  Numerous management issues

  I stayed for a multiple night stay, but there were not enough towels or beds for the number of guests, indicating a lack of understanding of the guest count. Additionally, the air conditioner's indoor unit cover was open, exposing the filter. While it would be understandable if it had been left open after cleaning, the filter was dirty with no signs of maintenance. Why was it left open in such a state? During my stay, I was informed that "used towels and trash can be placed in the hallway for replacement," so I followed this instruction. However, even after leaving in the morning and returning in the evening, they remained untouched. When I called reception (there is no phone in the room), they asked me what time I had put them out as if implying that I must have done so late—leaving me speechless. There were numerous issues with basic hotel management and absolutely no staff training evident; this was an unprecedented level of poor service. While aspects like facilities and location were good from a hardware perspective, there were far too many problems on the software side to ignore—reinforcing my belief that "a hotel is defined by its people."

  Comfortable

  The room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, which was great. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

  It was a wonderful birthday.

  We used the property for my daughters' birthday trip. My daughter's wish was a room with a bunk bed. It was hard to find, but we finally found the stays. I kept it a secret to surprise them with the room, and they were overjoyed when they opened the door. They exclaimed, "I've never seen a room like this!" and praised it highly. The kitchen and tableware were fully equipped, which was very appreciated for those with small children. It turned out to be the best birthday trip. Thank you very much. We definitely want to use it again.
