    This was my first time staying here.

    Since access to the Room, elevators, and restaurant ordering are handled via QR codes and passwords, it is convenient. However, as this was my first stay, it felt a bit different from a typical Hotel and I was slightly confused at first. Once I got used to it, there were no issues, and I also liked that there is no risk of forgetting or losing a room key in the Room. The Room had everything I needed. As with a Business Hotel where you pick up any extra amenities yourself, anything missing can be collected as needed. It was especially helpful that towels and loungewear could be replaced freely. I think this Hotel is well suited for long stays. The Room felt clean, and the restaurant has great views. I would love to visit again in a season when dining on the terrace is possible.

    Enjoy an authentic sauna experience! Have breakfast with a view of Sakurajima.

    Stayed with three friends. - Overall New and clean. - Room Spacious. The wide sink made it comfortable to stay even on a trip with friends. The bunk bed room was unique, offering just the right amount of personal space, and it was great that it wasn’t an extra bed. - Private Sauna A proper sauna that warms you up thoroughly. You can sweat in a short time, enjoy the cold plunge pool, and relax on the terrace afterward. - Breakfast Enjoyed breakfast on a terrace with a stunning view of Sakurajima right in front of us. The season was perfect for spending such pleasant moments outdoors.

    Very clean

    The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a washing machine in the room was a subtle but pleasant surprise. Great value for money, so I would love to stay here again when I visit Kagoshima.

    Bunk Bed

    We booked the accommodation because our child wanted to try sleeping in a bunk bed. It is very close to Tenmonkan. We only told the parents that it was an accommodation with bunk beds, so they were worried about what kind of room it would be, but they were delighted, saying the room was spacious, clean, and a great value. The washing machine was very helpful as we had some dirty laundry. The food truck outside opened early in the morning, so we bought breakfast and ate in the room. The cutlery and dishes were well-prepared, making it convenient for us to enjoy a relaxed meal in the room since we have small children. Accessing the elevator and room via QR code took some time for our slightly older parents (though they got used to it by the end of their stay). It would have been even better if there had been a bathtub bucket in the bathroom.

    Very comfortable

    Check-out was quick and convenient using the terminal on the first floor! The Hotel is new, clean, and provided a comfortable stay. The King Room had just the right amount of space, perfect for business use. The staff left a good impression.

    Surprisingly comfortable!

    The staff was courteous, and I had a pleasant experience from check-in. The Room was clean. I used the restaurant, and the food was delicious and very satisfying. I would love to stay here again when I visit the area!

    The concept is excellent.

    The concept of automation is good, but there is a noticeable lack of guidance. I had an issue with the amenities, so I called the phone number provided on the table. The person who answered did not introduce themselves (even though I introduced myself), and their basic business communication was disappointing. I was satisfied with the Room itself.

    Paper shortage

    For a 2-night stay, toilet paper and tissue paper in the room were not replenished, and it was inconvenient as I didn’t know whom to contact.

    Spacious Japanese-modern space and excellent location. A convenient Hotel for sightseeing in Kagoshima.

    This time, we chose the "Tatami" Room. As the name suggests, it is a modern Japanese-style room with tatami mats, spacious and comfortable. The independent bath and two sinks are very convenient, making it ideal for families. The room also comes equipped with a washer-dryer, which made our long stay hassle-free. The TV allowed access to YouTube, keeping the kids entertained throughout our stay. The hotel is located very close to Tenmonkan. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so finding a place to eat was never an issue. Numerous coin parking lots are available in the area at approximately 1,200 yen per night. One concern was that being near an entertainment district made us slightly uneasy about safety at night. However, there were no actual incidents or dangers encountered during our stay as the area has high foot traffic; thus excessive worry may not be necessary. Families with small children might feel more secure by staying cautious and observing their surroundings. The entrance lobby is on the 13th floor and has a stylish atmosphere. The attached restaurant-bar is also very chic and offers an enjoyable space for adults as well. Amenities were plentiful and reflected thoughtful attention to detail. Located in central Kagoshima, this hotel serves as an excellent base for sightseeing with easy access both northward and southward—making travel planning effortless. Combining style, functionality, and great accessibility, this hotel provided us with a highly satisfying stay!

    FAV LUX is the best!

    I was initially worried since it was a Hotel I had never heard of, but everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Although I only saw one staff member due to cost-cutting measures, the Room was very clean. The Room was stylish and excellent. I've stayed at many luxury Hotels before, but this quality at this price is unbeatable. The sauna in the bank suite smelled of wood and was incredibly clean—absolutely amazing. Next time I book a stay, I'll start by looking for FAV!

    It was comfortable.

    The bed was spacious and comfortable. It was close to Tenmonkan, and the view of Sakurajima was also nice.

    Sakurajima View!

    I was assigned to a room where I could see Sakurajima from the Room. It was during the illumination period at Tenmonkan Park, so I was very satisfied to see Sakurajima during the day and illuminations at night from the Room. I also appreciated having a mini kitchen and washing machine in the Room. I was able to enjoy my stay with clean, freshly washed clothes. The bath was clean and pleasant, so I used it both morning and evening. It would be nice if bath salts were provided as amenities. Also, the pole for hanging coats was too short, causing them to occasionally fall off, which was a bit of a stress point; it would be great if this could be improved. Thank you very much.

    Hotel with sauna experience

    I stayed on the opening day. The sauna could be fully enjoyed in the room, and it was truly the best. It was wonderful. The room was clean, and it was equipped with a kitchen, microwave, freezer, and washer-dryer, making it really comfortable to stay. I definitely want to stay again! I thought. Things I think could be improved↓↓ ※There were no amenities for women, and I thought it would be nice to have basic disposable skincare products. ※There was a jacuzzi, but it felt lacking without bath additives. ※Since it was a newly opened hotel, I wanted to have breakfast, but when I looked at the site, the breakfast was in a paper box, and I couldn't feel the appeal of the breakfast. I wish it made me want to try the breakfast at this hotel! I thought it would be nice if it did. Even at check-in, I personally thought it would be better to have at least some explanation about breakfast. ※There was no affiliated parking lot, and the explanation felt very rough. There's no parking! Please use a parking lot! Instead, it would be better to have guidance or suggestions like how much it would cost to park at nearby parking lots or the parking lot in front of the property.
