    Delicious breakfast.

    The location is excellent, with the church, the Red Brick Warehouses, and Mt. Hakodate all within walking distance. The meals are very delicious.

    A quiet Hotel with a bright atmosphere

    The room lighting can be comfortably adjusted with spotlights, which was great. There are plenty of power outlets, and the long, narrow desk is also convenient. The lounge drinks and breakfast are very well stocked, and access to the streetcar is excellent. There are also many appealing shops nearby, which was a plus.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    With the Plan from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM the next day, we were able to relax and take it easy. All the front desk staff were pleasant, and the Room was clean. Breakfast is known for being delicious, and it lived up to its reputation—freshly made squid-ink omelets and pork rice bowls prepared on the spot, plus ramen you can make yourself. About a 10-minute walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station. The Red Brick Warehouses are also nearby. It almost made me worry whether it was really okay to stay at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come to Hakodate.

    You can see the ocean in the distance.

    It’s a little away from the Bay Area sightseeing spots, but it’s within walking distance, so it wasn’t a problem. Because of that, it was great to be able to spend time quietly. The welcome drink wine was also delicious—it's nice to be able to enjoy wine from Hakodate. I didn’t notice because I arrived at night, but it was also great that you can see the sea from the Room. I had an early departure in the morning for work, but next time I’d like to try the highly rated breakfast.

    A Hotel That Feels Like a Waste with No Meals Included

    This time, I came to Hakodate just for a meal, so I arrived in the evening and flew back the next day. I was disappointed that I couldn’t have the Hotel breakfast. If you’re here for sightseeing, the location is great, and it’s a very clean and stylish Hotel. I was impressed that the welcome drink even included alcohol. My daughter said she would definitely like to stay again with her friends.

    Breakfast is delicious.

    The breakfast at Enoe Hotel had more variety and better quality compared to the famous hotel I stayed at the day before. Since it was a weekday, it wasn’t crowded, and I could enjoy my meal leisurely. The unlimited welcome drinks were also a nice touch. The downside is that there is no large public bath, and the Room's bathroom seems to be a unit bath.

    We stayed with two small children. The room was not very spacious but sufficient in size (triple), and we were able to push the beds together to sleep. The free drinks in the lounge were also nice. Since there was no large public bath, we went to Yunokawa for a day-use Onsen. Breakfast was moderate in scale, the staff were kind, and it was delicious. A high chair for children was also provided. We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied. Thank you!

    Completely satisfied in every way!!

    Extremely satisfied overall! The breakfast showed great attention to detail!! Tomato juice, Gotoken curry, Hakodate milk, fruits, yogurt... Also, the sashimi octopus was delicious. I was surprised to see sake as a welcome drink! Although I can't drink alcohol and couldn't try the sake, the grape juice provided was very aromatic and delicious, so I was very satisfied. The direct access from Hakodate Airport to this Hotel was very convenient. Additionally, all the staff here are very pleasant. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hakodate! The nearby Christmas-decorated Lucky Pierrot is also a highlight!

    Great value for money—an undiscovered hidden gem!

    I booked a 2-night Multiple Night Stay at an unbelievable price during an IKYU sale. The female staff member at the breakfast venue was incredibly kind and taught me all sorts of things about their carefully selected ingredients, so I could enjoy two different styles of breakfast over both days. The bread, coffee jelly, yogurt, and clam miso soup were all delicious too! It may seem far from Hakodate Station, but it’s actually very quick by streetcar. The closest stop by distance is Horaicho, but Jujigai—where streetcars run more frequently—is also just a 5–6 minute walk away. There’s a convenience store (7-Eleven) in Jujigai, and if you walk about 7–8 minutes south you’ll also find Seicomart. The Hakodate Ropeway, Motomachi, and the Bay Area are all within walking distance, making sightseeing extremely convenient! When you’re tired, you can also enjoy drinks in the lounge, and I was able to relax because the surrounding area doesn’t feel overly touristy (or like a busy downtown) in a good way. There are also local favorite restaurants nearby, which made it a very fun stay for food lovers as well. If I had to mention one thing: since the microwave and ice machine are only on the first floor, it would be even better if there were more. This is such an appealing Hotel that I would definitely like to stay again even without a large public bath!

    The breakfast buffet is highly recommended.

    The location is perfect for enjoying the night view of Hakodate. While there were minor issues such as the welcome drink not being replenished and a broken coffee machine, the staff who guided us to the parking lot did so with full effort, which left a positive impression. That aside, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. It featured luxurious items like snow crab meat, salmon roe, salted salmon roe, and eel. They even had vinegared rice and seaweed—spot on! The buffet alone is worth visiting for, and I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Hakodate.

    Convenient location for sightseeing on foot

    I chose this Hotel because I wanted to enjoy the night view. I headed there from the airport after work and arrived around 8 PM, but I was still able to enjoy the night view without any issues as it is close to the ropeway. The staff's service was excellent. Although the bathroom showed some signs of age, the Room was clean and satisfactory.

    Would love to stay again.

    Great location with a spacious and clean room on the ocean side, offering a wonderful view. The stay included a welcome drink and breakfast at a reasonable price. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying. However, it would have been even better if there was an Onsen, so I deducted one star for that. Still, I would love to stay here again!

