building itself is new and very clean. I stayed with No Meals Included and did not use the large public bath, so I cannot comment on it. Since I made a sudden Reservation, the number of guests was not reflected correctly, causing a system error. This delayed the check-in process, and without any explanation about the Hotel, I was simply handed the Room key, leaving me unsure of what to do. It was very inconvenient.

    Overall, it is clean and pleasant.

    The accommodation was visually clean, with no peculiar odors, making for a pleasant stay. The onsen provided a refreshing feeling after bathing, which was excellent!