The location is also great, being close to the Bay Area and Mount Hakodate. The stylish buildings and charming streets made it easy and enjoyable to explore. Highly recommended!

    Breakfast included is excellent.

    Hotels in Hakodate are best found on IKYU. Especially, ENOE Hakodate offers affordable rates and the best breakfast among all accommodations I have stayed at. The selection includes crab, salmon roe, seafood, as well as lamb barbecue (Jingisukan), curry, and squid ink omelets—making it unnecessary to visit restaurants in Hakodate city. The hotel entrance and room interiors are nearly at a brand-new level. The accommodation cost was at an unbeatable price range rarely seen across Japan.

    I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate.

    The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the welcome drink service was excellent. The DIY seafood bowl for breakfast was also delicious!

    Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

    The breakfast was as delicious as the reviews mentioned. Unlimited servings of salmon roe, though small in size. Not just salmon roe, but also tuna, shrimp, squid, and king crab are available for unlimited servings of fresh seafood. Beyond seafood, great care is taken with other offerings; even the bread comes from a famous bakery and is very tasty. The live kitchen offers freshly prepared dishes in abundance—there's so much to try that it's impossible to taste everything in one visit. Since the hotel itself is new, everything is clean and well-maintained. The bed was neither too hard nor too soft, allowing for a good night's sleep. The room's shower provided hot water instantly for a comfortable experience. From 15:00 to 22:00, you can enjoy alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at the lounge next to the lobby. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away; on rainy days you might get wet while walking there.

    The male front desk ...

    The male front desk staff's attitude was extremely poor. Every time I needed to use the parking lot, I had to call the front desk, but he responded without saying a word and seemed annoyed. This happened only once when I asked to go out for dinner, not multiple times. He didn’t even make eye contact. After settling the bill at checkout, there wasn’t even a single word of farewell. The Hotel itself is new and problem-free, with nice touches like welcome drinks and sake provided, but staff training is clearly insufficient.

    Excellent location

    You can explore almost everything on foot. Enjoy breakfast at the morning market and return to the Hotel while taking a stroll. Next time, I plan to take a ferry from Aomori to Hakodate. I would love to stay here again. It was cool and comfortable.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I searched for a hotel in the city to relax and made a reservation knowing there was no large public bath. I arrived late, and the parking lot outside the hotel premises was kindly guided. Although I missed the welcome drink service as it had ended, there were many options available, so I’d like to try it next time. I reserved a double room, which was very spacious with not only the bed but also a small table, two single chairs, and an additional desk chair. The bathroom felt slightly dated but was clean with no steps between it and the room. It was a quiet night without any hallway noise. The TV offered various content to enjoy, and both air conditioning and a humidifier were available for comfort. For breakfast, I went just before 7 AM to take my time enjoying it and was smoothly seated. There was an extensive selection of seafood dishes as well as Japanese and Western options. Seating ranged from counters to tables suitable for larger groups, allowing me to have a relaxed morning meal. Being able to enjoy both Gotoken curry and bread from Kobe Komugikan felt like an indulgent treat that’s hard to find elsewhere. From my room on the 8th floor, I could see the sea towards Tachimachi Cape as well as a certain long-established store where people were already lining up 30 minutes before its 10 AM opening time. After checking out, I visited but found their famous croquettes sold out—something I'd definitely like to try again next time. Although there is no large public bath at this hotel, it wasn’t crowded at all during my stay which allowed me plenty of relaxation time.

    Location and Breakfast

    Initially, I planned to stay at accommodation near Goryokaku, but considering a stroll in Onuma Park and hiking Mount Hakodate, I switched to this place for better access—and it was the right choice. It’s close to the trailhead and features Hakodate's charming slopes and brick port streets nearby. You can even return to your room for a break during your city walk, making it ideal for those who love exploring on foot. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious, providing ample energy for walking all day. Thank you for two clean and comfortable nights here!

    If you're looking for a Hotel with delicious breakfast in Hakodate, this is the place to stay. While I heard that Hotels listed in breakfast rankings often have long lines in the morning, this Hotel was recently renovated last year, allowing for a relaxed and satisfying experience at the breakfast venue. You can create your own seafood bowl with ingredients like salmon roe, scallops, and crab, and enjoy freshly made sea urchin butter omelets prepared right before your eyes—everything was incredibly tasty and enjoyable. The Room was clean with great views. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hakodate.

    Budget-Friendly Campaign

    I received a campaign email from IKYU.com and noticed the free breakfast worth 2,800 yen, which allowed me to stay at an affordable rate. The breakfast, featuring seafood sashimi and a great variety of dishes, was excellent. The hotel staff were also outstanding. I would love to visit again if there is another lowest-price campaign.     Excellent value for money.

    Stayed with a 2-night plan including breakfast. The breakfast menu was highly satisfactory, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service, making the experience enjoyable. While the facility is not luxurious, it is well-maintained and clean. Although not all buses from the airport stop here, some do depart and arrive right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to use. This is a highly recommended hotel with great cost performance.

    It was great.

    We arrived at night and were surprised by the complete darkness in the surroundings. The Hotel itself, after rebranding, was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, with delicious breakfast. The vending machines were reasonably priced. It would be great if the shop could be enhanced, even just allowing electronic payments (something like JAL City Hakata would be ideal).
